"Spiritually becomes one of the important aspects in the Islamic entreprenuership. In fact, the Malay entrepreneur's achievement that associated with their attitude as one of the influential factors in many extens, is derived from internal religious values as a final solution. However, there is little studies that discusses the issue extensively in the context of the entrepreneurs success. This study therefore, will explore spiritual aspects and its attributes for motivation and achievement leading to success in the entreprenourial activities. Through an in-dept interview and thematic analysis, the study found that spiritually and its attributes have a great impact to the entrepreneur's motivation, developing self confidence, commitment to the ethical principles, besides assisting towards effecive management and responsibility which finally leading to the success in the entrepreneurial activities. "

"Tesis ini menjelaskan tentang proses adopsi inovasi penggunaan aplikasi pemasaran e-commerce oleh komunitas usahawan. Adanya jarak yang jauh antara kemampuan pelaku Usaha Kecil Menengan UKM dengan teknologi yang akan diadopsi membuat penelitian ini menarik untuk diteliti. Ditambah lagi, karakteristik pelaku UKM dalam berinovasi dan mencari peluang yang masih rendah. Sehingga, banyak ditemukan pelaku UKM yang hanya ikut-ikutan dalam membuat sebuah keputusan.
Penelitian ini mengaitkan proses adopsi inovasi dengan konsep pelaku UKM dalam proses pengambilan keputusan penggunaan aplikasi pemasaran e-commerce dan menggunakan paradigma post-positivisme, serta pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data didapatkan secara mendalam untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan proses adopsi inovasi penggunaan aplikasi pemasaran e-commerce oleh komunitas UKM.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses keputusan adopsi inovasi aplikasi pemasaran e-commerce pada anggota komunitas UKM melalui berbagai tahapan, sebelum akhirnya memutuskan untuk menerima atau menolak inovasi tersebut. Selain itu, dalam mengadopsian e-commerce diperlukan komunikasi yang tepat untuk mengubah perilaku penjual dari menjual produk di toko konvensional menjadi menjual produk di toko daring. Proses penyebaran informasi, selain dilakukan melalui sosialisasi dan komunikasi interpersonal secara langsung adanya peran komunitas , juga dilakukan melalui saluran komunikasi yang termediasi oleh media daring yaitu WhatsApp, Facebook dan Instagram.

The focus of this study is about the process of innovation adoption in using e commerce marketing application by the entrepreneur community. The gap between the users 39 capability in using technology and the technology itself makes this research appealing to be examined. Furthermore, the characteristics of the SME entrepreneur in innovating and looking for opportunities still low lead to some figured issues. Myriads of SME entrepreneurs tend to duplicate each other in decision making.
This case study associates the SME entrepreneur 39 s innovation adoption process with their decision making process in using e commerce marketing application by implementing the post positive paradigm and the qualitative approach. The in depth data gathered to describe the process of innovation adoption in using e commerce marketing applications by the SME community.
The result of this study showed that the process of adoption of the decision of innovation marketing e commerce applications on the SME community members through various stages, before finally deciding to accept or reject the innovation. Moreover, adopting e commerce system requires communication process that will enable the users to change their selling behaviour, from offline to online. The process of information dissemination is not only by face to face communication as the part of the community 39 s role but also through online communication channels such as WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram.
