"Melihat pola sasaran serangan teroris dari tahun 2000 sampai 2009, teroris cenderung menjadikan tempat-tempat dengan simbol barat sebagai sasarannya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, terjadi pergeseran sasaran di mana polisi menjadi pertimbangan sasaran serangan teror. Penulisan ini menggunakan teori routine activity, rational choice dan crime pattern dengan mempertimbangkan tingkat keberhasilan serangan dengan kondisi kerentanan pengamanan yang ada. Penulisan ini menggunakan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penulisan ini memperlihatkan serangan pada Polda, Polres, Polsek hingga Pos Polisi akibat minimnya pengawasan dan keamanan. Selain itu ditemukan diantrannya masih terdapat Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) yang tidak sesuai. Seeing the pattern of targets of terrorist attacks from 2000 to 2009, terrorists tend to target places with western symbols as their targets. Over time, there was a shift in the target where the police became the target of terrorist attacks. This writing uses the theory of routine activity, rational choice and crime pattern by considering the success rate of attacks with the existing security vulnerability conditions. This writing uses secondary data analysis. The results of the writings showed attacks on the Regional Police, Polres, Polsek to Police Posts due to lack of supervision and security. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Selain itu, pada penelitian ini juga dimasukkan bahasan mengenai adanya kemungkinan suatu celah yang dapat melemahkan sistem pencegahan yang telah diterapkan tersebut, yang diduga berasal dari praktek penyuapan yang dilakukan oleh importir dan juga birokrat atau petugas Bea Cukai itu sendiri. Maka, selain mengaitkan dengan konsep pencegahan kejahatan situasional, penelitian ini juga mengaitkan dengan konsep pilihan rasional dan kejahatan okupasional.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is describes about the mechanisms of crime prevention that are applied by Tanjung Priok Customs in the case of smuggling of goods. This research is qualitative descriptive interpretive. In addition, in this study also included a discussion about a possibility of a gap that could undermine the preventing system that has been applied, are thought to have originated from the bribery practical that committed by importers and Customs officers or the bureaucrats themselves. Thus, in addition to hooking up with the concept of situational crime prevention, this research has also linked with the concept of rational choice and occupational crime."

"ABSTRAKDalam kurun 45 tahun, tiap tahun hotel mendapatkan serangan teroris, sehingga masih ada kemungkinan bahwa hotel akan terus menjadi salah satu sasaran potensial terhadap serangan yang dilakukan oleh teroris. Meskipun hotel menyadari kemungkinan adanya serangan teroris, antisipasi yang dilakukan oleh pihak hotel masih memungkinkan memberikan peluang terjadinya serangan teroris. Penulisan ini menggunakan teori 25 teknik dalam SCP dengan asumsi serangan teroris memiliki persamaan dengan kejahatan lain pada pertimbangan pelaku terhadap tingkat keberhasilan serangan yang dilakukan. Pelaku akan berusaha mengeksploitasi kelemahan keamanan yang ada di hotel. Penulisan ini menggunakan metode analisis data sekunder. Upaya pencegahan yang dilakukan hotel terhadap serangan teroris mencakup beberapa teknik dalam pencegahan kejahatan situasional.

ABSTRACTIn the last 45 years, hotels around the world get attacked by terrorist almost every year, so it is still possible that hotels will continue to be one of the potential targets of terrorist attacks. Although hotels are aware of the possibility of terrorist attacks, the anticipation made by the hotel still allows the possibility of terrorist attacks. This paper uses theory of 25 techniques in situational crime prevention assuming terrorist attacks have similarities with other crimes on the offender 39 s consideration of the success rate of the attacks. The perpetrator will try to exploit the security weaknesses at the hotel. This paper uses secondary data analysis method. The hotel 39 s preventive measures against terrorist attacks include several techniques in situational crime prevention."

"Tugas karya akhir ini membahas tentang penerapan audit internal sebagai salah satu bentuk pencegahan kejahatan keuangan yang dilakukan karyawan Bank X. Pencegahan ini dibuat untuk memberikan pengawasan internal dalam menutupcelah bagi calon pelaku, yang melakukan tindak kejahatan melalui akses pekerjaanya. Tulisan ini berfokus pada tahapan proses audit internal Bank X dalam mengawasi seluruh aktivitas yang berisiko memiliki ancaman terhadap asetperusahaan Bank X. Temuan data ini akan dianalisis berdasarkan indikator pencegahan kejahatan situasional yang dimodifikasi oleh Benson dan Madensen.Hasil tulisan ini menunjukkan bahwa audit internal Bank X berperan sebagai pencegah kejahatan berbasis situasional yang terdiri dari tiga indikator. Pertama, meningkatkan upaya pelaku yaitu tim audit internal Bank X berusaha menyulitkan ruang gerak pelaku dan memberikan penguatan target. Kedua, meningkatkanrisiko terdeteksi yaitu tim audit internal Bank X berusaha meningkatkan pendeteksian terhadap segala aktivitas yang terjadi di Bank X. Ketiga, menghapus keuntungan pelaku yaitu audit internal Bank X berusaha mengurangi penghargaanpelaku akibat perbuatannya. Tiga indikator tersebut menjadi salah satu upaya yang dapat digunakan untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kejahatan keuangan oleh karyawan Bank X.

This final project discusses the implementation of internal audit as one of

the prevention of financial crime by employees at Bank X. The prevention is made to provide internal control in closing the gap for potential perpetrators, who commit crimes through access to their profession. This paper focuses on the stages of Bank X's internal audit process in supervising all activities that risk

having a threat to Bank X's company assets. The findings of this data will be analyzed based on the situational crime prevention indicators modified by Benson and Madensen. The results of this paper indicate that Bank X's internal audit acts as a situational-based crime prevention consisting of three indicators. First,

increase the effort, namely the internal audit team of Bank X trying to make it difficult for the perpetrators to move and provide target hardening. Second, increase the risk of detection, namely the internal audit team of Bank X trying to increase the detection of all activities that occur in Bank X. Third, removing the reward, namely the internal audit of Bank X trying to reduce the reward of perpetrators due to their actions. So that these three indicators are one of the ways that can be used to minimize the occurrence of financial crime by Bank X

employees."
