"Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri merupakan suatu cara untuk mengetahui masalah pada payudara. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menggambarkan pengetahuan remaja putri tentang SADARI. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Responden yang ikut dalam penelitian sebanyak 230 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 60,4% responden berpengetahuan baik. Analisa data menunjukkan gambaran pengetahuan remaja putri tentang SADARI adalah baik. Peneliti merekomendasikan dilakukannya penyuluhan berkelanjutan yang melibatkan Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) serta puskesmas setempat dalam rangka menurunkan angka kejadian masalah pada payudara.

Breast self-examination is a way to detect a breast problem. The purpose of this study was to describe the female teenagers' knowledge of BSE. This study used descriptive design. The data were collected using a questionnaire. About 230 people were participated in this study. The result showed that 60,4% of respondents had a good knowledge. The data analysis described that the female teenagers' knowledge of BSE was good. It is recommended to provide a continuous health education involving School Health Efforts (SHE) and Community Health Center in order to decrease the incidence of breast problems."
