"Intervensi ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi warga desa Sumurugul melalui pembangunan jaringan sosial dengan pengusaha lokal dalam mendukung program penurunan angka kematian ibu (AKI) di daerahnya. Secara spesifik, tujuan yang hendak dicapai adalah tumbuhnya kesadaran target group akan pentingnya sistem jaringan sosial, guna peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat desa, dan meningkatkan kapasitas inisiatif mandiri dari target group dalam membangun sistem jaringan sosial di desa Sumurugul.Pendekatan community development partnerships dan community development corporation memberikan kerangka landasan teoritis dan arah pengembangan jaringan sosial sebagai faktor strategic dalam rangka meningkatkan kapasitas ekonomi masyarakat desa Sumurugul. Kontribusinya dapat dikembangkan untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan jaringan sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah pedesaan lainnya di Indonesia.Hasil yang dicapai dalam program intervensi merujuk dan terakumulasi pada rangkaian teknik seperti: (1) Pelaksanaan diskusi terlaksana dengan baik, peserta sangat tertarik akan penjelasan fasilitator dan peserta dapat memahami akan arti pentingnya membangun jaringan sosial, (2) Melalui pelatihan pertama, tentang keterampilan pembuatan proposal, dalam hal ini pembuatan surat menyurat formal, awalnya peserta belum semua memahami aturan tata lulls surat menyurat yang resmi. Setelah diadakan pelatihan, peserta mampu membuat surat resmi berupa undangan formal, (3) Pada pelatihan kedua, keterampilan pelatihan pemetaan, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi potensi kelebihan dan kekurangan dirt dan mitra, sehingga kemampuan memetakan potensi sudah mereka kuasai, dan (4) Pelatihan ketiga berupa simulasi kunjungan ke pejabat negara teijadi perubahan sikap dan perilaku yang tampak, dimana peserta terlihat menjadi percaya diri, dan muncul snail] pemahaman barn, bahwa bertemu dengan pejabat pemerintah adalah hal yang tidak sulit, sepanjang aturan yang berlaku dilakukan.

This intervention held in intention to improve the economics of Sumurugul village society through social network development with the local businessmen to endorse the local Maternity Death Rate reduction program.

Specifically, the purpose is the development of group target's conscience due importance of the social network, in order to improve society's economics, and enhancing an active participatory of the target group in developing the social network system in Sumurugul village.

The results are; (I) the discussion was performed successfully, participants were attracted to facilitator's explanation and they are able to understand the importance of this social network development. (2) On the first training material, proposal training, this in the case is to create formal papers. Initially, participants did not entirely understand the formal papers conduct, whereas after the training, they are able to create a formal paper, a formal invitation. (3) In the second training of mapping, participants are able to identify their and their partners' potentials and shortcomings, thus, they have the ability to map the potentials, and (4) changing in attitude and behaviour is apparent upon the third training of simulation in visiting a state's official, where participants become more confident, and incurred a new understanding that meeting with a government official was not adifficult thing to do , as long as they obey the effective rules."

"Studi ini merupakan penelitian dengan eksperimen 2x2 between-groups design. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 partisipan yang merupakan gabungan dari mahasiswa The University of Queensland, Queensland University of Technology, dan Griffith University (Perempuan = 21, Laki-Laki = 35, Lain-Lain = 4, M = 23.90). Partisipan selanjutnya akan ditempatkan secara acak dalam variasi kondisi bekerja (individual dan kolektif) dan variasi identifikasi (teridentifikasi dan tidak teridentifikasi). Kemalasan sosial diukur menggunakan tugas kinerja, dimana partisipan diminta untuk membuat daftar ide untuk topik tesis akhir selama 10 menit. Dari data yang diperoleh, didapatkan hasil yang tidak signifikan antara partisipan yang bekerja secara individual maupun kolektif dalam kemalasan sosial. Begitu pula dengan partisipan di dalam kondisi kolektif teridentifikasi dan kolektif tidak teridentifikasi, didapatkan hasil yang tidak signifikan dalam kemalasan sosial. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya adalah untuk mencari faktor-faktor lain yang dapat mencegah kemalasan sosial.

Previous studies saw that social loafing could be looked at using identifiability but the task that was used has no immediate impact and not personally involving for participants, where the results of the task may impact their future accolades. This study looked at how motivation (through identifiability) could mitigate social loafing. By using a 2x2 between-groups design, 60 university volunteers were randomly assigned to work individually (coactively) or in groups (collectively), and to either the identified or not-identified condition. The participants were told to generate a list of thesis topic ideas for 10 minutes to measure social loafing. The result we obtained rejects the first hypothesis, where independent groups t-tests revealed that there is no significant difference in thesis topic ideas generated between the participants who worked coactively and the participants who worked collectively and as for the second hypothesis, the result also showed that there is no significant difference between thesis topic ideas generated from both collective-identified condition and collective-not identified condition. As people are more wary of their future endeavours, future research is encouraged to find new factors that could mitigate social loafing."
