Being unsatisfied with the World War II constellation and International treaty post-World War II has made Japan turned their way and attacked the Allies. Japan was able to take control of Asia Pacific region, including Indonesia, and drain the natural resources and human resources in Indonesia. One of Japan's policies is to build a comfort camp, a place to served Japan's army biological needs. Comfort camp was filled with Indonesian women called jugun ianfu or comfort women. Ever since defeated in the battle of Midway Sea, Japan has changed into the defensive position. This caused Japan to gradually have to withdraw their troops in Southeast Asia, which affected the comfort women?s fate.
This research aims to explain the impacts of Japan's loss in World War II to the comfort women, after being freed from Telawang Camp. By using qualitative method such as literature(gw ga yakin istilahnya) and interviews, researcher found that Japan's loss in World War II were not only affect Japan's internal (gw rada ragu dengan translatean gw yg ini. internal apa ini mksdnya?). On one side, Japan's loss has brought freedom to Indonesia?s comfort women, but on the other side, it brought new effects, such as the negative impact of physical, psychological, social, and economy."

"Summary:
One of the major characteristics of our contemporary culture is a positive, almost banal, view of the transgression and disruption of cultural boundaries. Strangers, migrants and nomads are celebrated in our postmodern world of hybrids and cyborgs."

"The extremely popular poetic form from Insular Southeast Asia, the pantun, travelled from its unknown source throughout the Malay Archipelago, first in Malay, then in the languages of Southeast Asia. In the ports and states where they were received, local colour, other idiosyncrasies, references, and linguistic characteristics have been added, and in fact, special forms with special names developed. This basic form is known, composed, and loved in at least 40 dialects of Malay, and 35 non-Malay languages, in the Peninsula and many of the islands of Malaysia and Indonesia. It spread through trade routes, ports, and also via diasporas and colonial economic projects which caused numerous peoples to move, who in turn brought the pantun along with them. It is now the most dynamic single literary form and has the longest history."
