"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai fenomena terbentuknya aliansi gerakan penduduk asli (Indigenous Movement) dengan gerakan Kiri (Left Movement) yang merupakan dua kelompok utama dalam catatan historis perlawanan gerakan sosial melawan elit-elit oligarki politik dan lembaga-lembaga keuangan internasional yang kerap campur tangan dalam urusan dalam negeri Bolivia. Seiring perjalanan waktu, perlawanan gerakan sosial dan elemen masyarakat mencapai puncaknya dengan terjadinya kasus privatisasi air pada tahun 2000 dan privatisasi gas di Bolivia pada tahun 2003. Dalam kedua peristiwa penting ini aktor-aktor gerakan sosial seperti Evo Morales dan partainya yang berbasis gerakan sosial penduduk asli, Movimiento al Socialismo berperan besar melakukan mobilisasi kolektif, konstruksi politik identitas serta pembingkaian wacana anti Neoliberalisme dan Imperialisme yang berhasil menyatukan perlawanan kolektif dari dua arus besar tradisi gerakan sosial yakni kelompok indigenous maupun kelompok Kiri yang pada masa lalu kerap terpecah-pecah akibat ideologi dan garis perjuangan yang berbeda.Implikasi teoritis berdasarkan hasil temuan data yang penulis dapatkan menunjukan adanya sumbangan penting penelitian penelitian ini dalam hal keterkaitan teori politik identitas, struktur kesempatan politik gerakan sosial, serta mobilisasi kolektif dan pembingkaian wacana gerakan sosial dengan fenomena nyata terbentuknya aliansi perlawanan bersama gerakan penduduk asli bersama dengan gerakan Kiri. Terbentuknya aliansi kolektif gerakan penduduk asli dengan gerakan Kiri sebagaimana temuan penulis ini terbukti memiliki andil besar dalam membawa perubahan politik baru di Bolivia dengan tumbangnya kekuasaan politik rezim oligarki politik Neoliberal yang telah bertahan cukup lama. Selain itu, aliansi kolektif gerakan penduduk asli dengan gerakan Kiri tersebut juga berkontribusi mengantarkan Evo Morales tidak saja sebagai presiden dari kalangan ras penduduk asli tetapi juga pemimpin yang lahir dari latar belakang kuat perjuangan gerakan sosial untuk pertama kalinya melalui pemilihan umum tahun 2005 di Bolivia.

This research discusses about the phenomenon of the establishment of the alliance between the Native Social Movement (Indigenous Social Movement) and the Left Movement which are two major groups in the historical record of social movement resistance against the rule of oligarchic political elites and international financial institution that often intervenes in Bolivia?s domestic affairs. After a long period of resistance, the social movement resistance in Bolivia reached it?s peak momentum with the occurence of water and gas privatization in the year of 2000 and 2003 respectively. In both of these important events in history of Bolivia, social movement actors such as Evo Morales and his political party based on native social movement, namely Movement Toward Socialism (Moviemiento al Socialismo or MAS) play their major role to mobilize collective struggle of social movements, constructing common political identity and making a framing social movement discourse of anti Neoliberalism and Imperialism which succeeded in uniting collective resistance of the two largest mainstreams of social movements in Bolivia, namely the Native Social Movement and the Left Movement. In the past, both of these movements are often fragmented to each other due to differences of their ideological and platform of struggle.The Theoritical Implication according to the data find by the author in this research shows the importance of this research and academic contribution in terms of the interrelation between political identity theory, social movement political opportunity structure theory, collective mobilization theory and social movement framing discourse theory with empirical (real) phenomenon of the establishment of collective resistance alliance between Indigenous Movement and the Left Movement against Neoliberal Oligarchic government in Bolivia. This Alliance of social movements proved posessing large contribution in the collapse of Neoliberal oligarchic regime and succeeded to bring Evo Morales not only as the first president from the native people of Bolivia but also a president which have a strong background from social movement through the Bolivian election in 2005."

The book tells, through the pen of the same players, the birth, growth and experiences of Technology Transfer Offices (TTO) of the main Italian universities, highlighting the heterogeneity of their ambitions, goals achieved and the resources available to them for the development of scientific research. The basic idea of ​​the work is that the "numbers" give a vision important but only part of what is a university TTO. The technology transfer professionals has shown that the activities of these offices is full of meaningful stories and high education, where the human element, and the ways in which it is run, play a central role in knowledge transfer from research to industry."
