Having integrated and comprehensive understanding of dynamic systems of business world and industries is vital in competitive industries nowadays. Business simulation game can give an interactive, motivating, risk-free environment to learn the dynamics of system in business world and industries as well as to test decisions based on theory which has been studied. Design of simulation game in this paper was conducted with System Dynamics approach that can support comprehensive and integrated thinking process.
Two simulation games that been used as basis in this paper are Management and Economic Simulation Exercise (MESE) by Hewlett Packard (HP) Corp. and Construction Contracts in A Competitive Market (C3M) by Khaled Nassar from Bradley University. The design is initiated by making causal loop diagram of both simulation game. In the second step, a case and causal loop diagram of a new business simulation game, called GeneShoes Simulation Game (GSG) are designed. In the third step, calculation concept of GSG is designed. ln the fourth and last step, System Dynamics model of GSG is designed along with its equations using Powersim Constructor 2.51.
Result of analyses that have been done to GSG model showed conformities between concepts of the simulation game and expected behaviour results. In order that application process of GSG can be effective, GSG manual for players and game administrator are also included in this paper.

"ABSTRACT
One of the processes requiring HPC environments is Molecular Dynamics ( MD ) . In tropical countries, the MD process is very important in the preparation of virtual screening experiments for anti-malaria search. Previous works on the virtual screening project for anti-malaria search conducted by WISDOM project uses grid infrastructure with 1,700 CPUs of various infrastructure provided in 15 countries [13]. In silico anti malaria compounds searching from Indonesian medical plants using virtual screening methods are urgently required. This can reduce the cost and time required compared to the direct searching or examining each compound by in vitro and in vivo which will spend a lot of time and expense . However, the use of thousands of processors is difficult for the researchers with limited resources in developing countries such as Indonesia.
Our of previous studies using MD with GROMACS shows the improvement of the simulation time using Cluster. But that is not the case for some of our previous works with AMBER on Cluster where we did not obtain significant speed up. However, our previous works running GROMACS on GPUs provided significant speed up about 12 times faster than that run on Cluster. In this study , we build a GPU -based computing environment and have some MD simulation with AMBER.
We used several computing environments such as cluster with 16 cores , GPU Geforce GTX 465 , GTX 470 , GTX 560 , GTX 680 , and GTX 780 . In addition to PfENR ( Plasmodium falciparum Enoyl acyl Carrier Protein Reductase ) enzyme , as benchmark we also conducted MD experiments on Myoglobin protein , Dihydrofolate reductase (DHFR) protein, and Ras - Raf protein . All experimental results showed that the slowest MD processes occurred on Cluster, followed in increasing order by GTX 560, GTX 465, GTX 470, GTX 680 and GTX 780. While the GPU speed up relative to cluster is about 24 , 26 , 32 , 24 , 77 and 101, respectively. "

An environmentally friendly process was developed to produce a low embodied energy glass block from waste glasses. The energy efficiency of the glass block is represented by its thermal conductance (U) 3.177 W/m2.K and solar transmittance (SHGC) ≤0.25 as well as visible light transmission (VT) ≥0.27. A cavity was applied to reduce U value while insignificantly reducing VT. Analytical method was used to calculate the U value of glass blocks, ignoring the effect of convection. Ecotect program was used to analyze light level (VT) and heat load (SHGC) of each model.
Effect of convection was simulated using a CFD program, which showed air velocity inside the cavity and temperature gradient in glass blocks. Comparing to an application with 3 mm float glass, energy efficiency obtained through applying the glass blocks could reach 96%. This simulation study ignored the presence of adhesive among glass layers that potentially reduces the VT and the SHGC of the glass blocks.

Ewald, Roland
"Roland Ewald analyzes and discusses existing approaches to solve the algorithm selection problem in the context of simulation. He introduces a framework for automatic simulation algorithm selection and describes its integration into the open-source modelling and simulation framework James II. Its selection mechanisms are able to cope with three situations : no prior knowledge is available, the impact of problem features on simulator performance is unknown, and a relationship between problem features and algorithm performance can be established empirically. The author concludes with an experimental evaluation of the developed methods."
