Standar yang berlaku di Amerika adalah AISC kemudian standar yang berlaku di Indonesia adalah SNI 03-1729-2002. Untuk lebih mengembangkan SNI maka dibuat grafik momen nominal dengan fungsi Unbraced length dengan menggunakan dimensi yang diproduksi oleh PT.
