"ABSTRAKPenggunaan internet di Indonesia terus bertambah dari waktu ke waktu. Ini seiringdengan makin mudah dan murahnya orang mengakses internet. Aliran danpertukaran informasi lewat internet berlangsung begitu cepat dan massif.Pengguna internet dari berbagai kalangan terhubung langsung dengan beragammateri (content) pembelajaran yang tersedia. Proses pembelajaran yang terjadi dikelas juga menerima dampak yang signifikan dari perkembangan internet ini,konten pembelajaran yang dahulu hanya berasal dari sumber teks buku pelajaran,sekarang menjadi kian beragam dan bervariatif. Baik dari sisi format maupunmedia pendukung yang digunakan.Portal rumah belajar merupakan media belajar berbasis internet (on line) yangdibangun secara khusus untuk memudahkan guru dan siswa mendapatkan bahanatau materi untuk kepentingan mengajar siswa. Portal ini bisa diakses melalui:http://belajar.kemdikbud.go.id. Berbeda dengan situs internet pada umumnya,portal rumah belajar ini lebih menekankan sisi interaktivitas antara penggunayakni guru dan siswa dengan portal rumah belajar itu sendiri. Lewat portal rumahbelajar, para guru dan siswa bisa mengakses bahan belajar, melakukan simulasiinteraktif serta berkomunikasi dan berinteraksi antar komunitas pendidikan.Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mencari Pengaruh Penerimaan teknologidengan Kebergunaan Web di Portal Rumah Belajar(http://belajar.kemdibud.go.id), dengan sasaran para guru dan siswa selakupraktisi akademis dan penyampai pesan pembelajaran di sekolah.

Unlike the internet sites in general, portal housethis study emphasizes the interactivity between the users the teachers and studentswith learning portal house itself. "Website saat ini merupakan komponen kunci kelangsungan hidup organisasi pada kompetisi global. Hal ini juga berlaku untuk website universitas. Usability merupakan salah satu faktor utama yang menentukan kesuksesan website. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi usability website Universitas Indonesia yaitu, www.ui.ac.id dan menghasilkan rekomendasi untuk dapat dijadikan acuan perbaikan oleh pihak Universitas Indonesia, maupun universitas lainnya. Terdapat lima kriteria yang akan dievaluasi yaitu, attractiveness, controllability, efficiency, helpfulness dan learnability. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan eye tracking. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa dari lima kriteria yang dievaluasi masih terdapat empat kriteria yang belum dapat memenuhi ekspektasi penggunanya.
