"Tesis ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Experiential Marketing dan Service Quality yang diterapkan oleh Mujigae Resto Mall Kelapa Gading terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan teknik sampel non probability sampling. Berdasarkan data dari 240 responden, penelitian ini membuktikan adanya pengaruh positif signifikan antara Experiential Marketing terhadap Customer Satisfaction dan Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction terhadap Customer Loyalty, serta Service Quality terhadap Customer Satisfaction.

This thesis discusses about the effect of Experiential Marketing and Service Quality which are applied by Mujigae Resto at Kelapa Gading Mall toward the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. This research is descriptive research. Based on data from 240 respondents, this study proves the existence of a significant positive effect between Experiential Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty, Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyaly, and Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai dampak pendekatan Experiential Marketing yang
terdiri dari Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate yang diterapkan Blitz Megaplex
Grand Indonesia terhadap Customer Satisfaction, dan juga pengaruh kepuasan
tersebut terhadap Attitudinal Loyalty dan Behavioral Loyalty. Penelitian ini
merupakan penelitian eksploratorif dan deskriptif.
Hasil dari penelitian ini mengatakan bahwa Customer Satisfaction dapat ditingkatkan dengan memberikan pengalaman berbasis Feel dengan cara mempengaruhi suasana hati, perasaan, dan emosi, dan Relate dengan menciptakan identitas sosial bagi pelanggan dalam menggunakan sebuah produk. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukan bahwa Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Attitudinal Loyalty, namun tidak secara signifikan terhadap Behavioral Loyalty.

This thesis discusses the effect of Experiential Marketing which is consisted of Sense, Feel, Think, Act, and Relate that has been applied by Blitz Megaplex Grand Indonesia toward Customer Satisfaction, and its impact on Attitudinal Loyalty and Behavioral Loyalty. This research is exploratory and descriptive research.
The results of this research show that Customer Satisfaction can be driven by Feel with its mood and emotion impact; and Relate with its social identity for those who use the product. The results also suggest that Customer Satisfaction significantly influence Attitudinal Loyalty, and did not significantly influence Behavioral Loyalty.

"ABSTRAK
Pergeseran peran konsumen dan kemajuan teknologi informasi berbasis internet memberikan jalan sekaligus memacu pemilik bisnis dan pemasar untuk terus menerus memperbarui strategi pemasarannya. Saat ini peran produsen dan konsumen tidak lagi terpisah dalam hal penciptaan nilai. Nilai suatu produk diciptakan bersama oleh produsen dan konsumen melalui integrasi sumber daya dan penerapan kompetensi, atau yang lebih dikenal dengan value co-creation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pengaruh experiential marketing dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan terhadap kepuasan dan niat beli konsumen dalam konsep value co-creation.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental dengan membagi responden menjadi empat kelompok dengan kombinasi treatment yang berbeda. Penelitian diikuti oleh 120 responden yang dipilih secara acak dan melakukan penelitian di wilayah Jabodetabek. Data yang diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan independent sample t-test untuk melihat perbedaan rata-rata kepuasan dan niat beli konsumen di masing-masing kelompok beserta signifikansinya.
Hasil analisis dengan metode uji t mendapatkan bahwa kombinasi treatment yang menghasilkan tingkat kepuasan dan niat beli konsumen paling tinggi adalah kombinasi experiential marketing tinggi dan persepsi kemudahan penggunaan tinggi. Namun dari hasil pengujian lebih lanjut, ditemukan bahwa treatment penjelasan secara lisan pada variabel persepsi kemudahan penggunaan justru menurunkan tingkat kepuasan dan niat beli konsumen.

ABSTRACT
The shifting of customers’ role and the proliferation of internet-based information technology have facilitated and triggered the business to continuously improve their marketing strategy. Now value creation cannot be separated between producers and consumers. Through the integration of resources and competencies producer and customer co-create the value. This phenomenon is known as value co-creation. This research is aimed to explore the effect of experiential marketing and perceived ease of use (PEOU) on customer satisfaction and customer purchase intention within value co-creation setting.
This research uses experimental methodology by grouping the respondences into four group of different treatment. The research uses 120 randomly-chosen samples from Jabodetabek area. The data then be tested using independent sample t-test to measure the difference of mean satisfaction and mean purchase intention between different group.
T-test measurement shows that the group of high experiential - high PEOU results highest satisfaction and purchase intention level among other groups. In addition, further research shows that treatment by oral explanation decreases the level of customer satisfaction and customer purchase intention."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen Go-Jek wilayah Depok dengan meneliti keseluruhan dimensi yang ada pada variabel experiential marketing yaitu dimensi sense, feel, think, dan relate terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui survei kuesioner terhadap 100 orang responden dengan rentang usia 19 tahun hingga 39 tahun yang pernah menggunakan layanan Go-Jek.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh terhadap kepuasan konsumen yang signifikan dan berpengaruh secara simultan. Tetapi secara parsial hanya empat dimensi dari experiential marketing yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen yaitu dimensi , think<,act, danrelate, sedangkan dimensi sense tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen.

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on Go-Jeks consumer satisfaction in Depok area by examining the overall dimensions of experiential marketing namely the dimensions of sense, feel, think, act, and relate towards customer satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a questionnaire survey of 100 respondents aged 19 years to 39 years who have used the Go-Jek service.
The results show that experiential marketing has a simultaneous significant effect towards customer satisfaction. But partially only four sub-variables of experiential marketing have significant effects towards customer satisfaction. The subvariables are feel, think, act, and relate, while sense does not have a significant effect towards customer satisfaction.

"THE GOODS CAFE merupakan sebuah kafe yang didirikan oleh Tim The Goods Department Store. THE GOODS CAFE mencoba untuk menawarkan pengalaman bersantap yang unik dan berkesan bagi konsumennya melalui genuine experiences. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE dengan menggunakan pendekatan experiential marketing yang dikemukakan oleh Bernd Schmitt (1999). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 100 responden dengan analisa eksplanatif dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing terhadap kepuasan konsumen THE GOODS CAFE.
THE GOODS CAFE is the cafe by The Goods Department Store team. THE GOODS CAFE tries to offer a unique and memorable experience for consumers through genuine experiences. The objective of this research is to determine the effect of experiential marketing on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE using experiential marketing approach proposed by Bernd Schmitt (1999). This research applied quantitative and purposive sampling technique by distributed questionnaires to 100 respondents with explanatory analysis and simple linear regression. The research proved that experiential marketing has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of the consumer THE GOODS CAFE."

"Dunia Fantasi (Dufan)  located in Taman Impian Jaya Ancol is one leading recreational unit with specific characteristics as a theme park.  A research was done towards with service quality and implementation of experiential direct effect, marketing applied in using path analysis.  Experiential marketing was to a is to positive and significant impact on variables.  The objec of this research and determine the effect implementation of experiential marketing to its impact on customer intention of Dufan.  Data collection was conducted through questionnaire given to Dufan visitors.  From the results of data analysis we found that service quality has not significantly influenced customer's attitude.  The study revealed that the direct effect between experiential marketing and customer intention is strong As a subsequent finding,  service quality has not given a significant effect on intention.  However, experiential marketing was found having an indirect influence on customer intent mediated by attitude,  in which the results of the study suggested that the indirect effect customer attitude has a direct positive and significant impact on customer intention variables.  The direct influence of customer attitude to customer intention in Fantasy World, was "strong""

"ABSTRAK
Experiential Marketing pada umumnya digunakan untuk restoran atau tempat wisata, namun sekarang sudah berkembang pada usaha di bidang ritel home furnishing. Dengan menerapkan strategi experiential marketing yang baik dapat membentuk word of mouth konsumen sebuah ritel. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh experiential marketing di ritel IKEA Alam Sutera dalam menciptakan word of mouth konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif metode survei, menyebarkan kuesioner ke 100 responden, berusia 17 tahun ke atas, pernah mengunjungi dan membeli produk IKEA Alam Sutera minimal satu kali, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara experiential marketing dengan word of mouth.

ABSTRACT
Experiential Marketing is generally used for restaurants or tourist destination, but now has been applied in retail home furnishing. Applying experiential marketing strategy can create word of mouth of their retail consumers. This research was conducted with the aim to explain the influence of experiential marketing at IKEA Alam Sutera in creating word of mouth consumer, this study was conducted using quantitative research approach and the type of explanative research, the number of survey respondents were 100 respondents, people aged 17 years and above, ever visit and buy product IKEA Alam Sutera at least one time, to the technique of taking samples of non probability sampling. The results showed that experiential marketing has effect on word of mouth."

"Perkembangan zaman yang terjadi saat ini memengaruhi bidang usaha tata boga. Restaurant Namaaz Dining merupakan salah satu Restaurant Gastronomy Molecular di Indonesia. Restaurant Namaaz Dining menggunakan experiential marketing. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Restaurant Namaaz Dining dengan kepuasa pelanggan sebagai variabel mediasinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 100 pelanggan menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi dan sobel test untuk mengetahui pengaruh antar variabel, baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa experiential marketing memiliki pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai pengaruh experiential marketing terhadap loyalitas pelanggan secara langsung.

The development of the times that is happening now is affecting the business sector of food and beverages. Namaaz Dining Restaurant is one of the Molecular Gastronomy Restaurant in Indonesia. Restaurant Namaaz Dining uses experiential marketing. This study was conducted to analyze the effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty in Restaurant Namaaz Dining with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 customers using non-probability sampling techniques. The data analysis techniques used are regression analysis and sobel tests to determine the effect between variables, both directly and indirectly. The results of this study indicate that  experiential marketing have a direct and indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction has a greater effect than the direct effect of experiential marketing on customer loyalty."
