"Program Relawan Perusahaan (PRP) merupakan salah satu bentuk alternatif pelaksanaan Tanggungjawab Sosial Perusahaan (TSP) dimana perusahaan mengalokasikan sumberdaya yang dimilikinya dalam bentuk dukungan teknis baik berupa keahlian tertentu atau tenaga kerja. Desain penelitian adalah kualitatif, deskriptif dan menggunakan studi kasus. Corporate Volunteer Program (CVP) is one of alternative of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) implementation, where the company allocates their resources as technical assistance with specific expertise or workforce. The research design is qualitative, descriptive and using case study. The research concluded that CVP can be adopted in Indonesia considering its benefits and other support can be gained from corporate sectors where it opportunities can be optimalized."

"Jenis usaha perasuransian PT XYZ dibagi menjadi dua yaitu asuransi kesehatan dan asuransi jiwa. Salah satu risiko yang terjadi dan berdampak pada kerugian perasuransian adalah kecurangan atau fraud yang dilakukan pihak tertentu untuk memperoleh keuntungan sepihak. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat pemodelan data mining yang digunakan untuk mendeteksi fraud pada asuransi kesehatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh algoritma model berbasis data mining yang dapat mendeteksi fraud pada transaksi klaim peserta di PT XYZ. Karakteristik data yang digunakan bersifat imbalanced, karena jumlah data fraud yang digunakan tidak sebesar jika dibandingkan dengan data yang bersifat normal. Pembentukan model pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan 32 skenario, dengan hasil terbaik skenario dengan penerapan feature engineering, feature selection, oversampling dan uji validasi menggunakan 20­-fold cross validation. Adapun hasil dari skenario tersebut menghasilkan algoritma random forest yang memiliki nilai akurasi paling baik yaitu 99,3% dengan didukung oleh nilai presisi, recall, dan f1 scores masing-masing, 99,3%, 99,3%, dan 99,3%. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa teknik feature engineering dengan penambahan atribut is_dr_speciality, memiliki kontribusi terhadap nilai akurasi model.

The type of insurance business of PT XYZ is divided into two, namely health insurance and life insurance. One of the risks that occur and impact insurance losses is fraud committed by certain parties to obtain unilateral benefits. This research was conducted to create a data mining model used to detect fraud in health insurance. The purpose of this study is to obtain a data mining-based model algorithm that can detect fraud in participant claims transactions at PT XYZ. The characteristics of the data used are imbalanced because the amount of fraud data used is not as much as compared to normal data. The model formation in this study was carried out with 32 scenarios, with the best results being the scenario by applying feature engineering, feature selection, oversampling, and validation tests using 20-fold cross-validation. This scenario resulted in the random forest algorithm having the best accuracy value of 99.3%, supported by precision, recall, and f1 scores, 99.3%, 99.3%, and 99.3%. The final result of this study shows that the feature engineering technique with the addition of the is_dr_speciality attribute has contributed to the model's accuracy value."

"[ABSTRAK
Saat ini pembangunan dan penyebaran knowledge menjadi faktor yang sangat penting dalam persaingan bisnis. Knowledge Management (KM) didefinisikan sebagai sebuah proses implementasi pendekatan sistematik dalam menangkap, membangun, mengelola dan menyebarkan knowledge yang ada dalam suatu organisasi dengan tujuan untuk mempercepat proses kerja, penggunaan best practices dan penurunan biaya suatu pekerjaan. PT. Datacomm Diangraha mulai menerapkan KM sejak tahun 2009 melalui implementasi sebuah Knowledge Management System (KMS). Penggunaan KMS merupakan salah satu rencana strategis perusahaan dalam mengelola informasi yang dimiliki agar dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu faktor pendukung dalam pencapaian tujuan bisnis perusahaan.
Akan tetapi implementasi KMS di PT. Datacomm Diangraha belum mencapai sasaran dan tujuan, dimana terlihat dari rendahnya tingkat penggunaan KMS oleh karyawan yaitu hanya sekitar dari 9% dari jumlah karyawan yang diharapkan menggunakan KMS. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses evaluatif terhadap implementasi KMS di PT. Datacomm, dengan cara mengetahui faktor personality karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap penerimaan KMS. Metodologi yang digunakan mengadopsi Five Factor Model (FFM) dalam menjelaskan dimensi personality dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dalam menjelaskan dimensi penerimaan teknologi. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square digunakan dalam proses pengolahan data dan pengujian hipotesis.
Penelitian ini berhasil menemukan bahwa openness dan neurocitism memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan pengguna KMS melalui personal innovativeness of information technology (PIIT), perceived ease of use, dan perceived benefits. Sementara itu, extraversion dan conscientiousness memiliki pengaruh terhadap penerimaan KMS melalui perceived benefits.

Knowledge Management (KM) is defined as a systematic approach in the implementation process of capturing, build, manage and disseminate knowledge that exists in an organization with the aim to accelerate the work processes, the use of best practices and decrease the cost of a job. PT. Datacomm Diangraha started implementing KM since 2009 through the implementation of a Knowledge Management System (KMS). "Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan regulasi yang berkaitan dengan bencana alam dan media untuk melihat proses pembuatan berita bencana pada satu lembaga penyiaran publik dan dua lembaga penyiaran swasta. Proses dari sisi seorang reporter dan kepala peliputan masing-masing stasiun televisi. Berita bencana alam menjadi tinjauan dari penelitian ini karena berita ini masih mengambil banyak perhatian publik namun pemberitaannya tidak seimbang dari aspek manajemen bencana serta masih mengabaikan beberapa etika yang berlaku.
Penelitian ini menganalisis aturan yang ada mengenai penyiaran bencana dan menguji bagaimana implementasinya pada lembaga penyiaran ketika sedang melakukan proses praproduksi hingga pascaproduksi sebuah berita bencana. Metode yang dilakukan adalah wawancara mendalam dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga penyiaran publik cenderung tidak tegas dalam menjalankan regulasi dalam proses pembuatan berita bencana, sementara lembaga penyiaran swasta menerapkan regulasi dalam pembuatan liputan dengan penerapan yang berbeda.

This thesis discussesthe implementation of regulations that relate to natural disaster and mediato see the process of making disaster news in a public broadcasting institution, and two private broadcasting institutions.The process of making disaster news is seen from the side of a reporter and news manager of each broadcasting station. Natural disaster news become a main object of this research because disaster news is still taking much public attention but its news coverage is unbalanced from the aspects of disaster management and still ignores some of the prevailing ethics.
This study analyzes the existing regulation on disaster broadcasting and tests how they are implemented in broadcasting stations while preproduction to postproduction of making a natural disaster news. The methods used are in depth interviews and document studies. The results of this theses show that public broadcasting agencies are the least assertive in carrying out regulations in the process of making disaster news, and private broadcasters implement some regulations in the making of coverage, although the level of implementation is much different.

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara geopolitik dan Buku Putih Pertahanan Indonesia BPPI . Pada tingkat internasional, BPPI berperan untuk meningkatkan transparansi dan membangun saling percaya Confidence Building Measures/CBMs antar negara. Pada tingkat nasional, BPPI berperan sebagai panduan penyelenggaraan pertahanan dan pembangunan kapabilitas pertahanan negara. Dalam perkembangannya, BPPI 1995-2015 nampak tidak sepenuhnya mencerminkan geopolitik Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan. Tesis ini mempertanyakan mengapa geopolitik Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan tidak tercermin dalam BPPI. Kerangka pemikiran yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah pendekatan geopolitik dan teori pembuatan kebijakan pertahanan. Pendekatan geopolitik digunakan untuk menganalisis ketidaksesuaian aspek-aspek geopolitik Indonesa sebagai negara kepulauan dalam BPPI. Teori pembuatan kebijakan pertahanan digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi aktor yang terlibat dan proses pembuatan BPPI. Tesis ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kasus. BPPI 1995-2015 merupakan data primer yang akan dianalisis, dan didukung dengan hasil wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah geopolitik Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan tidak tercermin dalam BPPI disebabkan karena pengaruh aktor dan kondisi politik domestik pada proses perumusannya. Cara pandang Menteri Pertahanan sebagai aktor utama dalam proses pembuatan BPPI menentukan tercermin atau tidaknya geopolitik Indonesia. Selain itu, kondisi politik domestik yang membuka peluang dominasi aktor militer, terutama AD, dalam pembuatan kebijakan pertahanan menyebabkan geopolitik Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan menjadi terabaikan.

ABSTRACT
This thesis aims to capture the relations between geopolitics and Indonesia rsquo s Defense White Paper DWP . On international level, DWP plays an important role in increasing transparency and confidence building measures CBMs among states. Meanwhile on the national level, the DWP serves as a guideline for developing state rsquo s defense. However, Indonesia rsquo s DWP between 1995 2015 have not fully reflect Indonesian geopolitical interests as an archipelagic country. This thesis questions why Indonesia rsquo s DWP have not reflect Indonesian geopolitical interests as an archipelagic country. This thesis employ a geopolitical approach and the theory of the making of defense policy. Geopolitical approach is used in this thesis to analyze Indonesia rsquo s DWP. The theory of the making of defense policy is utilised to identify actors involved in the process of DWP making. Furthermore, this thesis is qualitative study by using case study. Indonesia rsquo s DWPs are the primary data that will be analyzed, supported by interview participant in the development process. This study argues that the perspective of main actors involved in the making of DWP determines whether or not geopolitics of Indonesia as an archipelagic country is reflected by Indonesia rsquo s DWP. In addition, the political environment in which the DWPs have been formulated is also considered in this thesis. As the political environment gives the military, particularly Indonesian Army, opportunities to shape defense policy, it undermines Indonesia rsquo s geopolitical interests in Indonesia rsquo s DWP. "

"Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Kegiatan Marketing Public Relations dalam rangka membangun Brand Awareness (Studi Kasus pada Produk McAfee di PT.Transition Systems Indonesia). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis apakah kegiatan Marketing Public Relations (MPR) pada produk McAfee memberikan dampak awareness kepada konsumen, dimana hal ini dilakukan untuk menghadapi persaingan yang cukup ketat dengan perusahaan IT lainnya. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada khalayak sasaran produk McAfee yaitu pemakai dari produk McAfee itu sendiri dan mengetahui perkembangan dunia tekhnologi. Dalam metode penelitian, peneliti menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, paradigma kontruktivis. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam (In-depth interviewing).
Dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa McAfee diduga telah berhasil meningkatkan awareness dari audience. Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dampak Marketing Public Relations disusun yang dilakukan oleh McAfee diduga menjadi suatu bauran strategi secara tepat. Dalam rangka membangun brand awareness konsumen dengan menggunakan marketing communication mix dan didukung oleh sarana yang ada. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan Marketing Public Relations yang diselenggarakan oleh McAfee diduga telah berhasil meningkatkan awareness dari audience. Kegiatan Marketing Public Relations itu penekanannya bukan pada selling ( seperti pada kegiatan periklanan). Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan dampak yang kuat terhadap tingkat awareness konsumen.

This research titled Analysis Activity of Marketing Public Relations in order to build brand awareness (Case Study on the McAfee Products in PT.Transition Systems Indonesia). The purpose of the research is to analyze whether the activities of Marketing and Public Relations (MPR) on the McAfee products to give effect to the consumer awareness, where this is done to face tight competition with other IT companies. This research was conducted at the target audience of users of McAfee products from McAfee's own product and know the world of technology development. In a research method, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research approaches, paradigms Constructivism. The data were collected by In-depth interviewing.
From the results of data analysis, the output showed that McAfee consectuable has succeeded in increasing awareness of the audience. In this research we can conclude that the impact of Marketing and Public Relations organized by McAfee is supposed to be a mix of strategies as appropriate. In order to build brand awareness among consumers by using marketing communication mix and is supported by the existing facilities. The implication of this research showed that the activities of Marketing and Public Relations organized by McAfee is alleged to have managed to increase awareness of the audience. Marketing and Public Relations activities that the emphasis is not on selling (as in advertising activities). This activity is expected to give a strong impact on the level of consumer awareness.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kepatuhan syariah yang dilakukan oleh Dewan Pengawas Syariah PT Bank Syariah Z serta hubungannya dengan unit kepatuhan yaitu Sharia Compliance dan Divisi Audit Internal di PT Bank Syariah Z. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dengan pihak PT Bank Syariah Z sebagai data primer dan menggunakan Laporan Tahunan dan dokumen terkait dengan kepatuhan syariah dari PT Bank Syariah Z sebagai data sekunder. Dari hasil penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa Dewan Pengawas Syariah memiliki peran yang penting dalam melakukan pemantauan terhadap pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kepatuhan syariah yang dilakukan dengan pengendalian preventif ex-ante dan kuratif ex-post . Terdapat risiko dalam implementasi prosedur kerja Dewan Pengawas Syariah, termasuk di dalamnya keterlibatan Sharia Compliance Officer yang juga memiliki posisi sebagai Staf Dewan Pengawas Syariah.

This study aims to analyze implementation and supervision procedure of sharia compliance that is done by Sharia Supervisory Board at PT Bank Syariah Z and related to the compliant unit consists of Sharia Compliance and Internal Audit Division. Research method used in this study is interviewing PT Bank Syariah Z as the primary data and also using Annual Report and related document from PT Bank Syariah Z as the secondary data. The analysis shows that Sharia Supervisory Board takes an important role on monitoring the implementation of control function on ex ante and ex post. It also shows that there are some risks on the implementation of Sharia Supervisory Board rsquo s working procedure include the involvement of Sharia Compliance Officer who has concurrent position as Sharia Supervisory Board Staff. "
