"Human resources are the assets of organizations that play the most important role in accomplishing company?s goals. They have the risk of getting into an accident and health problems in their working environment. The level of risk for each person varies depending on their nature of job or their working locations. Aware this condition, PT. Lestari Busana A.M., a garment industries, has implemented safety and health program in the company. One excellent way to assess the accountability of the implementation is through perception survey.
This research focused study and analyzed perception of employees to execute of health and safety work program with supported by a number of indicator that is work-accident, work-safety, work-healthy, the last safety and health work program management. Safety and health work program is constitute to prevent the occur of work accident. There are two targets of this research, that is to know how the execution of safety and health work program in the company with knowing employees perception and to know the constraints from the execution of safety and health work program in the company.
This research use quantitative approach representing selection of variation from social phenomenon studied. There are three kind of detail examination are descriptive, cross-sectional study and pure research.
The variable of this research is univariate. The measuring instrument that is used in this research are questioner, observation and also interview in order to searching answer to raised research questions. Population in this research amount to 810 peoples with amount of sample 89 peoples who is taken with non-probability of stratified random sampling for the employees who has at least one year of employment only. Measurement of mount used in this research is ordinal measurement and use likert scale. The questioner which have been gathered, then made the tabulation of percentage to know dominant value each indicator (Quantitative) and also use central tendency technique.
Pursuant to research result, all respondent express to agree with the execution of safety and health work program. The constraints from the execution of safety and health work program can be handle cause there is cooperation between employer and employee although there are a few employees have neutral responses regarding the implementation. Good execution have been proven can be minimize amount of work accident in company. The company has to involve them in identifying the hazards of their job, so they will be more aware in implementing safety in their daily task.

"Masalah kesehatan reproduksi remaja dewasa ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang sungguh-sungguh, mengingat saat ini sudah terjadi pergeseran norma dalam masyarakat khususnya remaja, dimana pergaulan menjadi lebih luas dan bebas, ditunjang dengan sarana mass media yang semakin maju sehingga para remaja lebih banyak mendapatkan pengetahuan bukan dari pihak yang seharusnya.
Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyuluhan oleh Youth Center Cipta Ceria Etam (YC CCE-PKBI Kaltim)dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa SMU Negeri di Kota Samarinda.
Subjek penelitian adalah remaja/siswa pada empat SMU Negeri yang ada di Kota Samarinda dengan kriteria berusia antara 17 - 21 tahun, duduk di kelas 3 dan pernah mengikuti pelatihan dan penyuluhan kesehatan reproduksi yang dilaksanakan YC CCE Samarinda serta relawan dan pengelola YC. Pengambilan sampel adalah nonprobability dengan prinsip kesesuaian dan kecukupan yang dipilih secara purpossive. pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metoda FGD (Focus Group Discution) dan Wawancara Mendalam (Indepth Interview).
Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa : masukan (Input)pelatihan diketahui dapat mendukung terlaksananya proses pelatihan, sedang luaran (output) pelatihan diketahui bahwa pengetahuan dari hampir semua siswa kelas 3 SMU NEgeri diKota Samarinda dapat dikatakan meningkat.
Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa : hasil akhir pelaksanaan pelatihan dan penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan oleh Youth Center CCE Samarinda menunjukkan ada perubahan pada pengetahuan serta pemahaman siswa tentang masalah kesehatan reproduksi.
Mengingat sebagian besar remaja atau siswa belum terjangkau serta belum mengenal lebih jauh tentang YC CCE, maka pihak YC perlu meng-sosialisasikan pengembangan program yang ada dengan lembaga terkait disamping perlunya mendapat dukungan dari Pemda setempat.

Training and Education Performance at Cipta Ceria Etam (CCE) Youth Center SamarindaReproductive health issue in adolescence should have special attention in this era, where norm shifting is occur and changing of life style and dissemination information from in appropriate sources.
This research is qualitative research aimed to find out description of education and training performance by Cipta Ceria Etam (CCE) youth center (YC CCE-PKBI) to improve reproductive health knowledge of 3rd level, and attend the education and training of health reproductive carried out by YC CCE Samarinda and volunteers and YC management. Using nonprobability sampling with proper and adequate principle which choosen purposively. Data collection using fows group discussion (FDG) and indepth interview method.
The result of this study shows that input of the training could support training process, while the output shows that knowledge almost of all students have improved. The final result of education and training shows there is an improvement of knowledge and understanding about reproductive health among students.
Concerning that the big part of students or adolescence didn't know about YC CCE, so the youth center should be socialized the program and make intersectoral cooperation with another bodies and supported by local government

"Liberalization of telecommunication industry which conducted since 2002 had change market structure in Indonesia. Liberalization telecommunication industry had encouraged presence of more operator, so that inter-operators competition among operators in attracting customers more tight as well. Refer to importance of qualified and quality human resource in the company, PT Infomedia Nusantara provide particular attention in the form of training and development of every existing human resources, especially for division Call Center 147. Appropriate training quality, thus it would be resulted employees who have high quality so that will improve company productivity and may compete in a more progressively tight business field nowadays.
Training quality is very important to increase knowledge and skill of the employees. Every company expects to get perfect training thus it will be resulted employees who have high quality. The objective of this research is knowing how the training was held and what the perception of the employees about the training.
This research implemented in call center 147 division of PT Infomedia Nusantara. The respondent of this research are totally 120 people. Method of research is survey and simple random sampling technique. Quantity of sample responden is 55 people. Data collecting method is using questioner and interview to the respondent. This research use quantitative approach to describe perception of the employees for the service excellent training which is held by PT Infomedia Nusantara Company.
This research had found that the service excellent training was held for two days that contain about knowledge of the company product and how to operate computer system. Service excellent training had good assessment from the employees it means that service excellent training had been done with good standart. Even that the training had good standart but the company must increase the quality of the training to get more excellent sevices. One of step to increase the quality of the training is change the place of training to another place that can reach for all of employees and session of the training can be added become three days.
