It has became repeatedly tends because here the government has no control to natural gas distribution under the recent law concerning oil and gas business's. The author suggested that government's action is to take control through natural gas distribution and not only concerning price and selling precentage. Government authority has been given under article 33 of Indonesian Constitution (U UD l9-15). Regulation towards natural gas distribution meant here is concerning territory limitation (domestic and foreign market orientation) that keep the mission to social welfare."
