Analisis Situasi
Creative entrepreneur adalah seseorang yang menanam modal melalui
bakatnya sendiri atau orang lain, yang jika dikelola dengan baik akan
menghasilkan manfaat bagi lingkungan dan ekonomi. Creative
entrepreneur merupakan langkah untuk mewujudkan ekonomi kreatif
Indonesia. Beberapa tahun belakangan, konsep creative entrepreneur
diminati oleh kalangan anak muda, tak terkecuali mahasiswa
Universitas Indonesia
Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat program ini antara lain memberikan informasi lengkap dan
memperkenalkan mahasiswa UI tentang creative entrepreneur.
Program ini bertujuan untuk memicu semangat kewirausahaan, melalui
bakat yang dimilikinya.
Prototipe yang Dikembangkan
Program radio yang diajukan adalah program yang khusus membahas
creative entrepreneur dengan sasaran khusus mahasiswa UI dan
sasaran umum anak muda Indonesia, dengan usia 18-35 tahun.
Program tersebut disajikan dalam format talk show dengan
mengundang narasumber, sesuai topik per pekannya. Topik-topik yang
ditawarkan tiap pekannya, berpedoman pada subsektor industri kreatif
Pekan Produk Kreatif Indonesia 2011 dan riset khalayak.
Evaluasi
-Pre test dilakukan dengan kuesioner online untuk mendapatkan
masukan agar program bisa lebih baik dan sesuai kebutuhan khalayak.
-Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode penyebaran kuesioner online
kepada pendengar program Be Creativepreneur!.
-Evaluasi dari pendengar juga dilakukan melalui analisis pesan yang
masuk melalui e-mail, SMS, maupun media sosial. Dari evaluasi ini
akan terlihat pula seberapa besar respon dan interaksi pendengar
terhadap program Be Creativepreneur!

and Indonesian youth aged 18-35 as the general target. The
program is presented in a format of talk show by inviting
interviewee, according to weekly topic. The topics that are offered
every week are based on subsector creative industry, Pekan Produk
Kreatif Indonesia 2011 and public research.
The Evaluation
-Pretest is done with online questionnaire to get suggestion so the
program can be better and fit the public needs.
-Evaluation is done by spreading online questionnaire method to the
listeners of program Be Creativepreneur!
-Evaluation is also done by analyzing messages in e-mail, SMS, and
social media. Through this evaluation, it will be clear how much

Bagian 1: Analisis Situasi
Minat membaca masyarakat Indonesia masih tergolong rendah karena minimnya sarana, informasi, serta koleksi buku. Di sisi lain, upaya mengapresiasi karya sastra Indonesia mulai berkembang baik. Namun, kebanyakan orang cenderung menganggap sastra itu berat. Padahal sastra banyak memberikan manfaat. Diperlukan adanya program khusus soal karya sastra Indonesia untuk segmen dewasa muda. Media yang digunakan adalah radio karena meski jangkauannya luas tetapi bisa membangun hubungan personal.
Hasil riset khalayak terhadap 55 pendengar radio menunjukkan mayoritas dari mereka merasa butuh dan tertarik dengan ide program bertema sastra. Hampir semua responden setuju jika program karya sastra Indonesia ini direalisasikan.
Bagian 2: Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat bagi khalayak: Meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap pentingnya mengenal karya sastra Indonesia.
Manfaat bagi pengelola: Meningkatkan citra positif karena menghadirkan program yang mendidik masyarakat tentang sastra Indonesia.
Manfaat ekonomi: Pengelola mendapatkan pemasukan tambahan.
Tujuan sosial: Mengenalkan karya-karya sastrawan Indonesia.
Tujuan ekonomi: Menambah keuntungan lewat iklan dan sponsor.
Bagian 3: Prototipe yang Dikembangkan
Program bertema sastra ini mengusung format talkshow, dengan nama ?AKSARA? (Apresiasi Karya Sastra Indonesia). Program akan mengudara di KBR, setiap Sabtu, selama 1 jam, pukul 19.00-20.00 WIB. Program ini menghadirkan sastrawan, penyair, budayawan, atau kritikus sastra sebagai narasumber.
Bagian 4: Evaluasi
Media pre-test dilakukan dengan metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) sebanyak 2 kali. Peserta FGD adalah 10 orang berusia 20-30 tahun. Pre-test dilakukan sebulan sebelum hari siaran program dan setelah prototipe program diproduksi.
Evaluasi akan dilaksanakan secara aktif dan pasif, setelah program disiarkan. Metodenya adalah kuesioner digital dan memantau respon pendengar via SMS, email, dan Twitter.

On the other hand, many people tend to assume that literature is way too heavy, when actually it may give a very rewarding results to the ones study it. There is a growing need for a special program that discusses Indonesian literature targeting young adults segment. Radio became the media that the writer choose because it has the ability to reach a wide-scope of listeners, while still maintaining intimate-personal relationship with its designated listeners.
The result of audience?s research to the 55 radio listeners show that the majority of them need and excited to the idea of literature-themed programme. Most of them agree, incase this program of Indonesian literature to be created.

The programme promise give the best shot in entertaining and gaining the knowledge more deeper exact from the source. Now , Kick Andy be an icon and be the most popular talk show in Indonesia, it can see from the share and television rating. It means that the target maket have been reach in chosen segment. The positioning words always remember in Kick Andy's are "Use your heart not the brain solely in seeing an event"."

"Analisis Situasi
Saat ini sudah banyak tersedia informasi kesehatan di berbagai media, termasuk di radio. Sayangnya, informasi-informasi tersebut lebih ditujukan bagi mereka yang telah berusia dewasa. Padahal, kesehatan sangat penting baik bagi orang tua maupun orang muda (remaja). Oleh karena itu, penulis merasa dibutuhkan suatu program kesehatan yang ditujukan bagi anak muda.
Selain itu, dari hasil riset terhadap 100 pendengar radio anak muda yang dituju menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas dari mereka tertarik dan membutuhkan informasi kesehatan.
Manfaat dan Tujuan Pengembangan Prototipe
Manfaat bagi khalayak:
Mendapatkan informasi seputar kesehatan untuk anak muda.
Manfaat bagi pengelola:
Menunjukkan pada masyarakat bahwa radio tidak hanya berisi acara hiburan, tapi juga berisi informasi-informasi yang bermanfaat seperti informasi kesehatan.
Tujuan sosial:
Mengajak pendengar untuk mulai memerhatikan kesehatan sedini mungkin.
Tujuan ekonomi:
Mendatangkan keuntungan bagi pengelola radio melalui iklan dan sponsorship.
Prototipe yang Dikembangkan
Prototipe yang dikembangkan adalah program radio khusus kesehatan berbentuk talk show dengan segmentasi anak muda Jakarta dengan status sosial ekonomi ABC. Rencananya, program bernama “Sabar OZ” (Sehat Bareng OZ) ini akan disiarkan di OZ Radio Jakarta setiap Jumat, pukul 16.00-18.00 WIB. Acara ini dibagi ke beberapa sesi, yaitu bincang-bincang dengan narasumber ahli, bincang-bincang dengan selebriti, sesi tanya jawab (sekaligus kuis), dan informasi tips, mitos, serta fakta kesehatan.
Evaluasi
Media pre-test dilakukan dengan metode FGD dengan peserta sebanyak enam orang. FGD dilakukan setelah prototipe program selesai dibuat dengan instrumen media pre-test berupa panduan FGD. Sedangkan evalusi dikelompokan menjadi dua, yaitu: evaluasi produksi dan kualitas program serta evaluasi khalayak; dan evaluasi biaya.
Evaluasi produksi dan kualitas program serta evaluasi khalayak dilakukan dengan cara aktif dan pasif. Evaluasi aktif dilakukan dengan telesurvei yang diadakan pada bulan pertama penyiaran program (empat episode). Sedangkan evaluasi pasif dilakukan dengan memantau respon pendengar yang masuk baik melalui email maupun Twitter secara terus-menerus. Evaluasi biaya dilakukan setiap bulan dengan membandingkan biaya produksi program dengan pendapatan program “Sabar OZ” (Sehat Bareng OZ).

Situation Analysis
Nowadays, there are so many media that provide information about health, with no exceptions the radio. Unfortunately, the information are more intended for adult consumption. Whereas, health is really important both for adult and young people (teenagers). Therefore, the author thinks that there is a need for young people as much as it is to the adults.
Moreover, based on the research which was committed to 100 listeners of young people’s radio (OZ Radio Jakarta), the majorities of them are interested and have the need of getting information about health.
The Advantages and The Purposes of Prototype Development
The advantage for audience/listeners:
Attain information on health issues for young people.
The advantage for radio station:
Shows the society that radio is not only about entertainment, but also have concern in providing useful information such as information about health.
Social purpose:
To persuade the audience/listeners to give more attention and take a good care to their health since they are young.
Commercial purpose:
To bring in profit for radio station from adverts and sponsorship.
The Developed Prototype
The developed prototype is radio program about health that takes form talk show formatted, which is intended for young people (teenagers) in Jakarta with ABC social economic class. The program would be named “Sabar OZ” (Sehat Bareng OZ) and is planned to be airing at OZ Radio Jakarta every Friday at 4-6 pm. This program has some parts, which included chatting with expert, chatting with celebrity, question and answer session (including quiz), and tips, myth, and health facts.
Evaluation
The method applied for the pre-test media is FGD with six participants. FGD will be performed after the prototype made and an FGD instrument will be used as a guide. The evaluation divided in two categories, which are: production, quality program, and audience evaluation; and budget evaluation.
Production, quality program, and audience evaluation will be executed in two ways, which are active and passive. The method applied for active evaluation is telesurvei which will be executed in the first month of program airing (for episodes). Whereas, passive evaluation will be executed by monitoring audiences’ responses by email or Twitter continuously. Budget evaluation will be executed every month by comparing production expenditure and income of the program.

"Televisi menampilkan representasi dunia lewat berbagai acaranya seperti sinetron, film, berita, dll. Refleksi stereotip gender pun dapat ditemukan pada televisi. Televisi pun sering mendukung gagasan-gagasan yang beredar dalam masyarakat mengenai apa yang disebut maskulin (yang menunjukkan sifat kelaki-lakian) dan feminin (yang menunjukkan sifat keperempuanan). Hal ini mencakup apa yang boleh/tidak boleh, pantas/tidak pantas dilakukan oleh perempuan dan laki-laki. Kebanyakan masyarakat mengharapkan tidak cukup seseorang tersebut menjadi laki-laki, namun is harus juga terlihat maskulin. Karakter seorang laki-laki umumnya dinilai dan bagaimana mereka bersikap tegas, bagaimana mereka menunjukkan `kejantanannya' dan ketika laki-laki tidak menunjukkan karakter feminin, entah dari cara berpakaian, perilaku, cara bicara maka masyarakat atau lingkungan sosialnya biasanya langsung mengadakan penolakan dengan menghukum, mengejek atau mencerca mereka. Penampilan pria yang feminin sebenarnya tidak asing bagi penonton televisi. Namun laki-laki yang feminin sering kali ditampilkan sebagai suatu yang dianggap lucu karena `Iceanehan' mereka. Tentu saja mereka dianggap sebagai penyimpangan terhadap konsep maskulin yang sudah terkonstruksi secara sosial di masyarakat. Tema-terra yang hadir di televisi biasanya mendukung gagasan tersebut. Televisi sebagai bagian dan kapitalisme sedikit sekali mendukung tema-tema minoritas sebagai wujud keberpihakannya pada yang berkuasa. Penelitian ini mengambil dua episode dari talk show Angin Malam RCTI yaitu "Badan Rambo, Hati ..." dan "Anakku Lain" sebagai kasus yang kan diteliti. Selain dipengaruhi oleh rutinitas media, teks media yang dihasilkan juga dipengaruhi oleh faktor individu, ideologi yang dimiliki masyarakat serta institusi-institusi lainnya seperti pengiklan. Metode analisis yang dipakai adalah Critical Discourse Analysis (CDA). Dan CDA yang dipakai adalah pada tingkat teks adalah metode analisis Norman Fairclough. Pada tingkat teks, penelitian ini memakai framing Pan dan Kosicki. Teknik ini dipilih karena bisa melihat strukstur sintaksis, skrip, tematik, dan retoris. Struktur-struktur tersebut dapat memperlihatkan bagaimana pembuat teks menyusun peristiwa, menceritakan peristiwa, mengungkapkan pandangannya atas peristiwa, serta menekankan arti tertentu ke dalam berita sehingga penelitian ini dapat melihat tanda-tanda simbolik diluar bahasa tertulis, dalam hal ini citra visual yang menjadi karakteristik program televisi. Analisis intertekstual dilakukan untuk melihat bagaimana teks `berdialog' dengan teks yang datang sebelumnya mengenai konsep maskulinitas. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya frame Laki-laki tidak harus berotot dan kuat. Ini bertentangan dengan tuntutan bahwa laki-laki harus mempunyai sikap mental yang jantan dan macho. kemudian frame laki-laki tidak harus selalu macho, laki-laki boleh saja menangis hal tidak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai dan sifat kejantanan yang identik dengan lakilaki yaitu laki-laki dianggap harus pemberani, tidak boleh cengeng atau menangis, tidak pengecut, karena laki-laki dianggap bukan makhluk melankolis dan sentimentil. Juga frame laki-laki digambarkan punya sisi feminin dengan pekerjaan yang menurut pandangan publik adalah pekerjaan yang berkarakter feminin, seperti koki, desainer, perias, dll. Hal ini bertentangan dengan norma maskulinitas tradisional yaitu harus menghindari feminitas. Yang terakhir frame laki-laki bisa saja berdandan. Ini bertentangan dengan sifat laki-laki yang di refleksikan oleh masyarakat bahwa laki-laki tidak terlalu memperhatikan penampilan. Analisis pada tingkat discourse practice menjelaskan kaitan antara faktor pembuat teks, dalam hal ini Razak Satari, dengan keterbukaan gender yang ditampilkannya dalam kedua episode Angin Malam tersebut. Hasil analisis ini juga menemukan pengaruh kapitalisme dalam penayangan episode-episode Angin Malam. Konteks historic dalam penelitian tampak dalam analisis sociocultural dimana masyarakat patriarki yang masih mengacu pada konsep maskulin dan feminin sebagai logika dualistik dan lingkungan kapital melingkupi media televisi dalam menampilkan program-program di RCTI. Kesimpulannya, dalam tingkat mikro terjadi representasi feminitas pada sosok pria. Hal ini dalam level discourse dipandang sebagai topik yang fenomenal karena terjadi konflik sehingga dianggap akan menarik pemirsa, karena pada tingkat makro (sociocultural) konsep maskulin sudah terlanjur mapan terkonstruksi dan feminitas pada sosok pria masih merupakan tema yang tidak populer di tengah masyarakat. Pada gilirannya kapitalisme turut mendorong lahirnya teks tersebut ditengah-tengah mapannya konsep maskulinitas di tengah masyarakat dan media, dalam kasus ini lewat industri televisi."
