"Naskah ketikan ini berisi penjelasan gambar-gambar yang terdapat di dalam album J.L. Moens no.18 (KBG 943) yang dibuat pada tahun 1932 untuk KBG di batavia. Naskah disalin atas prakarsa Th. Pigeaud pada tahun 1933 di Panti Budaya, Yogyakarta, namun dalam salinan ini tidak disertai gambar-gambar sebagaimana yang terdapat di dalam naskah aslinya. Tentang album-album Moens pada umumnya lihat deskripsi naskah FSUI/LL.5."
