"Saat ini fasilitas transportasi umum di Jakarta masih tertinggal jauh bila dibandingkan dengan negara seperti Singapura yang transportasi umumnya benar-benar terintegrasi sehingga banyak masyarakat Indonesia yang lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi. Pemerintah Indonesia sudah mempersiapkan Rancangan Peraturan Daerah Rencana Induk Transportasi (RIT) Jakarta 2019-2039 dan Rancangan Rencana Induk Perkeretaapian Perkotaan (RIPP) tahun 2021, dimana sudah direncanakan beberapa trase angkutan umum berbasis rel berupa MRT dan LRT serta beberapa trase yang belum ditentukan moda transportasinya yang mana trase-trase tersebut akan menjadi bagian dari jaringan Perkeretaapian Perkotaan Jakarta (PPJ). Beberapa rute yang belum ditentukan moda transportasinya perlu dikaji lebih lanjut untuk dapat ditentukan moda apa yang paling cocok untuk trase tersebut, dan juga perlu dikaji kelayakannya.

"Penelitian ini adalah sebuah kajian mengenai penerapan konsep green building pada bangunan sekolah di wilayah Jakarta dan Bekasi, yaitu SMAN 1 Jakarta, SMAN 77 Jakarta dan SMAN 7 Bekasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu: mengkaji konsep green building yang diterapkan pada bangunan sekolah, menganalisis kenyamanan pencahayaan, kenyamanan thermal, kenyamanan suara, penyediaan fasilitas umum dan sosial serta menganalisis penggunaan energi dan sumber daya di ketiga sekolah tersebut. Pendekatan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode potong lintang, dengan cara observasi lapangan dan survey kuesioner. Hasil dari penelitian ini mengarah kepada temuan bahwa konsep green building yang diterapkan di bangunan SMA negeri untuk kondisi perkotaan di daerah tropis yaitu kenyamanan pencahayaan di SMAN 1 Jakarta dan SMAN 77 Jakarta bernilai sedang sementara SMAN 7 Bekasi bernilai rendah. Kenyamanan thermal di SMAN 7 Bekasi dan SMAN 77 Jakarta bernilai rendah sementara di SMAN 1 Jakarta bernilai sedang. Kenyamanan suara di SMAN 7 Bekasi dan SMAN 1 Jakarta bernilai rendah sementara SMAN 77 Jakarta bernilai sedang. Penyediaan fasilitas umum dan sosial di tiga sekolah tersebut sebagai penunjang interaksi sosial siswa bernilai sedang. Penggunaan energi dan sumber daya di tiga sekolah tersebut yang paling efisien adalah SMAN 77 Jakarta dengan nilai IKE 6 kWh/m2/bulan.

This research is a study on the implementation of green building concept for state high school building in Jakarta and Bekasi at SMAN 1 Jakarta, SMAN 77 Jakarta and Bekasi SMAN 7. The aims of this research are: examining the concept of green building as a standard for school buildings, identifying energy consumption value of school buildings, analyzing the correlation of the design of physical factors of the building with saving energy behavioral, and analyzing the condition of public space provided by the school to meet social interaction needs of students. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional method, by field observations and questionnaires.

The results of this study led to the finding that implementation of green building in the high school building; lighting convenience in SMAN 1 Jakarta and SMAN 77 Jakarta was medium while SMAN 7 Bekasi was low. Thermal comfort in SMAN 7 Bekasi and SMAN 77 Jakarta, while at SMAN 1 Jakarta medium. Comfort sound of SMAN 7 Bekasi and SMAN 1 Jakarta was low SMAN 77 Jakarta worth was medium. Provision of public facilities in the three schools to support students' social interactions were medium. SMAN 77 Jakarta was most efficient energy using value IKE 6 kWh/m2/month."
