"Fabric formwork merupakan metode pembentukan konstruksi beton menggunakan membran sebagai cetakannya, terbuat dari serat sintesis (nilon, poliester, polypropylene). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor dan menghitung besaran efisiensi serta resiko yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dari pemakaian fabric formwork. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah eksperimen dan analisa simulasi pemodelan penggunaan fabric formwork dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional. Dari penelitian ini, penggunaan fabric formwork lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan bekisting konvensional, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi adalah penggunaan kayu yang sedikit, n-kali pakai dan metode kerja yang tepat. Resiko yang mempengaruhi efisiensi adalah jumlah n-kali pakai yang tidak tercapai, pekerja yang kurang memahami metode, perawatan yang salah.

Fabric formwork is constructed using textile sheets made of synthetic fibers (tipicallly nylon, polyesters, polypropylene). The objectives of this study are to identify the factors, calculate the magnitude, and risk that affect the efficiency of the use of fabric formwork. The research method is simulation modeling experiments and analysis of the use of fabric formwork compared to conventional formwork. From this research, the use of fabric formwork more efficient than conventional formwork, the factors that affect the efficiency is the use of a little wood, n-times the wear and appropriate working methods. Risks that affect the efficiency is the number of n-times the wear that is not achieved, workers who lack an understanding of the method, the wrong treatment."

Modelisasi struktur bangunan tidak hanya berlaku pada sistem yang digunakan tetapi dapat juga pada bagian dari struktur bangunan itu sendiri, misalnya bagian pelat lantai. Modelisasi pelat lantai dapat menggunakan modelisasi membran dan modelisasi shell.Pada penelitian ini struktur yang ditinjau merupakan struktur beton bertulang yang memiliki ketinggian yang berbeda-beda. Bangunan tingkat rendah terdiri dari 5 lantai, bangunan tingkat sedang terdiri dari 15 lantai dan bangunan tingkat tinggi terdiri dari 30 lantai. Seluruh bangunan memiliki bentuk yang sama. Pembebanan, faktor kekuatan, faktor kekakuan, faktor reduksi beban, arah pembebanan gempa, dan spektrum respon dalam perencanaan disesuaikan dengan peraturan yang belaku yaitu SNI dan pedoman perencanaan pembebanan untuk rumah dan gedung.Berdasarkan penelitian ini dapat dilihat perilaku struktur yang menggunakan modelisasi membran dan perilaku struktur yang menggunakan modelisasi shell. Berdasarkan waktu getar alami, struktur dengan modelisasi shell memiliki nilai waktu getar alami yang lebih besar dibandingkan struktur dengan modelisasi membran. Berdasarkan story drift, struktur dengan modelisasi shell memiliki nilai yang lebih besar dibandingkan struktur dengan modelisasi membran. Berdasarkan story shear, overtuning momen (momen guling), gaya-gaya dalam dan juga luas tulangan yang dibutuhkan, struktur dengan modelisasi shell memiliki nilai yang lebih kecil dibandingkan struktur dengan modelisasi membran.

As the knowledge grows rapidly, the civil engineer must trigger to do many modifications in building structure to get the building which is not only safe and comfortable, but also economical and aesthetic. Modelisation of building structure is done not only for the system used, but also for each part of the structure itself, such as plate. Modelisation of plate can be performed by using membrane and shell modelisation.

Through this research, the structure concerned is a reinforced concrete structure having different type of height of story. The low rise building consists of 5 stories, medium rise building consists of 15 stories, and high rise building consists of 30 stories. All the buildings used have the same shape. Loading, strength factor, stiffness factor, load reducing factor, earthquake loading direction, and spectrum response in designing the building is adjusted to the building regulations which are SNI and manual of design and load for building and house.

Based on the research, we can analyze the structural behavior using membrane and shell modelisation. Considered from the natural frequency, the shell modelisation has a bigger natural period of vibration than membrane modelisation. Based on the story drift, bigger value shows by the shell modelisation than shell modelisation. By using shell modelisation, the story shear, over-tuning moment, internal forces, and reinforced area needed gives smaller value than the membrane modelisation."
