"It was found that the using communicative language teaching on teaching narrative writing gave a significant efiect. The student which is taught by communicative language teaching got higher score than those who taught by dictation technique. The result of the t-test shown that, the t-calculated was higher than t-table, (5.53<2.000). It means that communicative language teaching gave significant effect with the students’ ability in writing narrative text. Communicative Language Teaching is applied in teaching learning process by practicing story telling that already made by students’ group. They practiced their story telling in front of the class with their partner. This approach is applied to make students easier to understand the narrative text and also because it gives enjoyable in teaching learning process, and the last one it makes students more creative. The result can be concluded that there is a significant effect by using communicative language teaching achievement in Writing narrative text. The result of calculation of t-test showed that t- calculated 5.53 is higher than t-table 2.000 (p:0.05) which implies that the alternative hypothesis is accepted."

"This is a new and groundbreaking study ofho w children acquire language and howthis affects language change over the generations. Written by an international team ofe xperts, the volume proceeds from the basis that we should address not only the language faculty per se within the framework of evolutionary theory, but also the origins and subsequent development oflanguages themselves; languages evolve via cultural rather than biological transmission on a historical rather than genetic timescale. The book is distinctive in utilizing computational simulation and modeling to help ensure that the theories constructed are complete and precise. Drawing on a wide range ofe xamples, the book covers the why and how ofspecific syntactic universals, the nature ofsyntactic change, the language-learning mechanisms needed to acquire an existing linguistic system accurately and to impose further structure on an emerging system, and the evolution oflanguage(s) in relation to this learning mechanism."
