Apakah dapat diterapkan di Indonesia? dimana fungsi Notaris disini sebagai pihak pengemban amanat kepercayaan yang nanti peran dan fungsinya seperti pihak ketiga terpercaya atau agen pendaftaran terpercaya seperti notaris di Amerika Serikat (otoritas pendaftaran/registration authority) dengan melihat peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia, dimana hal ini masih menjadi perdebatan yang panjang antar para notaris itu sendiri dengan membandingkan dengan peran dan fungsi dari pihak ketiga terpercaya dan agen pendaftaran terpercaya dalam penyelenggaraan suatu transaksi elektronik dan apakah jabatan notaris di Indonesia dapat berfungsi sebagai pihak ketiga terpercaya atau seperti agen pendaftaran terpercaya dalam suatu transaksi elektronik apabila hal ini diterapkan di Indonesia.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keselarasan cakupan aktivitas audit internal dengan strategi Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan (BPJS Kesehatan). Persepsi nilai tambah audit internal masih sering digambarkan rancu, sehingga Eulerich and Lenz (2020) mendefinisikan peran audit internal menjadi 3 (tiga) jenis cakupan, yaitu: GRC partner, trusted advisor dan value driver. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan mengumpulkan dokumen internal organisasi, survei kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah audit internal BPJS Kesehatan dapat memberikan peran sebagai GRC partner dan trusted advisor. Aktivitas audit internal belum disusun dan diselaraskan dengan implementasi strategi organisasi, namun telah berproses untuk mengarah pada hal-hal yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dalam mendukung kesuksesan strategi organisasi.

This study aims to evaluate the alignment of the scope of internal audit activities with Indonesia's Social Health Insurance Provider (BPJS Kesehatan) strategy. The perception of the added value of internal audit is still often described as hazy and enigmatic. Therefore, Eulerich and Lenz (2020) define the role of an internal audit into three types of scope: GRC partners, trusted advisors, and value drivers. This qualitative research uses a case study method by collecting internal organizational documents, questionnaire surveys, and interviews. The results obtained are that BPJS Kesehatan's internal audit can provide a role as a GRC partner and trusted advisor. The internal audit activity has not been prepared and aligned with the implementation of the organization's strategy. However, it has been in the process of leading to things that can contribute more value to the success of the organization's strategy."

"This book mainly discusses how to analyze and design cryptographic protocols based on the idea of system engineering and that of the trusted freshness component. A novel freshness principle based on the trusted freshness component is presented; this principle is the basis for an efficient and easy method for analyzing the security of cryptographic protocols. The reasoning results of the new approach, when compared with the security conditions, can either establish the correctness of a cryptographic protocol when the protocol is in fact correct, or identify the absence of the security properties, which leads the structure to construct attacks directly. Furthermore, based on the freshness principle, a belief multiset formalism is presented. This formalism’s efficiency, rigorousness, and the possibility of its automation are also presented."

"Karyawan industri hospitality memiliki bekerja dengan jam kerja yang panjang dan tidak teratur, beban kerja berat, namun diharuskan memberikan kualitas pelayanan berstandar tinggi. Untuk itu, industri hospitality membutuhkan karyawan yang bekerja tidak hanya memenuhi tanggung jawab formalnya dan mematuhi norma-norma perusahaan, melainkan turut melakukan upaya ekstra secara bebas dan tulus yang mampu mendukung keoptimalan fungsi perusahaan atau disebut dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui feeling trusted (perasaan dipercaya) sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara inclusive leadership (kepemimpinan inklusif) dan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Dijelaskan menggunakan teori social exchange, karyawan yang memersepsikan atasannya sebagai pemimpin yang terbuka, mudah dijangkau, dan selalu tersedia akan merasa dipercaya oleh atasan. Hal ini kemudian membuat karyawan berusaha memberikan timbal balik dengan berperilaku positif di luar kewajiban kerja yang menguntungkan atasan, rekan kerja, dan perusahaan atau berperilaku OCB. Data diperoleh dari karyawan hospitality Indonesia (N = 203) dan dianalisis regresi menggunakan PROCESS versi 4.0 oleh Hayes (2013) pada SPSS v25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perasaan dipercaya dapat memediasi secara penuh hubungan antara kepemimpinan inklusif dan OCB. Hasil ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi perusahaan hospitality untuk membentuk karakteristik pemimpin inklusif pada seluruh pemimpin di perusahaan.

Hospitality industry employees have long and irregular working hours, heavy workloads, but are required to provide high-standard service quality. For this reason, the hospitality industry requires employees who work not only to fulfill their job responsibilities as written in the job description but also to give extra-role discretely to support the functioning of the company optimally or known as organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study aims to investigate feeling trusted as a mediator on the relationship between inclusive leadership and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Using social exchange theory, employees who are led by leaders who are open, accessible, and available will feel trusted. This motivates employees to try to reciprocate by behaving positively towards work obligations that benefit individuals and the organization or perform OCB. Data were obtained from employees of the Indonesian hospitality industry (N = 203) and analyzed regression using PROCESS version 4.0 by Hayes (2013) on SPSS v25. Results showed that feeling trusted fully mediated the relationship between inclusive leadership and OCB. The results of this study can encourage hospitality companies to build inclusive leadership characteristics for all leaders in the company."

"Skripsi ini akan melakukan evaluasi terhadap peran yang dilakukan oleh Inspektorat Utama selaku unit audit internal Kementerian Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional(PPN)/Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Nasional(Bappenas) sebagai trusted advisor. Skripsi akan mencari gambaran upaya-upaya yang dilakukan Inspektorat Utama Kementerian PPN/Bappenas dalam peran konsultasi yang kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar/pedoman yang berlaku di Instansi Pemerintah Indonesia. Kemudian skripsi akan memberikan gambaran penerapan atribut-atribut trusted advisor sesuai yang disampaikan Richard F. Chambers berdasarkan persepsi dari auditor internal dan stakeholder Inspektorat Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. Diharapkan dengan melakukan analisis tersebut, didapatkan gambaran area-area yang perlu ditingkatkan oleh Inspektorat Utama Kementerian PPN/Bappenas untuk mewujudkan perannya sebagai trusted advisor.

This research will evaluate the role played by the Main Inspectorate as the internal audit unit of the Ministry of National Development Planning (PPN)/National Development Planning Agency (Bappenas) as a trusted advisor. The research will seek an overview of the efforts made by the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry PPN/Bappenas in a consulting role which will then be compared with the standards/guidelines that apply in Indonesian Government Agencies. Then the research will provide an overview of the implementation of trusted advisor attributes according to what was conveyed by Richard F. Chambers based on the perceptions of internal auditors and Inspectorate stakeholders of the Ministry PPN/Bappenas. It is hoped that by carrying out this analysis, an overview of the areas that need to be improved by the Main Inspectorate of the Ministry of National Development Planning/Bappenas will be obtained to realize its role as a trusted advisor."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian terhadap pengelolaan kinerja Bhabinkamtibas yang sudah dilakukan oleh Polres Metro Jakarta Pusat dalam mewujudkan Polri yang professional, modern, dan terpercaya (Promoter). Selain itu, juga dikaji berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam melaksanakan pengelolaan kinerja tersebut. Sehingga dengan mengetahui kedua faktor tersebut, dapat dirumuskan langkah-langkah pengelolaan kinerja Bhabinkamtibmas yang tepat serta dapat mengurangi kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui observasi pasif, wawancara, dan telaah dokumen. Analisa data menggunakan 3 tahap yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anggota Bhabinkamtibmas selain memiliki tugas rutin, juga sering dihadapkan dengan tugas adaptif.  Dalam melaksanakan tugasnya, secara umum anggota Bhabinkamtibmas sudah menunjukkan sikap dan perilaku yang positif. Pelaksanaan tugas pemolisian masyarakat (polmas) juga telah dilakukan dengan membangun sinergitas dan kemitraan dengan seluruh komponen masyarakat. Namun demikian, anggota Bhabinkamtibas dalam mewujudkan kamtibmas juga menghadapi berbagai kendala baik dari dalam maupun dari luar Polri. Dari hasil termuan di atas, disarankan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan deklaratif dan prosedural anggota Bhabinkamtibmas melalui pelatihan, pendidikan, maupun berbagi pengalaman dan pengetahuan antar anggota. Motivasi anggota Bhabinkamtibas juga perlu ditingkatkan melalui pemberian penghargaan atas kinerja yang efektif. Pemberdayaan masyarakat dalam rangka mendukung pelaksanaan pemolisian masyarakat dan mencegah preemtif terjadinya kejahatan dan gangguan kemtibmas.

This study aims to conduct a study of the management of Bhabinkamtibas performance that has been carried out by the Central Jakarta Metro Police department in realizing the professional, modern, and trusted national police. In addition, various constraints faced in implementing the performance management were also examined. By knowing these factors, the proper performance management can be formulated and can reduce the obstacles faced. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach through passive observation, interviews, and document study. Data analysis was perfomed through data reduction, data display, and verification. The results of this study indicate that Bhabinkamtibmas members in addition to having routine assignments, are also often faced with adaptive tasks. In carrying out their duties, Bhabinkamtibmas personnels, in general, have shown positive attitudes and behavior. The task of community policing (polmas) has also been carried out by building synergy and partnership with all components of the community. However, members of Bhabinkamtibas in creating community security and order also faced various obstacles both from within and from outside the National Police. From the results, it is recommended to increase the declarative and procedural knowledge of members of Bhabinkamtibmas through training, education, and sharing experiences and knowledge among members. The motivation of Bhabinkamtibas members also needs to be improved through giving awards for effective performance. Community empowerment in order to support the implementation of community policing and prevent (pre-emptive) the occurrence of crimes and community disorders."

"Perjanjian sewa menyewa yang dibuat oleh dan dihadapan Notaris berlaku sebagai akta autentik yang memiliki kekuatan pembuktian sempurna. Seorang Notaris dalam pembuatan aktanya harus mengikuti proses yang benar sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Kelalaian yang dapat terjadi pada proses pembuatan akta autentik dapat menyebabkan kekuatan pembuktian akta tersebut terdegradasi menjadi akta dibawah tangan ataupun batal demi hukum. kemudian, terhadap Notaris yang melakukan kesalahan pada pembuatan aktanya dapat dinyatakan sebagai pelaku atas Perbuatan Melawan Hukum. Dampak atas kelalaian yang dilakukan Notaris ini terkadang tidak hanya terhadap penghadap tetapi juga pada pihak ketiga diluar akta. Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam thesis ini adalah substansi Perbuatan Melawan Hukum yang dilakukan oleh Notaris serta Para Pihak dan perlindungan hukum bagi pihak diluar akta yang menjadi korban atas dibuatnya akta Perjanjian Sewa Menyewa serta tanggung jawab Notaris atas kesalahan yang dibuatnya. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam tesis ini adalah yuridis normatif dengan tipe penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun terhadap kelalaian yang dibuat Notaris menyebabkan akta nya cacat dan batal demi hukum. Terhadap perbuatannya, Notaris dapat dimintakan pertanggung jawaban atas kesalahan yang dibuatnya serta bagi pihak ketiga diluar akta yang menjadi korban terdapat perlindungan hukum sesuai dengan peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.

A lease agreement made by and before a Notary applies as an authentic deed of absolute proof. When making a deed, a Notary must follow the proper procedure in accordance with the rules of the law. Any negligence that may occur in the process of making an authentic deed, may result in degradation of the proving power of the authentic deed into a private deed, or even make the authentic deed void by law. Subsequently, the Notary who committed an error in the making of the deed may be declared as a perpetrator of an Unlawful Act. The impact of the negligence conducted by the Notary can sometimes not only on affect the party engaged in the deed, but also third parties outside the deed. The issues discussed in this thesis are the substance of the Unlawful acts committed by Notaries and Parties in the deed, the legal protection of the parties outside the deed who are impacted as victims of the Tenancy Agreement, and the Notary's responsibility for the offenses committed. The research method used in this thesis is normative juridical method with a descriptive analytical research type. The types of data used in this study are secondary data with a qualitative approach. As for the Notary's negligence, this caused his deed to be defective and void by law. For his actions, the Notary may be held responsible for any wrongdoing that he may have committed, and for any third party outside the deed who is impacted as a victim, they are eligible legally protected in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations."
