"ABSTRAKKanker nasofaring (KNF) merupakan tumor daerah leher dan kepala denganpenyebab yang kompleks. Pengobatan KNF mempunyai bebera pa metodepengobatan salah satu diantaranya adalah dengan kemoradiasi. Kemoradiasimerupakan pemberian kemoterapi yang diberikan secara besama-sama denganradioterapi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menggali pengalaman pasien KNF setelahmenjalani kemoradiasi. Metode penelitian dengan desaian kualitatif pendekatanstudi fenomenologi. Penelitian ini melibatkan sebelas partisipan. Pengambilandata mengguakan wawancara mendalam, analisis data menggunakan Colaizzi.Tiga tema teridentifikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu xerostomia adalah keluhan fisikutama partisipan, penurunan interaksi sosial, dan adanya support system yangadekuat dari keluarga. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mengidentifik.asisecara dini gejala xerostomia akibat efek samping kemoradiasi sehingga pasiendapat beradaptasi dengan respon yang adaptif.

ABSTRACTNasopharyngeal cancer is a tumor of the head and neck with a complex cause.treatment has several methods of treatment one of them is by chemoradiation.Chemoradiation is a given of chemotherapy given jointly with radiotherapy. Thepurpose of this study was to explore the experience of head and neck patientswho has underwentchemoradiation. Research method with qualitative design ofphenomenology study approach. The study involved eleven participants. Datacollection use in-depth interviews, data analysis using Colaizzi. Three themesidentified in this study are xerostomia arc the main physical complaints ofparticipants, decreased social interaction, and adequate support system from thefamily. The results of this study are expected to identify early symptoms ofxerostomia due to the side effects of chernoradiation so that patients can adapt toadaptive responses."

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai penerapan PER-43/PJ/2011 dilihat dari sudut pandang kepastian hukum terkait pemajakan atas TKA yang telah meninggalkan Indonesia dan mendapat penghasilan sehubungan dengan pekerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik analisis data kualitatif. Dalam menentukan status subjek pajak, fokus argumentasi terletak pada peran NPWP dan arti dari “meninggalkan Indonesia selama-lamanya.” Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini PER-43/PJ/2011 dianggap tidak memperhatikan asas kepastian hukum baik dari segi subjek, objek, tarif, dan ketentuan formal. This study focus on the application of PER-43 / PJ / 2011 seen from the perspective of legal certainty related to taxation of foreign workers who have left Indonesia and earn income in connection with the work. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with qualitative data analysis technique. In determining the status of the tax subject, the focus of the argument lies in the role of the Tax ID Number and the meaning of "leaving Indonesia forever." Based on the results of this study PER-43 / PJ / 2011 is considered not to consider the principle of legal certainty in terms of subject, object, tariff, and formal requirements. Besides, there are still a technical tax issues such as delay of NPWP revocation"
