"Kompresi citra medis telah lama menjadi suatu penerapan teknologi kompresi yang kontroversial. Terdapat dua jenis kompresi citra: lossless dan lossy. Nilai rasio kompresi pada lossless compression tidak terlalu besar sehinga lossy compression diterapkan. Perhatian utama pada kompresi citra medis adalah penentuan visually lossless threshold dimana ditentukan nilai batas kuantisasi sehingga kompresi terhadap citra medis dapat dilakukan sebelum terjadi distorsi yang tertangkap oleh sistem visual manusia. Pada skripsi ini dilakukan simulasi kompresi citra medis berdasarkan contrast threshold dan visual masking yang diujikan pada modality computed tomography, mammography, dan X-ray. Evaluasi subjektif dilakukan untuk menilai kualitas citra medis hasil dekompresi dengan melibatkan dokter spesialis radiologi sebagai penguji. Tingkat kejelasan algoritma yang digunakan pada citra medis pada modality X-ray, mammography, dan computed tomography masing-masing adalah 90,00%, 85,00%, dan 89,1666667%. Rasio kompresi dan waktu yang diperlukan untuk melakukan kompresi dan dekompresi bervariasi pada setiap citra medis yang diujikan.

Medical image compression has been a controversial application of compression technology. There are two types of image compression: lossless and lossy. The value of compression ratio in the lossless compression is not too big so that lossy compression is applied. The main concern in the medical image compression is the determination of visually lossless threshold limit of quantitation where values are determined so that the compression of medical images can be applied before the distortion is captured by the human visual system. In this thesis, a simulation of medical image compression based on contrast threshold and visual masking is tested on modalities: computed tomography, mammography, and X-ray. Subjective evaluation was conducted to assess the quality of medical image decompression results involving radiologist as testers. The degree of clarity of the algorithms used in medical image on the modality of X-rays, mammography, and computed tomography, respectively are 90,00%, 85,00%, and 89,1666667%. Compression ratio and time required to perform compression and decompression vary on each medical image tested."

"It is realized that an important thing in medical image visualization serving is to be able to see human as observe. Nevertheless, certain noise is rising in image acquisition causes image quality is reducing. An image involvement is a process in which an image can be best analyzed. Denoising is a one of the image enhancement techniques. An adaptive thresholding technique based wavelet serves to reduce noise from medical image. A discrete wavalet transformation is used in this research. The STH (Soft Thresholding), HTH (Hard Thresholding), and MPTH (Multiscale Products Thresholding) methods are used to calculate and compare as medical image Denoising results. Two criteria, MSR (Mean-to-Standard Deviation Ratio) and CNR (Contrast-to-Noise Ratio) have proposed to perform as Denoising at medical image. From the result, it can be concluded that denoising by using MPTH (Multiscale Products Thresholding) method, the values of MSR (Mean-to-Standard Deviation Ratio), CNR (Contrast-to-Noise Ratio) are greater than STH (Soft Thresholding), and HTH (Hard Thresholding) can be obtained."

"Dalam mendapatkan hasil pencitraan Kedokteran Nuklir yang baik adalah didukung dengan instrumen dengan performa yang baik yaitu sesuai dengan standar mutu alat tersebut. Untuk menjaga agar performa instrumen tetap bekerja secara optimal harus dilakukan uji secara berkala dengan protokol uji yang tepat.
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji kualitas citra kamera gamma dengan fantom IEC 61675-2 dan membuat protokol pengujianya meliputi pengujian resolusi radial, resolusi tangensial dan scatter fraction. Pengujian resolusi radial dan resolusi tangensial dilakukan menggunakan sumber titik sedangkan untuk pengujian scatter fraction menggunakan sumber garis. Dari penelitian ini didapatkan hasil rerata FWHM untuk resolusi radial 14,08, pada resolusi tangensial 10,21 mm. Untuk pengujian scatter fraction didapatkan hasil 0,042 dengan prosentase hamburan 4,2%.

In order to achieve an optimal scanned image of nuclear medicine device, a good instrument with proper performance which is consistent with its standard quality is required. This research was conducted to test the image quality of gamma cameras with phantom IEC 61675-2 and make protocol includes testing radial resolution, tangential resolution and scatter fraction. Test of tangential and radial resolution made using a point source, while for test Scatter fraction using a line source. From this research, the results of the mean FWHM for the radial resolution 14.08 mm and 10.21 mm in tangential resolution. test Scatter fraction obtained scattering percentage of 4.2%.

"Tantangan utama unit laboratorium klinik di rumah sakit saat ini adalah melakukan efisiensi biaya terutama biaya sumber daya manusia. Di sisi lain pasien dan dokter menginginkan hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan ahli teknologi laboratorium medik berdasarkan beban kerja di Unit Laboratorium Klinik Rumah Sakit Santa Maria Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah operational research dengan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Analisis beban kerja dilakukan terhadap seluruh tenaga ahli teknologi laboratorium medik yang berjumlah 15 orang dengan metode kombinasi work sampling dan daily log. Perhitungan kebutuhan tenaga dilakukan dengan 3 metode yaitu Metode Ilyas, Metode WISN, dan Metode Full Time Equivalent. Hasil penelitian adalah dibutuhkan 18 orang tenaga ahli teknologi laboratorium medik menurut Metode Ilyas, 21 orang menurut Metode WISN, dan 17 orang menurut Metode Full Time Equivalent. Disarankan kepada Rumah Sakit Santa Maria Pekanbaru agar menambah 3 orang tenaga ahli teknologi laboratorium medik.

The main challenge of the clinical laboratory unit in hospitals today is to carry out cost efficiency, especially the cost of human resources. On the other hand, patients and doctors want the results of laboratory tests that are faster and more accurate. This study aims to determine the number of medical laboratory technology experts needs based on workload at the Clinical Laboratory Unit of the Santa Maria Pekanbaru Hospital. The research method used is operational research with quantitative and qualitative analysis. Workload analysis was carried out on all 15 medical laboratory technology experts with a combination of work sampling and daily log methods. Calculation of workforce needs is carried out with 3 methods, namely the Ilyas Method, the WISN Method, and the Full Time Equivalent Method. The results of research were the needs of 18 medical laboratory technology experts according Ilyas Method, 21 person according WISN Method, and 17 person according Full Time Equivalent Method. It was recommended to the Santa Maria Pekanbaru Hospital to add 3 medical laboratory technology experts. "

"ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang : Gangguan otot rangka merupakan gangguan yang paling sering dialami oleh pekerja VDT yang salah satu faktor risikonya adalah posisi kerja yang tidak ergonomis. Untuk menilainya dapat dilakukan secara subjektif dengan suatu kuesioner yang valid supaya hasilnya yang diperoleh dapat akurat. Oleh karena itu, kami melakukan uji validasi dan reliabilitas terhadap VICO DSE Checklist sebagai instrumen penilai bahaya pajanan ergonomi pekerja VDT di kantor.
Metode : Penelitian potong lintang dengan mengambil data dari pekerja kantor Jakarta VICO Indonesia Desember 2013 – Januari 2014 dan menggunakan data sekunder VICO DSE checklist pada bulan Agustus 2013. Dikumpulkan karakteristik dari subjek penelitian, dan dilakukan analisis uji validasi dengan menggunakan korelasi product moment dari Pearson dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach alpha.
Hasil : Dilakukan proses back translate-translate kuesioner VICO DSE Checklist, diskusi dengan tim panel, dan proses cognitive debriefing sehingga didapatkan kuesioner VICO DSE Checklist berbahasa Indonesia yang final. Terdapat 154 responden yang mengikuti penelitian ini dan hasilnya dibandingkan dengan data VICO DSE Checklist yang didapatkan pada bulan Agustus 2013. Hasil perhitungan korelasi product moment terhadap VICO DSE Checklist didapatkan hasil 15 butir pertanyaan tidak valid dan perlu dilakukan revisi serta 23 pertanyaan yang siap dipergunakan. Uji reliabilitas mendapatkan hasil yang baik dengan koefisien Cronbach alpha 0.715-0.815.
Kesimpulan : VICO DSE checklist masih dapat digunakan untuk menilai pajanan ergonomis namun disertai catatan penjelasan khusus serta wawancara terarah pada pertanyaan yang kurang valid.

ABSTRACT
Background : Musculoscleteal disorder is the common disorder in VDT worker. One of the risk factor is unergonomical working position. We can evaluate the working position subjectively by valid checklist so we can get the accurate result. Therefore we will conduct validity and reliability test of VICO DSE Checklist as ergonomic hazard screening tool for VDT worker in the office.
Method : This was a cross sectional study performed by data collection from VICO Indonesia Jakarta office worker in December 2013-January 2014. Variable analyzed were characteristics of the subjects, validity test using Pearson’s product moment, and reliability test using Cronbach alpha.
Result : This study conducted back translate – translate process for VICO DSE Checklist, discussion with panel team, and cognitive debriefing process so it produced final VICO DSE Checklist Indonesian version. One hundred and fifty four subject was recruited and the result was compared to VICO DSE Checklist result done in August 2013. The product moment corelation of VICO DSE Checklist found that 15 questions are not valid and must be revised and 23 questions were able to used direclty in the questionnaire. Reliability test found good internal consistency with Cronbach alpha coefisien 0.715-0.815.
Conclusion : VICO DSE checklist can still be used as a ergonomic screening tool when it is conducted through guided interview with special note to unvalid questions.
