Dan tahap ketiga yai'ni Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) untuk menentukan prioritas strategi manajemen pengetahuan.

ABSTRACT
In their day-to-day work, personnel rely on the knowledge of other personnel in solving problems. It means they could not solve their own problems without help from other persorurel who are competent and knowledgeable in certain cases. Drawing on a case study of heavy equipment maintenance division, this study contributes to knowledge transfer individual level among members of nonmanagement level and aims to formulate knowledge management strategy.
Framework Delphi-AHP-TOPSIS was used in this study which divided into three stages. The first stage is Delphi method, where important factors of knowledge transfer were identified. The second stage is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), where the weight of these factors obtained. And the third stage is Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to determine the priority of knowledge management strategy. This study found three major strategies for non-management level member such as training and assignment/ involved in the project, making mechanism of reward system and after-action reviews. Where the personalization strategy is the most preferred strategy.

"This book presents the state of the art of learning factories. It outlines the motivations, historic background, and the didactic foundations of learning factories. Definitions of the term learning factory and a corresponding morphological model are provided as well as a detailed overview of existing learning factory approaches in industry and academia, showing the broad range of different applications and varying contents. Learning factory best-practice examples are presented in detailed and structured manner. The state of the art of learning factories curricula design and their use to enhance learning and research as well as potentials and limitations are presented. Further research priorities and innovative learning factory concepts to overcome current barriers are offered. While today numerous learning factories have been built in industry (big automotive companies, pharma companies, etc.) and academia in the last decades, a comprehensive handbook for the scientific community and practitioners alike is still missing. The book addresses therefore both researchers in production-related areas, that want to conduct industry-relevant research and education, as well as managers and engineers in industry, who are searching for an effective way to train their employees. In addition to this, the learning factory concept is also regarded as an innovative learning concept in the field of didactics."

ABSTRACT
A good manufacturing process design in this thesis defined as an implementation of process design (fabrication), which able to produce knee joint prostheses product that meet previous design of manufacturing process such as shrinkage factor, material and process selection etc. Design of manufacturing process should consider the following factors: mechanical properties, dimensional accuracy, and surface roughness of the product. In addition to the above mentioned criteria's, function factor and special requirements (toxic and allergy) should be also considered in selecting the material for knee joint prostheses.
Manufacturing process applied for the implementation process of knee joint prostheses is investment casting. Investment casting is one of precision casting processes which could produce castings that have tolerance ± 0.002 inch per 1 inch, and ± 0.004 inch per 6 inch, surface roughness about 63 up to 25 pinch and carbon content 0.03 %.
After completion the casting process, the product specimen is subject to several testing procedures as follow: composition test, tensile test, compression test, and hardness test to ensure that the mechanical properties of the product meet all the mechanical properties required for stainless steel 316 L.ties required for stainless steel 316 L.
