"Most Javanese manuscript illustrations of narrative poems and (pseudo)-historical chronicles (babad) depict only one part of the natural world: animals. Animals are portrayed in relation to the characters in the text they illustrate. Some illustrated Javanese manuscripts are discussed below in relation to the way in which they illustrate the natural world: these are the fictive narrative poems Serat Selarasa, Serat Panji Jayakusuma, Serat Asmarasupi, Serat Jayalengkara Wulang, and Serat Damar Wulan, and the poetic (pseudo)-historical chronicle Babad Perang Demak. It appears from the illustrations in the manuscripts discussed that in the narrative poems the wayang style is preferred and they depict animals differently from the babad for which the wayang-style is not used and whose illustrations tend to be more “realistic”. The focus in the narrative poems discussed here is on serpents, crocodiles, and elephants, and in the babad on all the animals featured."

"Penyelenggara parkir selama ini tidak menjamin terhadap keamanan kendaraan karena berpegang terhadap ketentuan Peraturan Daerah di DKI Jakarta Nomor 5 Tahun 1999 yang mengatur bahwa kehilangan dan kerusakan kendaraan merupakan tanggungjawab pemakai tempat parkir. Perda ini tentu tidak sejalan dengan Undang-Undang Perlindungan Konsumen. Kemudian dengan adanya Putusan Mahkamah Agung Nomor 124 PK/Pdt/2007 yang diikuti dengan lahirnya Perda Nomor 5 Tahun 2012 dimana mengatur bahwa kehilangan dan kerusakan kendaraan di area parkir merupakan tanggungjawab penyelenggara parkir melalui asuransi, maka dengan demikian penyelenggara parkir saat ini wajib bertanggungjawab dan lebih menjaga dengan baik atas keamanan kendaraan yang parkir di wilayahnya.

The parking providers so far do not guarantee the security of the vehicle because they refer to the provisions of Local Rule in DKI Jakarta No. 5 of 1999 which provides that the loss and damage to the vehicle is the responsibility of vehicle owner. That Local Rule is certainly not in line with the Consumer Protection Act. Then with the Supreme Court Decision No. 124 PK/Pdt/2007 followed by the birth of Local Rule No. 5 of 2012 which stipulates that the loss and damage to vehicles in the parking area is the responsibility of parking providers through insurance, therefore parking providers shall be more responsible to keep the security of vehicles parked in their area."
