" A family can be considered as an important institution
which requires serious attention regarding to its performance. High
quality performance of a family may deliver high quality of society
am! produce better human resources. The idea of translating
several family characteristics into variables and dimensions by
using tire quality Function Deployment (QFD) met/rod could
present a new way of improving the performance of a family. In
addition, QFD method can also compare the level of importance
between male and female in clearer and simpler way leading to tire
identification of which dimension is tire most important and which
one is less than the other. QFD method is applied in the data
gathered from a questionnaire survey based on 1,213 families in
West Malaysia, Malaysia. The QFD technique which is usually
applied in industry can he adopted in assessing performance of a
family. The technique produces a friendly interpretation of a highly
complex and intangible matters around family life; thus, making the
assessment of a family easier. Three dimensions and twelve
variables were identified as the voice of family. Tire voice
represents variables anti dimensions of family performance.
Furthermore, the gender evaluation indicates that the level of
importance among two out of three dimensions were equally
considered high important by both male and female.

"Recent research on the role of institutions in economic development and poverty reduction indicates the importance of institutions, including local institutions. This study examines the importance of institutions as a means to support poverty alleviation policy in Indonesia. Specifically, it addresses two simple but very important policy-questions. First, how important is economic growth for poverty reduction in Indonesia? Second, how important are institutions in determining the poverty performance of economic growth? Though data, especially time series data, are limited, and some estimated regression coefficients are found to be not significant, overall, the findings suggest that improved institutions reflected by higher education enrolment; good health facilities, especially clinics, women empowerment; credit facilities, government development expenditures and cooperatives at the local/village level are all important for poverty reduction."

"ABSTRACT
This article discusses the role of archives of transitional justice and dealing with the past (DWP) mechanisms when determining the fate of missing persons. The concept of dealing with the past, the terms enforced disappearance and missing person, and the specific role of archives in periods of transition are examined. Subsequently, specific questions and challenges related to access and use of archives by DWP mechanisms, including those mechanisms with a mandate to determine the fate of missing persons, are described. Many questions related to access to archives, information management and preservation of records are similarly applicable to DWP mechanisms in general and to specific mechanisms mandated to search for missing persons. The article provides some examples of Statesobligations related to maintaining and providing access to archives that could assist in the search for missing persons under international law and policy. The article concludes by emphasizing the importance of the preservation and protection of archives relevant for dealing with the past. It further highlights the need to grant DWP mechanisms, especially those aimed at determining the fate of missing persons, access to those archives."

There are two kinds of cultural heritage, namely tangible cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, which Indonesia has both types. "Penelitian ini mengkaji keinginan pelanggan melalui Voice of Costumer (VOC) pada Hotel salak The Heritage. Pendekatan ini menggunakan ServQual (Service Quality) sebagai input VOC untuk diaplikasikan pada Costumer Profile Matrix (CPM) dan Quality Function Deployment (QFD) dengan mengaplikasikan Analytical Hierarchym Process AHP) sebagai perhitungan rating dari setiap permasalahan.
Tujuannya adalah untuk mengetahui urutan service yang diinginkan pelanggan melalui VOC dan dengan perhitungan AHP. Terdapat 19 Kriteria yang dihasilkan melalui metode ServQual yang tidak lain adalah VOC yang akan dianalisis. Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan 3 peringkat teratas untuk dijadikan landasan untuk memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan.

This study examines the customer through the Voice of Customer (VOC) at Hotel Salak The Heritage. This approach uses ServQual (Service Quality) as input VOC to be applied on the Customer Profile Matrix (CPM) and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to apply the Analytical Hierarchy Process AHP) as the calculation of rating of each problem.
The aim is to determine the order of service that customers want throughm VOC and with AHP calculation. There are 19 criteria that were produced through the ServQual method to be analyzed. The results of this study suggest 3 top ranking to be used as the basis to comply with customer satisfaction.

"[Penelitian yang dilakukan bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kriteria pemilihan
vendor perawatan transformator di PT Sumberdaya Sewatama dan melakukan
pemilihan vendor terbaik dari 3 (tiga) alternatif vendor perawatan transformator
dengan menggunakan pendekatan metode Fuzzy-Quality Function Deployment
(QFD). Terdapat 7 (tujuh) kriteria penilaian vendor PT Sumberdaya Sewatama
yang digunakan dengan urutan bobot kriteria dari tertinggi sampai terendah yaitu
pelaksanaan pekerjaan, manajemen mutu, peralatan, tenaga kerja, data legalitas,
kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja (K3), serta perbaikan produk/jasa. Pemasok yang
dipilih berdasarkan metode Fuzzy-QFD ini adalah vendor 1 sebagai vendor
dengan nilai tertinggi untuk melakukan pekerjaan perawatan transformator., This research is conducted to analyze the criteria of vendor selection for
transformer maintenance at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama and to select the best
vendor amongs three alternative vendor transformer using Fuzzy Quality Function
Deployment (QFD) approach. There are seven criteria for vendor assessment that
PT Sewatama resources used to select vendor, based on the resulting criteria of
highest to lowest are the implementation of the work, quality management,
equipment, labor, data legality, health and safety ( K3 ), and the development of
new product/service. The supplier which is selected based on Fuzzy - QFD
method is Vendor 1 by obtaining the highest value to perform transformer
maintenance work.]"

"Kesehatan menjadi salah satu sektor terpenting di era pandemi ini. Sebuah survei dari firma riset pasar MarkPlus yang dirilis pada Juni 2020 mengungkapkan bahwa 71,8% responden mengatakan mereka tidak pernah ke rumah sakit atau klinik sejak awal pandemi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan meningkatkan pelayanan di sebuah klinik kesehatan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan klinik Makara UI di Depok sebagai objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Integration of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan quality function deployment (QFD), AHP digunakan untuk mendapatkan preferensi konsumen terhadap layanan klinis secara matematis, QFD digunakan untuk menentukan tindakan korektif dan target pelayanan sesuai kebutuhan pasien. Berdasarkan hasil pembobotan AHP didapatkan 11 kebutuhan pelanggan dan dari studi literatur didapatkan 18 persyaratan teknis yang menjawab kebutuhan pelanggan.

Health is one of the most important sectors in this pandemic era. A survey from market research firm MarkPlus released in June 2020 revealed that 71.8% of respondents said they had never been to a hospital or clinic since the start of the pandemic. This study aims to evaluate and improve services at a health clinic during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses the Makara UI clinic in Depok and use Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and quality function deployment (QFD) methods, AHP is used to obtain consumer preferences for clinical services mathematically, QFD is used to determine corrective actions and service targets according to patient needs. Based on the results of the AHP weighting, 11 customer needs were obtained and from the literature study 18 technical requirements were found that answered customer needs."
