"Disertasi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa secara kritis pariwisata sebagai gaya hidup manusia modern dengan sistem kapitalisme dalam budaya teknorasi yang membuat manusia menjadi teralienasi dan terkungkung dalam satu dimensi. Melalui pemikiran dari salah satu tokoh Frankfurt Schule Herbert Marcuse, pariwisata akan ditelaah secara mendalam melalui kaca mata manusia satu dimensi yang tergiring dengan adanya teknologi dan materi sebagai agen pemiskinan dimensi dalam dirinya. Gaya hidup berwisata dengan konsep pariwisata massal dan hedonisatik menjadi tujuan yang harus diberlakukan sebagai cara mencapai eksistensi hidup manusia satu dimensi ini. Disertasi ini juga akan menemukan pariwisata dalam arti sesungguhnya yaitu berupa suatu kegiatan bagi manusia untuk dapat keluar dari kungkungan dirinya untuk memeperkaya dimensi-dimensi lain dalam hidupnya, bukan sebaliknya menjadikan manusia menjadi miskin terkerucutkan dimensinya dengan hanya berpijak pada dimensi ekonomis belaka. Pemikiran Marcuse membantu peneliti untuk membedah pariwisata massal hasil revolusi industri dengan industrialisasinya yang berpijak pada konsep satu dimensi dan pada akhirnya memberikan satu solusi dan jalan tengah bagi praktik-praktik pariwisata berbasis ekonomi kepada suatu bentuk pariwisata alternatif yang merupakan bentuk dari pariwisata multi dimensi yang mengembalikan pariwisata kepada akar sesungguhnya tanpa menghilangkan aspek ekonomisnya.

This dissertation aims to critically analyze tourism as a lifestyle of modern man with the capitalist system in technocracy culture that makes people become alienated and trapped in one dimension value. Adapting from Frankfurt School critical thinker Herbert Marcuse, tourism will be explored in depth through the lens of one-dimensional human beings who are led by the technology and materials as agents of impoverishment dimension within himself. Lifestyle is traveled with the concept of mass tourism and hedonistic value as a goal that must be applied as a way of achieving human life existences.

This dissertation will also discover the true meaning of tourism in the form of an activity for human beings to be able to get out of the confines himself to enrich other dimensions of his life, not the other way that reduce dimensions by simply rests on mere economic dimension. Marcuse help researchers to dissect the mass tourism industry revolution as the results of industrialization which is based on the concept of onedimensional and ultimately provide a middle ground for solutions and practices of tourism-based economy to an alternative form of tourism. This new form of tourism defines as multi-dimensional tourism that giving multi dimensional value of tourism without losing its economic aspects."

"[ABSTRAKPerawat maternitas merupakan tenaga kesehatan yang berwenang dan mampumemberikan perawatan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan khususnya antenatalcare. Namun masyarakat belum mengenal peran dan fungsi perawat spesialismaternitas dalam pelayanan antenatal care. Penelitian ini bertujuan untukmenggali pengalaman ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan antenatal padapraktik mandiri perawat maternitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kualitatiffenomenologi. Enam orang partisipan berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Analisisdata dilakukan dengan tematik konten analisis. Teridentifikasi tujuh tema yangmenggambarkan pengalaman ibu hamil dalam melakukan kunjungan ANC dipraktik mandiri perawat. Tema tersebut antara lain, pengalaman mencaripelayanan ANC bersama suami melalui media sosial dan survey langsung, alasanibu hamil mencari tempat ANC baru karena pelayanan tempat sebelumnya tidaksesuai keinginan, ibu hamil merasakan komunikasi petugas yang baik dalammelayani, ibu hamil merasakan pelayanan yang berpusat pada keluarga, baikwaktu pelayanan, jenis pelayanan, biaya pelayanan dan fasilitas sesuai keinginanibu hamil. Ibu hamil berharap klinik dilengkapi USG dan bekerjasama denganasuransi kesehatan, perawat di klinik maternitas berperan sebagai care provider,manager, educator dan counselor. Hasil penelitian ini menganjurkan bahwaperawat harus meningkatkan kemampuannya dalam memberikan pelayanan padakesehatan reproduksi perempuan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien.

This study aims to explore pregnant women?s experience aboutantenatal care visit in nursing practice. This study used a qualitative researchdesign with phenomenology. Six participants have participated. Seven themeswere derived from this study. The themes are the pregnant women were lookingfor ANC with her husband through social media and direct surveys, the pregnantwomen looking for a new antenatal service because previous experiences of ANCdid not match their needs, the pregnant women experienced that the care providershave good communication style, the pregnant women experienced the familycenteredcare system in the clinic including time of services, type of service, costof service and facilities. Pregnant women hope that the clinic will provalultrasound service and make collaboration with the health insurance. They alsosaid the nurses in the clinic have provide care and role as care provider, manager,educator and counselor.
