"SIPIM adalah suatu aplikasi EIS (Executive information System) yang dikembangkan di UPN "Veteran" Yogyakarta. Tujuan SIPIM adalah untuk menyediakan kepada pimpinan universitas suatu sistem informasi yang dapat mendukung pengambilan keputusan. SIPIM memadukan beberapa konsep dan tools teknologi informasi yang ada dalam interaksi komputer dan manusia, pengambilan informasi dan dapat dikembangkan untuk lingkungan multimedia.Pengguna SIPIM adalah pimpinan universitas, antara lain Rektor dan Para Pembantu Rektor. User interface dirancang dengan graphical untuk mempermudah mengakses data., dengan menggunakan browser, dan dapat diakses dari jaringan Intranet di kampus. Untuk mengatasi kesulitan dalam menganalisis kebutuhan eksekutif, maka sistem di kembangkan .dengan prototype yang menggunakan aplikasi berbasis MS Windows.EIS Engine merupakan salah satu komponen arsitektur SIPIM, EIS Engine dikembangkan dengan model Toaster, yang terdiri dari tiga komponen antara lain presentation, control dan gateway. EIS Engine dapat mengintegrasikan informasi yang berasal dari sumber informasi yang berbeda (informasi terstruktur , maupun tak terstruktur), sebagai mana yang biasanya dibutuhkan pada aplikasi EIS.

SIPIM is a EIS (Executive Information System) developed at the UPN"Veteran" Yogyakarta. Objectives of SHIM is to provide the executives of the university with an advance information system to support them in decision making. SIPIM integrates several available IT concepts and tools in human-computer interaction, information retrieval and even multimedia environment.

The end user of SIPIM will be the University Rector with Vice Rectors. The user interface is graphical to facilitate easy and user Friendly access to data, by using the user's favorite browser, and can be access from the campus intranet. The well-known difficulties in capturing requirements from executives for their information system have made us develop .a series of prototypes using aplication development tools (MS Windows based application).

EIS Engine is one of the components of SIPIM architecture. EIS Engine is developed to fulfill the need of facility. It is designed based on toaster model, which consist of three components (i.e. presentation, control and gateway). EIS Engine will integrate the information from different information sources (structured or unstructured). As an EIS application usually needs difference information sources."

"Salah satu dari perkembangan teknologi berbasis blockchain yang belum lama terjadi adalah Non-Fungible Token (NFT), yaitu aset digital yang mana bukti kepemilikannya merupakan token yang terdapat dalam jaringan blockchain. Eksistensi blockchain dan NFT tidak lepas dari ketidakselarasannya dengan hukum yang berlaku. Salah satu permasalahan yang timbul adalah pertentangan antara sifat kekekalan data pada blockchain dan pengaturan mengenai hak penghapusan informasi. Hak penghapusan informasi merupakan hak individu untuk meminta penghapusan data pribadinya, dengan mengikuti syarat tertentu, yang dikelola oleh pihak pengelola data. Sementara, di Indonesia, lokapasar daring NFT memiliki kewajiban untuk menjamin terlindunginya hak penghapusan informasi. Penulisan ini akan menjawab (i) bagaimana pengaturan hak penghapusan informasi di Indonesia, (ii) bagaimana keberlakuan hak penghapusan informasi dalam transaksi NFT, serta (iii) bagaimana lokapasar daring NFT yang berbasis di Indonesia telah melaksanakan kewajibannya terkait dengan hak penghapusan informasi berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara studi kepustakaan dan penelusuran kebijakan yang diberikan oleh lokapasar daring NFT. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (i) di Indonesia, hak penghapusan informasi utamanya diatur dalam UU Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik, PP tentang Penyelenggaraan Sistem dan Transaksi Elektronik, PP tentang Perdagangan dalam Sistem Elektronik, dan Permen Kominfo tentang Perlindungan Data Pribadi dalam Sistem Elektronik, (ii) hak penghapusan informasi tetap berlaku pada transaksi NFT, mengingat relevansi informasi dalam transaksi NFT dan (iii) lokapasar daring NFT yang Penulis teliti masih belum mematuhi kewajibannya terkait dengan hak penghapusan informasi.

One of the recent developments in blockchain-based technology is the Non-Fungible Token (NFT), which is a digital asset whose proof of ownership is a token contained in the blockchain network. The existence of blockchain and NFT cannot be separated from their inconsistency with applicable law. One of the problems that arise is the conflict between the data immutability in blockchain and regulations regarding right to be forgotten. Right to be forgotten is an individual’s right to request the deletion of their personal data, subject to certain conditions, which is managed by a data manager. Meanwhile, in Indonesia, NFT online marketplaces have the obligation to guarantee the protection of right to be forgotten. This paper will answer (i) how is the right to be forgotten regulated in Indonesia, (ii) how does the right to be forgotten apply in NFT transactions, and (iii) how Indonesia-based NFT online marketplaces have carried out their obligations related to right to be forgotten under the applicable laws in Indonesia. This research was conducted by means of literature study and policy research provided by the NFT online marketplaces. The results of this research show that (i) in Indonesia, the right to delete information is mainly regulated in the Electronic Information and Transaction Law, the Government Regulation on the Implementation of Electronic Systems and Transactions, the Government Regulation on Trading in Electronic Systems, and the Minister of Communication and Information Technology Regulation concerning the Protection of Personal Data in Electronic Systems, (ii) the right to be forgotten still applies to NFT transactions, considering the relevance of information in NFT transactions and (iii) the NFT online marketplaces that the Author researched have not complied with their obligations related to the right to delete information.

"International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) menetapkan Aeronautical Telecommunication Network (ATN) sebagai standar protokol komunikasi baru untuk menjamin efektivitas dan efisiensi manajemen lalu lintas udara. Tingginya biaya implementasi ATN mendorong Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) untuk memulai pengembangan modul ATN untuk Kernel Linux sebagai Free/Open Source Software. Modul ATN masih perlu diperbaiki agar memenuhi standar ISO/IEC. Dalam skripsi ini, penulis berhasil menambah kemampuan routing pada modul ATN berdasarkan ISO/IEC 8473-1:1994 dengan menamba-hakan struktur data FIB dan fitur packet data forwarding. Modul tersebut berhasil dipasang pada System On Chip Raspberry Pi dan berhasil melakukan forward paket data ATN dengan beragam ukuran paket.

International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) sets Aeronautical Telecommu-nication Network (ATN) as the new standard communication protocol to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of air traffic management. The high implementation cost of ATN encourage the Agency for the Assessment and Application of Technology (BPPT) to start the development of ATN module for Linux Kernel as Free/Open Source Software. ATN modules still need to be improved to meet the standards of ISO/IEC. In this thesis, the author managed to add routing capabilities to the ATN module based on ISO/IEC 8473-1:1994 by adding the FIB data structures and packet data forwarding feature on CLNP. The module is successfully installed on a System On Chip Raspberry Pi and managed to forward ATN packets which differed in packets size."
