"ABSTRAKSifat- udara sebagai campuran mempunyai peranan yang sangat pentingdalam perancangan sistem tata udara, dimana sifat-sifat udara berbeda disetiaptempat. Pada perancangan sistem pengkondisian udara, data temperatur dankelembaban antara perencana yang satu dengan perencana yang lain mempunyaireferensi yang berbeda, sehingga penentuan kondisi nyaman berbeda pula.Untuk itu perlu dilakukan pengkajian sifat-sifat udara untuk daerah Jakarta.Data tersebut diperoleh dari Kantor Pengkajian Perkotaan dan Lingkungan(KPPL), Ji. Casablanca Kav-1, Jakarta, dari tahun 1995 - 1997.Metode yang dipakai dalam analisa data ini adalah metode Bin, dimanarentang suhu minimum ke maksimum yang teijadi dibagi dalam selang suhutertentu. Dari basil analisa diperoleh keadaan nyaman yaitu dalam daerahtemperatur 20.5 ° C - 27 ° C dan kelembaban 4,2 gr uap air/kg udara kering - 12 gruap air/kg udara kering.Keadaan udara yang banyak terjadi yaitu pada no Bin 27 yaitu pada daerah24° C - 26° C dan kelembaban 16 gr uap air/kg udara kering - 18 gr uap air/kgudara kering sebanyak 2210 jam pada tahun 1996"
