"Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami masalah dalam penggunaan game online. Penggunaan game online yang tidak terkontrol dapat menimbulkan dampak negatif baik secara biologis, psikologis, dan sosial bagi remaja.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif terhadap adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasy experimental pre-post with control group. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik purposive sampling dan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 70 responden yang dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok yaitu kelompok intervensi 1 dan kelompok intervensi 2. Kelompok intervensi 1 sejumlah 35 orang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif, serta kelompok intervensi 2 sejumlah 35 orang diberikan pendidikan kesehatan tanpa latihan asertif. Analisis univariat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan tendensi sentral. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Repeated ANOVA untuk data berdistribusi normal sedangkan uji Friedman untuk data yang tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif berpengaruh secara bermakna pada adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif. Pendidikan kesehatan dan latihan asertif dapat direkomendasikan sebagai kombinasi terapi dalam mencegah adiksi game online, gangguan mental emosional, dan perilaku agresif serta meningkatkan kemampuan remaja dalam menggunakan game online secara bijak dan kemampuan berperilaku asertif. 

Adolescents are an age group that is prone to experiencing problems in using online games. Uncontrolled use of online games can have negative impacts both biologically, psychologically and socially for adolescents. This study discusses the psychological impact of online games such as online game addiction, emotional mental disorders, and aggressive behavior as well as the ability of adolescents to use online games wisely and the ability to behave assertively. The research design used was a quasy experimental pre-post with a control group. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling and random sampling techniques with a total sample of 70 respondents who divided into 2 groups, namely intervention group 1 and intervention group 2. Intervention group 1 consisted of 35 people who were given health education and assertiveness training, and intervention group 2 consisted of 35 people who were given health education without assertiveness training. Univariate analysis using frequency distribution and central tendency. Bivariate analysis used repeated ANOVA tests for normally distributed data, while Friedman's test for non-normally distributed data. The results showed that health education and assertive training had a significant effect on online game addiction, mental emotional disorders, and aggressive behavior, the ability of adolescents to use online games wisely and  to behave assertively. Health education and assertive training can be recommendations as a combination therapy in preventing online game addiction, mental emotional disorders, and aggressive behavior, increasing adolescents' ability to use online games wisely and the ability to behave assertively."

"Korupsi merupakan masalah tak berujung yang sulit dihilangkan begitu mengakar. Ada banyak metode untuk mengurangi korupsi yang didokumentasikan dalam literatur; salah satu solusinya adalah dengan menggunakan pendidikan. Tesis ini bertujuan untuk menggali apakah akses pendidikan anak usia dini di Desa dapat menekan kasus korupsi. Tesis ini menganalisis program Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) Indonesia pada tahun 1990-an, yang bertepatan dengan pemberlakuan Kurikulum Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) yang baru saat itu. Kandidat politik di Desa yang terekspos dan tidak terekspos akan menjadi identifikasi utama efek pengobatan. Set up melibatkan 13.251 kelompok perlakuan dan 10.326 kelompok kontrol desa. Kumpulan data PODES ini mencakup beberapa ukuran hasil yang menarik, termasuk kasus korupsi kepala desa dan korupsi di tingkat desa. Perkiraan kami mengungkapkan bahwa kurikulum memiliki dampak yang beragam terhadap korupsi di desa. Sedangkan pendidikan anak usia dini dapat menurunkan jumlah kasus korupsi di tingkat desa; di sisi lain, meningkatkan kemungkinan korupsi elit desa. Kami juga menemukan sedikit bukti yang mendukung bahwa efek positif korupsi memang mengubah tingkat pendidikan mereka karena tingkat pendidikan menengah. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan efek sederhana dari kurikulum pendidikan dini pada hasil jangka panjang di sektor publik melalui efek positifnya pada pemerintahan para pemimpin lokal.

Corruption is an endless problem that difficult to eliminate once entrenched. There have been many methods on reducing corruption documented in the literature; one of the solutions is to using education. This thesis aims to explore whether access to early childhood education in the Village can reduce corruption cases. This thesis analyse the Indonesian Early Childhood Education (ECE) program in the 1990s, which coincided with the new implementation of the new Curriculum of Early childhood Education (ECE) the time. The political candidate in the Village exposed and did not exposed will be main identification of treatment effect. The sets up involve 13,251 treated and 10,326 control groups of villages. The data variables from the village potential –(PODES)- of 1993, 2006, 2008, 2011, 2014, and 2018. These data sets cover some measure of outcomes of interest, including corruption cases of the village head and corruption at the village level. The experimental strategy utilises an instrumental variable and double difference approach to estimate the relation between childhood education of the village head and their year of education the mediator to reduce corruption cases in the village. Our estimates reveal that the curriculum has a mixed impact on the village’s corruption. While experiencing childhood education can lower the village level number of corruption cases; on the other hand, it increases the possibility of the village elite’s corruption. We also find a shred of supportive evidence that the positive effect on corruption did change in their education level due to the intermediate level of education attainment. The finding implicates the modest effect of early education curriculum on long-term outcomes in the public sector via their positive effect on the governance of the local leaders."

"Masa usia dini adalah periode awal yang mendasar dan penting dalam sepanjang pertumbuhan serta perkembangan kehidupan. Perumda Pasar Jaya melalui Bhakti Isrti Pegawai (BIP) mengimplementasikan program CSR PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya yang bertujuan untuk terwujudnya anak yang cerdas, sehat, jujur, bertanggung jawab, disiplin, adil, peduli, kreatif, dan mandiri khususnya anak anak yang berada di lingkungan Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini Bina Tunas Jaya sebagai program CSR Perumda Pasar Jaya dan faktor pendorong serta penghambatnya. Pendekatan penelitian bersifat kualitatif dengan jenis evaluasi formatif. hasil penelitian, memperlihatkan masih banyak hambatan-hambatan yang ditemukan karena adanya pandemi Covid-19. Penilaian keberhasilan program ini berdasarkan pada kerangka logis yang dibuat sebagai acuan implementasi program. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada proses berjalannya program. Faktor pendukung program, yaitu peran tenaga pendidik yang sangat loyal dalam menjalankan tugasnya serta kerja sama antara tenaga pendidik, orang tua murid, dan Perumda Pasar Jaya. Faktor penghambat program, yaitu proses administrasi yang belum efektif dan efisien, perekrutan tenaga pendidik ada yang melalui close recruitment, metode belajar dari rumah yang belum efektif, dan media promosi PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya yang tidak sepenuhnya sampai kepada anak pedagang Pasar Induk Kramat Jati.

Early childhood is a fundamental and important early period in the growth and development of life. Perumda Pasar Jaya through Bhakti Isrti Pegawai (BIP) implements the CSR program of PAUD Bina Tunas Jaya which aims to create smart, healthy, honest, responsible, disciplined, fair, caring, creative, and independent children, especially children who are in the Pasar Induk Kramat Jati. This research aims to evaluate the process of Bina Tunas Jaya Early Childhood Education program conducted by Perumda Pasar Jaya as a manifestation of Corporate Social Responsibility including the supporting and inhibiting factors. Thus research is qualitative with formative evaluation type. The results of the study show that there are still many obstacles that have been found due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This study also shows the supporting and inhibiting factors in the process of running the program. The supporting factors are the role of educators who are very loyal in carrying out their duties and cooperation between teachers, parents, and Perumda Pasar Jaya. The inhibiting factors are the administrative process that is not yet effective and efficient, recruitment process of educator through close recruitment, the ineffective learning method from home, and the promotional media for the Bina Tunas Jaya PAUD which does not fully reach the children of traders at the Pasar Induk Kramat Jati."
