"Les biomarqueurs appliqués à la médecine d'urgence sont en plein essor. Ils correspondent à des dosages biologiques spécifiques d’organes, témoignant de dysfonctions ou de souffrance de systèmes. Le développement de stratégies associant ces biomarqueurs aux données traditionnelles a permis d’améliorer considérablement la qualité diagnostique et thérapeutique de la prise en charge des patients en situation d’urgence. La SFMU a décidé d’initier la collection « Références en médecine d’urgence » par un premier ouvrage sur ce thème. Coordonné par deux médecins urgentistes reconnus pour leur qualité d’experts, cette monographie associe également des cliniciens, biologistes et spécialistes d’organes impliqués dans le traitement de l’urgence. Ce livre fait le point sur les biomarqueurs actuellement disponibles ou dont le développement est suffisamment avancé pour avoir un intérêt au lit du malade. "

"ABSTRAKArtikel ini membahas gagasan penolakan kemunafikan dalam beragama yang diperlihatkan melalui tokoh-tokoh perempuan dalam roman L rsquo; cole des Femmes karya Andr Gide. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam artikel ini untuk membahas fokus kajian secara deskriptif dan mendalam. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan struktural Roland Barthes, roman berlatar khas keluarga bourgeois Prancis di akhir abad ke-19 sampai awal abad ke-20 ini diteliti melalui aspek naratif yang melibatkan aspek sintagmatik dan paradigmatik. Konsep kesetaraan gender yang dikemukakan oleh Simone de Beauvoir jugadiperlukan guna melihat usaha tokoh perempuan dalam melepaskan diri dari belenggu otoritas laki-laki. Dalam teks ini, tokoh perempuan menunjukkan perlawanannya atas tindakan tokoh laki-laki yang menggunakan agama sebagai pembenaran atas praktik patriarkalnya. Agama yang dijadikan laki-laki sebagai alat untuk mengesahkan tindakan patriarkal merujuk pada tindakan munafik dalam beragama.ABSTRACT

AbstractThis article discusses the idea of rejection of religious hypocrisy shown by female characters in Andr Gide 39 s L 39 cole des Femmes. Qualitative methods are used in this article to discuss the focus of the study in descriptive and in depth. Using the structural approach of Roland Barthes, the romance of a typical French bourgeois family in the late nineteenth to early twentieth centuries was examined through a narrative aspect involving both syntagmatic and paradigmatic aspects. The concept of gender equality proposed by Simone de Beauvoir is also necessary to see the efforts of female characters to escape from the shackles of male authorities. In this text, women 39 s figures show their opposition to the actions of male figures who use religion as justification for their patriarchal practices. Religion that men make as a means to legitimize patriarchal acts refers to religious acts of hypocrisy."
