"Jurnal ini meneliti efek dari penggunaan salah satu tipe Koreksi Langsung tanpa mengacu pada perbedaan personalitas mahasiswa tahun pertama di dalam kelas Listening and Speaking Program Studi Inggris Universitas Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini melihat cara dosen menggunakan satu tipe Koreksi Langsung dalam mengoreksi kesalahan mahasiswa dan efek yang dirasakan oleh mahasiswa pada performa speaking setelah mendapatkan koreksi tersebut. Metode penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian jurnal ini menunjukan bahwa satu pendekatan pengajaran yang dipilih oleh dosen di kelas Listening and Speaking berhasil meningkatkan keahlian berbicara mahasiswa.
This study investigated the effect of using one type of Corrective Feedback without considering personalities differences in Listening and Speaking classroom for first year students of English Department students at Universitas Indonesia. The focus of the research is how the teacher used one type of Corrective Feedback to correct students rsquo errors and what effect students feel about their speaking performance after being given the Corrective Feedback. The main research methods are observation and interviews. The result of this study implicates that one language teaching approach which the teacher chooses in listening and speaking classroom can improve students rsquo speaking performance."
