"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini fokus pada perspektif pengelolaan sumber daya manusia stratejik di kantor cabang bank, khususnya di kantor cabang PT BRI, Tbk. kantor wilayah Medan. Perbankan sebagai organisasi bisnis yang memberikan jasa keuangan bertopang pada aset manusia dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasional dengan karakteristik modal sosial dan pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Untuk itu dibutuhkan sistem pengelolaan human capital yang tepat dan bernilai stratejik bagi keunggulan kompetitif organisasi. Permasalahan teoritis muncul terkait hubungan kausal antar subsistem dalam perspektif manajemen sumber daya manusia stratejik yang selama ini terbatas dilakukan dengan pendekatan linear. Karenanya tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dinamika interaksi sistem sumber daya manusia stratejik di kantor cabang PT BRI, Tbk kantor wilayah Medan, menemukan faktor leverage serta usulan alternatif strategi yang dapat membuat sistem bekerja lebih optimal. Analisis penelitian mengacu pada teori berbasis sumber daya dan perspektif kontingensi, konfigurasional, dan keperilakuan dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia stratejik. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif sistem dinamik. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa subsistem dalam sistem sumber daya manusia stratejik di kantor cabang PT BRI, Tbk. kantor wilayah Medan yang terdiri dari strategi organisasi, sistem sumber daya manusia berorientasi komitmen, perilaku peran, dan kinerja organisasi berinteraksi secara kompleks, dinamis, dan non linier dengan pola perilaku penguatan yaitu sistem umpan balik positif. Sistem sumber daya manusia berorientasi komitmen merupakan leverage dalam sistem sumber daya manusia stratejik di kantor cabang PT BRI, Tbk. kantor wilayah Medan. Upaya memperbaharui sistem sumber daya manusia berorientasi komitmen secara berkelanjutan dan meningkatkan kinerja organisasi merupakan alternatif strategi yang mampu membuat sistem sumber daya manusia stratejik di kantor cabang PT BRI, Tbk. kantor wilayah Medan bekerja lebih optimal.

ABSTRACT
This research focuses on the perspetives of strategic human resource management in branch banking. Banking as a business organization that provides financial services relies on human assets in carrying out operational activities with the characteristics of social capital and the knowledge they have. For this reason, an appropriate strategic human capital management system is needed for the organization's competitive advantage. Theoretical problems arise related to the complexity of causal relationships between subsystems in strategic human resource management including organizational strategy, commitment-oriented human resource systems, role behavior and organizational performance that studies involving these subsystems so far have been carried out using a linear approach. This research was conducted at the branch office of PT BRI, Tbk. Medan regional office by collecting primary and secondary data in the periode of 2015-2017. The aim is to analyze the dynamics of interaction between subsystems in strategic human resource management, find leverage factor, and propose alternative strategies that can make the systems work more optimally. The research analysis based on resource-based theory and contingency, configurational, and behavioral perspectives in strategic human resource management. This research is using quantitative dynamics system approaches. The results showed that the subsystem in the strategic human resource system at the PT BRI branch office in the Medan regional office interacted dynamically with reinforcement behavior patterns namely positive feedback systems. Commitment-oriented human resources system is the main leverage on the systems being analyzed. Efforts to renew the commitment-oriented human resources system and improve performance organizational sustainably are alternative strategyies that can create a strategic human resource systems at the branch office of PT BRI, Tbk. Medan regional office work more optimally."

"Lingkungan bisnis yang semakin kompleks turbulen serta berorientasi global menuntut perusahaan dikelola secara profesional. Pemilihan visi, misi dan strategi bisnis yang tepat akan memudahkan perusahaan mencapai sasarannya pka didukung oleh strategi SDM struktur dan budaya perusahaan yang tepat dan sesuai. Strategi SDM yang diperlukan dalam era globalisasi ini untuk memenangkan persaingan di pasar global adalah SDM yang berkualitas.
Dalam meningkatkan SDM berkualitas diperlukan keterlibatan kepegawaian secara proaktif dimulai dan perencanaan karir para karyawan perusahaan. Akan tetapi betapapun baiknya suatu rencana karir yang telah dibuat oleh seorang karyawan yang disertai oleh suatu tujuan karir yang wajar dan realistik, rencana tersebut tidak akan menjadi kenyataan tanpa adanya pengembangan karir yang sistematik dan programatik baik dan karyawan ltu sendiri maupun perusahaan.
Tanpa usaha khusus manajemen dalam mengubah manajemen sumber daya manusia maka sumber daya manusia perusahaan akan tertinggal dan perusahaan akan semakin menjadi tidak kompetitif. Dalam hubungan ini perlu diambil langkah langkah untuk menata dan mengendalikan pengembangan SDM dl perusahaan agar lebih meningkatkan pelayanan kepada karyawan Kegiatan pelayanan kepada karyawan diarahkan untuk memberikan informasi dan mengembangkan manajemen karir sesuai dengan kebutuhan karyawan sehmgga akan memperbaiki motivasi kinerja dan komitmen karyawan.
Analisis yang dilakukan adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor manajemen karir di suatu perusahaan yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey yang dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan jasa konstruksi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan alat bantu program AHP Diharapkan hasil analisis dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam menentukan kebijakaan manajemen karir."

"Human Resources (HR) is one of the potential sources for building non-military defense forces for Indonesia. However, the condition of Indonesian human resources has many challenges amid the existing pluralistic conditions of society. One of them is by creating a community that is united in national pluralism. The research method used in this study is literature study and observation of previous research. The result is an analysis on the use of local wisdom in managing renewable energy towards energy independence to support national defense forces, through the application of the basic principles of community participation which include: (1) The community mobilizes and facilitates other communities to provide energy independently and contribute to the growth of people's economy in support of national defense; (2) Management of renewable energy through community participation is expected to not only be a normative suggestion, but must be strengthened with regulations that regulate the active involvement of the community in supporting the achievement of 23% renewable energy mix program by 2025."

"Background: In the Decree of the Minister of Health on the National Immunisation Movement accceleration Universal Child Immunizaton 2010-2014 (GAIN UCI 2010-2014) stated that the general problems of decline in immunization coverage and quality of service were caused by several things, one of which is the lack of quantity, quality and distribution of human resource. Methods: A cross-sectional mix-method study to investige human resouces in vaccine management had been conductited in two provinces in 2012. Primary data were collection by interviewing stakeholders thorughly, secondary data collectin and observation were also carried out. Analysis was done by scoring for data concerning education, length of employment, training experience and knowledge. Result: The number of Vaccine management officers are still lacking. While the immunization guidelines required minimal two offices for for each health centers. Officers' kwoledge in primary health centers is still inadequate, especially in terms of the vaccine and Coldchain (Ice Lined Refrigerators). Ofiicers at Provincial Helath Officehad been trained in vaccine managemnt, but not all officers at District Health Office and Primary Health Centers ha received training yet. Suggestion: This study suggests the addition of the quantity and quality of human resounce in vaccine management, because the office can affect the quality of the vacine, because vassines need a special handling to mainain the quality to provide immunity and Prevent the occurence of diseases that can be prevented by imunization (PD3I)."

"ABC Training Center (ATC) adalah suatu organisasi yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran personal dalam suatu kelompok pembelajaran yang dilengkapi dengan materi pendukung pelatihan sesuai topic pelatihan. ATC menghadapi dua masalah terpenting dalam perusahaan, yaitu system manajemen biaya tradisional dan materi pendukung pelatihan. Dalam penelitian ini, Activity-Based Management (ABM) akan menjadi sebuah alternative dalam manajemen biaya perusahaan dengan tujuan perusahaan dapat menghitung biaya pelatihan dengan lebih tepat dan akurat, terutama dalam perhitungan biaya overhead. Sistem ABM telah dikembangkan untuk memberikan sebuah representasi dari peran kegiatan-kegiatan operasional dalam pelatihan dengan lebih akurat. Sistem ABM menjadikan aktifitas dalam pelatihan serta pengaruh kegiatan tersebut dalam biaya pelatihan (Gupta & Galloway, 2003). Materi pendukung pelatihan di ATC tidak terintegrasi dan tidak mendukung untuk materi Olimpiade Matematika. Dalam thesis ini, peneliti akan menggunakan sebuah journal Mathematics Graph Labeling (MGL) (A. Parestu, 2008) sebagai materi pelatihan yang baru untuk mendukung materi Olimpiade Matematika saat
ini.

ABC Training Center (ATC) is an organizational environment that facilities individual learning in group with training package supported materials based on the subject of training project. The two problems of ATC that will be researched are traditional cost management system and existing training package support materials. In this research, Activity-Based Management (ABM) will be an alternative cost management in order to accurately calculate training project costs, especially overhead costs. ABM system was developed to provide a more accurate representation of activities performed in the training project actually its cost. ABM systems examine training activities to determine their effects on costs (Gupta & Galloway, 2003). ATC training packages support materials is not well integrated and not support Olympiad curriculum theory. In this research, researcher will use a mathematics Olympiad subject: Mathematics Graph Labelling (A. Parestu, 2008) as a new alternative training package support material in ATC training package. By viewing an ABM system as an enabler to improve the ATC training operations decision-making and using Mathematics Graph Labeling as an integrated materials to improve the ATC training support materials quality and competitiveness, researcher will give results that these systems enable an operations manager to enhance the quality of ATC training package.

"Dalam dunia bisnis tidak jarang perusahaan besar awalnya bermula dari perusahaan keluarga yang dapat dikelola secara baik dan profesional. Akan tetapi tidak jarang pula perusahaan keluarga yang kandas di tengah jalan.
Menurut The Jakarta Consulting Group, 88 persen perusahaan swasta nasional berada di tangan keluarga. Ciri yang menonjol dan perusahaan keluarga adalah terpusatnya kepemilikan, kekuasaan, manajemen perusahaan di tangan keluarga pendiri, serta peruntukan perusahaan bagi keluarga semata-mata. Di sisi lain, pertumbuhan usaha berhubungan erat dengan pengelolaan Manajemen SDM perusahaan, termasuk di dalamnya fungsi operasionalnya yang menyangkut seleksi dan perekrutan, pelatihan dan pengembangan, pemberian kompensasi dan penghargaan bagi karyawan berdasarkan pencapaian prestasinya sampai dengan pemutusan hubungan kerja. Karyawan merupakan asset terbesar perusahaan dalam pengelolaaan SDM berdasarkan kineja dan prestasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Implementasi Manajemen SDM dan Pengaruhnya terhadap Kinerja di perusahaan bisnis keluarga PT. KI. Adapun secara rinci tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan MSDM dalam proses rekrutmen, pelatihan karyawan, kinerja serta kompensasi dan karir di perusahaan bisnis keluarga. Sedangkan metode yang dipergunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Analisis data yang dipakai adalah regresi linear berganda.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa setiap item pertanyaan pada variable penelitian yang tidak memiliki hubungan keluarga cenderung menjawab antara 1 sampai dengan 3, sedangkan yang memiliki hubungan keluarga menunjukkan pemyataan sangat setuju, terlihat jawaban mereka berkisar antara 5 sampai dengan 6 skala.
Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan bahwa Seleksi dan Rekrutmen, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja karyawan PT KI. Rata-rata skor dari setiap variable Seleksi dan Rekrutmen, Pendidikan dan Pelatihan dan Kompensasi adalah rendah, maka Kinerjanyapun juga rendah Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah variable Seleksi dan Rekrutmen yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penulisan ini hendaknya dapat membuka mata bagi para praktisi maupun akademisi bahwa kehidupan di dunia usaha tidak berjalan sesuai dengan teori-teori maupun kaidah bisnis yang seharusnya. Masih banyak penyimpangan-penyinpangan yang diiakukan karena masih adanya peluang maupun kelemahan dalam pengawasan aplikasi bisnis maupun regulasinya.

In the business world, it is not rarely that a large corporation is commenced from a well-managed and professional family business. However, and also some family businesses went to bankrupt.
According to The Jakarta Consulting Group, 88 percents of national private companies are owned by family businesses. The prominent characteristics from family business is that its ownership, power and company's management is under founders of family businesses, and its interests are only to its families. On other side, its business development is highly related on human resources management of their company particularly in its operational functions that relates to selection and recruitment, training and development, compensation and appreciation for employees that based on their achievements to job termination. Employee is company's largest assets to managing its human resources that based on achievement and performance.
Objective of this study is to find on what extent the implementation of human resource department and its effects to employees' performance in family business company, PT, KI. In details, objective of this study is to find what is the implementation of human resource management in recruitment, employee training, performance, compensation and their career in family business company. And used method in this study is descriptive and verification methods with using study instruments in form of questionnaire by Likert scale. Used data analysis is multiple-linear regression.
The results of this study showed that each questionnaire item on study variable which has no correlate to family is inclined to replied 1 to 3, and those that has correlation to family showed highly affirmative, it can be seen from their replies that ranged between 5 to 6 in scale. This study is succeeded to prove that Selection and Recruitment, Educational and Training and Compensation give effect to the employees' performance of PT. KI. Average score for each variable on Selection and Recruitment, Educational and Training and Compensation is low or not significant, consequently, to its performance.
Finding in this study is Selection and Recruitment variables are the most influencing to employees' performance, This writing shall surely open practitioners' and/or academicians' eyes that the sphere of business world is not parallel to its proper business theories and codes. There are still many divergences due to opportunities and weaknesses are still exists in business application observation as well as its regulations."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh dari leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment terhadap extra role performance dengan mediasi organizational commitment pada karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Responden penelitian ini berjumlah 280 karyawan Indonesia di Kedutaan X. Model penelitian menggunakan 7 hipotesis yang diuji oleh Structural Equation Modeling SEM .Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa organizational commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap extra role performance. Organizational commitment memediasi hubungan antara leader member exchange, human resource management practices, dan psychological empowerment dengan extra role performance.Kata kunci: leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment, extra role performance, organizational commitment.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to know the impact between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, and psychological empowerment on extra role performance mediated by organizational commitment of Indonesian employee at Embassy X. This study using 280 respondents of Indonesian employees at Embassy X and Structural Equation Model SEM method is used for analyzing data.The results declare that organizational commitment is positively related to extra role performance and acts as mediator between leader member exchange, human resource management practices, psychological empowerment and extra role performance. "

"ABSTRAK
Kesiapsiagaan sumber daya manusia kesehatan dalam upaya
penanggulangan masalah kesehatan akibat bencana banjir merupakan gambaran
produktivitas sumber daya manusia kesehatan pada tahap pra bencana.
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran dan hubungan beberapa
faktor (umur, jenis kelamin, lama pengalaman kerja, frekuensi mengikuti
pelatihan manajemen bencana, pelatihan teknik lapangan, pelatihan teknik
lapangan, gladi/simulasi, kecukupan sarana, ketersediaan biaya operasional,
dukungan informasi, ketersediaaan protap/pedoman, pelaksanaan evaluasi dan
pemberian kompensasi) dengan kesiapsiagaan sumber daya manusia kesehatan
dalam penanggulangan masalah kesehatan akibat bencana banjir di Provinsi DKI
Jakarta Tahun 2010. Sejumlah 251 responden yang bekerja di unit terkait
penanggulangan masalah kesehatan akibat bencana di lingkungan Dinas
Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan sampel dalam studi ini. Penelitian ini
menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dan
merupakan analisis data primer hasil wawancara dengan pengisian kuesioner.
Analisis data dilakukan bertahap, dari analisa univariat, bivariat dan multivariat.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kesiapsiagaan sumber daya
manusia kesehatan adalah sebagian besar 68,1% responden menyatakan siap siaga
bekerja dalam penanggulangan masalah kesehatan akibat bencana banjir dan
31,9% menyatakan tidak siap siaga. Hasil akhir analisis didapatkan kesiapsiagaan
sumber daya manusia kesehatan meningkat 2,5 kali pada responden yang pernah
mendapatkan pelatihan manajemen bencana sebanyak D 2 kali dibandingkan
responden yang mendapatkan pelatihan manajemen bencana < 2 kali. Sedangkan
kesiapsiagaan sumber daya manusia kesehatan meningkat 2 kali pada responden
yang menyatakan adanya pelaksanaan evaluasi kegiatan di unit kerja
dibandingkan responden yang menyatakan tidak melaksanakan evaluasi.Tidak ada
interaksi antara faktor frekuensi pelatihan manajemen dan pelaksanaan evaluasi.
Saran-saran meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan sumber daya manusia kesehatan
tersebut yaitu sumber daya manusia kesehatan lebih sering mengikuti pelatihan
manajemen bencana (D 2 kali) dan melaksanakan evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract
Preparedness of health human resources in the effort to deal with health
problems during disaster is a description of the productivity of health human
resources in the pre disaster.
This study aims to determine the description and the relationship of
preparedness of health human resources of health problems caused by flood in
DKI Jakarta in 2010 with the factors age, sex, duration of work experience, the
frequency of disaster management training, field technique training, supporting
technique training, rehearsals/ simulations, adequacy of facilities, availability of
operational costs, support information, availability procedures/guidelines,
implementation evaluation and award of compensation.
A number of health human resources, 251 respondents, working in the
unit due to disaster prevention in DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office are the
sample in this study. This study uses a quantitative method with cross sectional
research design and using the primary data analysis of the results of interviews
with a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out in stages, from the univariate
analysis, bivariate and multivariate.
The result showed that the description of preparedness of health human
resources in the prevention of health problems caused by flood in DKI Jakarta
Province in 2010 is largely 68,1% of health human resources working in DKI
Jakarta Provincial Health Office states stand ready to work handling flood and
31,9% state not ready. The final results obtained from analysis of preparedness of
health human resources increased by 2,5 times on the respondents who never get
as much disaster management training D 2 times higher than respondents who
received training on disaster management < 2 times. While the preparedness of
health human resources increased by 2 times on the respondents who claimed
there was an evaluation of activities at the work unit as compared to respondents
who claimed not implementing evaluation. There was no interaction between the
frequency of disaster management training and evaluation implementation.
Based on statement above, there are some suggestions for improving of the
preparedness of health human resources are more frequent following the disaster
management training (D 2 times) and carry out the activity evaluation."

"Tesis ini membahas kasus konflik industrial XYZ yang berujung pada pemogokan ribuan karyawan. Bagaimana menyelesaikan konflik industrial menjadi pertanyaan penelitian ini. Setelah melakukan penelitian secara kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif yang menggunakan metode wawancara dan analisis isi, observasi dan studi pustaka, diperoleh hasil analisa bahwa mediasi merupakan intervensi terbaik dalam menyelesaikan konflik industrial XYZ. Hasil mediasi adalah ditandatanganinya Perjanjian Kerja Bersama pada bulan Februari 2012 dan berakhirnya pemogokan. Semoga apa yang telah menjadi kesepakatan bersama dapat diterapkan dengan konsisten dan penuh komitmen oleh karyawan dan manajemen XYZ, termasuk pihak pemerintah sebagai mediator. Hasil perundingan dari mediasi-mediasi yang dilakukan diharapkan memberi pengalaman yang baik bagi XYZ maupun perusahaan lain dalam memelihara hubungan industrial kedepannya nanti.

This thesis discusses the case of XYZ industrial conflict that led to the strike of thousands of employees. How to resolve industrial conflict becomes a question of this research. After conducting research in a qualitative descriptive design using interviews and content analysis, observation and literature study, obtained by the analysis that mediation is the best intervention in resolving industrial conflicts XYZ. The results of mediation is the signing of the Collective Labour Agreement in February 2012 and the end of the strike. Hopefully what has been a mutual agreement can be implemented with a consistent and committed by employees and management of XYZ, including the government as a mediator. The results of the negotiations conducted mediations are expected to have a good experience for XYZ and other companies in the maintenance of industrial relations in the future later.

"Seiring berkembangnya zaman, teknologi yang digunakan pada industri manufaktur juga semakin meningkat. Hal ini memberikan dampak positif bagi industri maupun perusahaan dari berbagai sisi. Namun seiring meningkatnya proses produksi industri manufaktur, memberikan dampak terhadap negatif terhadap lingkungan, seperti peningkatan gas rumah kaca, kadar karbon monoksida di udara, hingga meningkatnya limbah buangan. Hal ini menimbulkan perhatian dari berbagai pihak, baik masyarakat, praktisi, edukasi, hingga pemerintah. Salah satu cara untuk menghadapi hal ini, adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Green HRM dalam pengelolaan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur dampak dari implementasi Green / Sustainable HRM pada tahap Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Penilaian Kinerja dan Reward & Benefit, terhadap faktor Triple Bottom Line (People, Profit, & Planet) di perusahaan Industri Manufaktur yang berada di Tangerang, Indonesia. Menggunakan metode survey pada 57 orang karyawan yang berada pada berbagai level jabatan, dan menggunakan teknik Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient untuk menganalisa keterhubungan, didapatkan hasil bahwa tahap Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Penilaian Kinerja dan Reward & Benefit memiliki keterhubungan kuat dengan faktor Planet (Lingkungan). Sedangkan tahap Rekrutmen, Pelatihan, Penilaian Kinerja dan Reward & Benefit memiliki hubungan menengah dengan faktor People (Sosial) dan Profit (Keuangan).

Along with the development of the times, the technology used in the manufacturing industry is also increasing. This has a positive impact on the industry and companies from various sides. However, as the production process of the manufacturing industry increases, it has negative impacts on the environment, such as increasing greenhouse gases, carbon monoxide levels in the air, and increasing waste disposal. This raises the attention of various parties, both the community, practitioners, education, and the government. One way to deal with this, is to implement Green HRM in company management. This research was conducted to measure the impact of the implementation of Green / Sustainable HRM at the Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal and Reward & Benefit stages, on the Triple Bottom Line factor (People, Profit, & Planet) in a Manufacturing Industry company located in Tangerang, Indonesia. Using a survey method on 57 employees at various position levels, and using the Spearman’s Correlation Coefficient technique to analyze the relationship, it was found that the Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal and Reward & Benefit stages have a strong relationship with the Planet factor. While the Recruitment, Training, Performance Appraisal and Reward & Benefit stages have a medium relationship with the People and Profit factors."
