"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penyebab munculnya isu kerentanan dan kekerasan simbolik yang dialami perempuan dalam komunitas UI eSports Club. Dalam melihat isu kerentanan, penelitian ini mengkaji dari sudut pandang analisis gender dengan menggunakan konsep pendekatan The Social Relation milik Kabeer. Analisis gender dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi kedudukan, fungsi, peran dan tanggung jawab antara laki-laki dan perempuan serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa penyebab isu kerentanan pada perempuan di komunitas UI eSports Club disebabkan karena adanya perbedaan akses dan partisipasi. Perbedaan ini terlihat dari timpangnya distribusi sumber daya, tanggung jawab, serta kemampuan yang dilakukan komunitas dari segi peraturan dan kebijakan yang dikeluarkan. Di sisi lain, isu kekerasan berbasis simbol dengan menggunakan teori kekerasan simbolik milik Bourdieu, melihat bagaimana segala bentuk kekerasan telah dinormalisasi, sehingga pihak subdominan tidak lagi mempermasalahkan. Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa kekerasan berbasis simbol terjadi ketika bermain (in-game) maupun diluar permainan (out-game) dengan berbagai bentuk kekerasan seperti lontaran kalimat agresif, merendahkan, dan perkataan bernada seksis. Dalam menggali fenomena tersebut, peneliti menggunakan komunitas UI Esports Club (UIESC) sebagai studi kasus dengan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif.

This study aims to explain the causes of the emergence of issues of vulnerability and symbolic violence experienced by women in the UI eSports Club community. In looking at the issue of vulnerability, this study examines it from the point of view of gender analysis using Kabeer's The Social Relations approach. Gender analysis is carried out to identify positions, functions, roles and responsibilities between men and women and the factors that influence them. The results of this study identified that the cause of the issue of vulnerability in women in the UI eSports Club community was due to differences in access and participation. This difference can be seen from the timing of the distribution of resources, responsibilities, and capabilities carried out by the community in terms of regulations and policies issued. On the other hand, the issue of symbol-based violence uses Bourdieu's theory of symbolic violence, seeing how all forms of violence have been normalized, so that the sub-dominant parties are no longer a problem. The results of this study identify that symbol-based violence occurs when playing (in-game) or outside the game (out-game) with various forms of violence such as throwing aggressive sentences, security, and sexy buttons. In exploring this phenomenon, researchers used the UI Esports Club (UIESC) community as a case study with a qualitative research approach."

Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum normatif dengan bahan pustaka atau data sekunder, yang mungkin mencakup bahan hukum primer, sekunder, dan tersier. Menggunakan analisis data secara kualitatif. Dalam skripsi disimpulan bahwa terdapat pelanggaran prinsip kebebasan berkontrak dalam perjanjian anggota PT. Exertainment Indonesia Trade Name ? Celebrity Fitness, penegakan hukum dari pasal 18 ayat (1) huruf f dan g Undang-Undang No. 8 tahun 1999 sudah tepat, dan penerapan hukum pada putusan tersebut sudah tepat dan sesuai dengan Undang-Undang No. 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen. Penulis memberikan saran, yaitu pelaku usaha seharusnya lebih cermat dalam membuat klausula dalam perjanjian baku agar tidak merugikan dirinya dan membuat adanya potensi gugatan konsumen dan konsumen seharusnya dapat lebih teliti dalam menyetujui perjanjian yang ditandangani sehingga mengetahui hak dan kewajibanya secara lengkap.

Exertainment indonesia trade name - Celebrity Fitness, law enforcement of article 18 paragraph 1 of the act of letters f and g no. 8 1999 was accurate, and application of the law on the ruling was correct and in according to the act no. 8 years 1999 on consumer protection. The author also provided advice , namely business doers should be more careful in making standard clauses so as not harming himself and make the potential for a lawsuit of consumers and consumers should be more meticulous in approving the treaty so that by knowing the rights and duties in a complete manner."
