"Risiko Keselamatan Kesehatan Kerja dan Lingkungan (K3L) merupakan hal penting yang perlu dikendalikan, khususnya pada laboratorium. Kecelakaan kerja harus diminimalisir agar aktivitas laboratorium dapat terus dilaksanakan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat mengidentifikasi karakteristik bahan baku yang digunakan di Laboratorium TPL FTUI dan menganalisis potensi bahaya dan risiko berdasarkan jenis aspek risiko atau jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan di Laboratorium TPL FTUI. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 tentang Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja, evaluasi risiko lingkungan kerja dapat ditinjau dari berbagai aspek, yaitu aspek fisika, kimia, biologi, ergonomi dan psikologi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode sampling, observasi langsung, wawancara, dan survei kuisioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek fisika memperoleh angka 52,8 dB yang masih memenuhi standar untuk faktor kebisingan, dan 38,2 lux yang tidak memenuhi standar faktor pencahayaan. Untuk aspek biologi ditinjau masih aman dalam hal kualitas udara, namun tidak untuk faktor kelembaban. Pada aspek kimia dapat diketahui bahwa seluruh bahan kimia yang digunakan memiliki karakteristik bahaya dengan angka risiko yang tinggi. Sedangkan pada aspek ergonomi terdapat 8 dari 10 fasilitas telah memenuhi syarat ergonomi dan aspek psikologi diperoleh angka stres kerja laboran pada kategori rendah hingga sedang. Hasil identifikasi bahaya dan penilaian risiko menunjukkan kategori risiko II dan III dari setiap jenis pengujian yang terpilih. Upaya pengendalian dan program K3L perlu ditingkatkan agar bahaya dan risiko dapat dikelola.

Occupational Health and Environmental Safety risk is an important things that needs to be controlled, especially in the laboratory. Work accidents must me minimized so that laboratory activities can continue to be carried out. The aim of this study was to identify the characteristics of the raw materials used in the TPL FTUI Laboratory and analyze the potential hazards and risks based on the type of risk aspects or the type of activity carried out in the TPL FTUI Laboratory. Based on Ministerial Regulation Number 5 of 2018, evaluation of work environment risks can be viewed from various aspects, namely aspects of physics, chemistry, biology, ergonomics and psychology. This research was a quantitative and qualitative study with sampling methods, direct observation, interviews, and questionnare surveys.
The results show that the physical aspect obtained a figure of 52.8 dB which still meets the standard for the noise factor, and 38.2 lux which does not meet the standard for the lighting factor. For the biological aspect, it is considered safe in terms of air quality, but not for the humidity factor. In the chemical aspect, it can be seen that all chemicals used have hazard characteristics with a high risk rate. While in the aspect of ergonomics, there are 8 out of 10 facilities that have met the requirements of ergonomics and from the psychological aspect, the number of laboratory work stress is in the low to medium category. The results of hazard identification and risk assessment indicate risk categories II and III for each type of test selected. OHSE control efforts and programs need to be improved so that hazzards and risks can be managed.

"Penelitian ini membahas analisis risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di Penyamakan Kulit X tahun 2012. Penelitian mengacu pada standar AS/NZS 4360:2004 dengan menggunakan analisis risiko semikuantitatif. Penilaian risiko menggunakan metode W.T Fine yaitu nilai risiko merupakan hasil kali antara faktor konsekuensi, pajanan dan kemungkinan. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mendapatkan nilai risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan pada setiap tahapan proses di Penyamakan Kulit X.
Hasil penelitian adalah tingkat risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada setiap tahapan proses meliputi very high, priority 1, substantial, priority 3 dan acceptable. Hasil penelitian dapat menjadi dasar pertimbangan program pengendalian risiko di Penyamakan Kulit X.

This research describes risk assessment of occupational health and safety in Tannery X 2012. This study referred to AS/NZS 4360:2004 standard and used semi-quantitative risk analysis. Risk Assessment used W.T Fine method. Risk score was got from multiplication of the consequence, exposure and probability factors. The objective of this study is to get health and safety level of risk in every step process in Tannery X.
The results state the level of risk in every step process includes very high, priority 1, substantial, priority 3 and acceptable. This results can use for judgment of risk control program in Tannery X.
