"You have more to do and less time to accomplish your key tasks. Sound familiar? This issue is an overview of project management and describes both formal and informal processes of project management that you can adapt to your own situation. The Infoline provides step-by-step guidance using a four-phase project plan and describes the managers role in planning and execution. Useful sidebars include a sample work breakdown structure, tracking techniques, estimating and tracking costs and a project management glossary."

"An introduction to the principles of urban design theory and practice. It enables the students and lecturers to practically apply principles of urban design to their projects. It focuses on sustainable design and practice. It is suitable for those on urban design courses and for professionals who want to update and refresh their knowledge."

meningkatkan kesehatan, kebugaran dan kesejahteraan umum (well-being)
(Kellert, 2015).
well-being) penghuninya.
Instrumen penilaian indeks biophilic-design dikembangkan berdasarkan 14
kesejahteraan mental (mental well-being) penghuni digunakan The Warwick-
penghuni.

ABSTRACT
The objective of biophilic-design is to create a good habitat for people as a
biological organism in a built environment, which can improve people’s health
and well-being (Kellert, 2015).
This research aims to identify how far nature or natural scene can be
present in a space through 14 patterns of biohilic-design (Browning, Clancy &
Ryan, 2014) on a different residential types: simple landed residential, mid to high
class landed residential/real-estate, vertical residential, and mid to high class
vertical residential/apartment. Then on the residential type which it’s natural scene
is low than the other, experiment is conducted by improve it’s natural scene to
find what impact biophilic-design does to people’s mental well-being on
residential space.
Biophilic-design index scoring was developed based on 14 patterns of
biophilic-design and used as an instrumen to identify and measure the nature and
natural scene present in a space quantitatively. The Warwick-Edinburg Mental
Well-Being Scale (WEMWBS) is used to measure people’s mental well-being. It
is measured at the moment when the experiment is conducted and two weeks after
it to find it’s impact."
