"Saat ini dengan semakin berkembangnya jaman, kebutuhan akan rumah menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi seseorang. Memiliki rumah adalah adalah kebutuhan yang paling mendasar yang merupakan hak bagi setiap orang. Dilingkungan Polri, upaya dalam rangka meningkatkan profesionalisme pelayanan masyarakat tentu ada faktor-faktor pendukung yang terkait dengan pemenuhan hak-hak dasar (basic need) hidup anggotanya seperti hak dapat menghuni/memiliki rumah secara layak dan memadai baik melalui pengadaan rumah dinas oleh dinas maupun kepemilikan secara pribadi. Rumah dinas sendiri memilik arti yaitu rumah negara yang dimiliki dan atau dikuasi oleh Polri yang disediakan bagi personel Polri. Penempatan rumah dinas sendiri dilingkungan Polri telah diatur dalam Keputusan Kapolri No. 17/VIII/2001 tentang petunjuk pelaksanaan penempatan rumah dinas dengan penerbitan SIP. Inti dari disediakan rumah dinas itu sendiri adalah diperuntukan untuk personel Polri yang masih aktif sehingga dapat terjamin kesejahteraannya dan dapat lebih baik dalam melaksanakan tugasnya dalam hal kesigapan dan tepat waktu. Akan tetapi pada kenyataannya penghuni dari rumah dinas adalah personil Polri yang sudah tidak aktif lebih banyak dari pada personil yang masih aktif sengan status SIP yang kadaluarsa maupun belom memiliki dengan alasan masih dalan proses. Lemahnya dalam pengendalian atau penunjukan penghuni rumah dinas ini yang menjadi cikal bakal adanya Pemidahan Hak Menempati rumah dinas yang dilakukan secara tertutup atau yang lebih dikenal dengan nama ?jualbeli? atau uang ganti kunci, hal tentunya tidak diketahui oleh dinas. Hal ini menyebabkan tidak terpenuhinya tujuan utama dalam pengadaan rumah dinas itu sendiri di Kepolisiam.

The core of the provide of the provided home service itself is intended to exist national police (polri) personnel still active so that it cant be secured and can be better doing their job in terms of promptness and timely.but in fact, the occupant of the home office is national police personnel has been in active more than personnel still active with sip status expired or have not lived by weakness in the control of the designation of the residents of this service which became the forerunner of the move was the rights to occupy or better known by the name of ?sale and purchase? or ?key money? is certainly not known by the service. This condition doesn?t satisfy the main purpose of the procurement service itself in house Police Departement."

"Peran monitoring berarti perawat mencari hal-hal yang berguna, memantau hasil, serta menjadi pusat informasi. Disseminator berarti perawat menyampaikan informasi, dan spokesperson berarti perawat menjadi juru bicara. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran informasional perawat dalam mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas. Studi ini berupa studi kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sembilan partisipan perawat sebagai koordinator program lansia terlibat pada pelaksanaan studi ini, dan memiliki pengelaman mengelola layanan home care lansia di puskesmas antara 1 hingga 9 tahun. Studi ini menghasilkan enam tema meliputi; upaya pemenuhan kebutuhan layanan; upaya identifikasi hasil layanan; monitoring pelaksanaan layanan home care; diseminasi tata laksana layanan home care; koordinasi dalam perencanaan dan tata laksana program; serta koordinasi dengan stakeholder dalam upaya pelaksanaan layanan. Hasil menunjukkan bahwasanya perawat sebagai koordinator layanan home care lansia di puskesmas ditemukan masih memiliki banyak keterbatasan dalam menjalankan peran informasional.

The role of monitoring means that nurses look for useful things, monitor results, and become a center of information. Disseminator means the nurse conveys information, and spokesperson means the nurse becomes the spokesperson. This study aims to explore the informational role of nurses in managing elderly home care services in primary health care. This study is in the form of a qualitative study using a qualitative descriptive approach. Nine nurse participants as coordinators of the elderly program were involved in the implementation of this study and had experience managing elderly home care services at the primary helath care between 1 to 9 years. The study produced six themes including; efforts to meet service needs; efforts to identify service outcomes; monitoring the implementation of home care services; dissemination of home care service management; coordination in program planning and governance; and coordination with stakeholders in service implementation efforts. The results showed that nurses as coordinators of elderly home care services at puskesmas were found to still have many limitations in carrying out informational roles."
