ABSTRAKSelain membangun daya saing, Universitas Indonesia juga mempunyai kewajiban untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai civic virtue kepada mahasiswa sesuai dengan hakikat pendidikan dan semangat ketika Universitas Indonesia didirikan. Nilai-nilai ini hanya dapat dibangun melalui praktek langsung kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk program pengabdian. Terkait dengan proses penanaman karakter civic virtue, maka perlu dipetakan bagaimana Universitas Indonesia memaknai nilai-nilai pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang melibatkan partisipasi mahasiswa secara baik dan peran-peran apa saja yang mungkin dimainkannya.
ABSTRACTBeside to build a competitiveness, University of Indonesia have an obligation harvesting civic virtue values to their student based on education philosophy and the spirit of University of Indonesia since there was build. Those values only can build by directly implementation to society as the community service program. Related with the process of civic virtue character harvested, University Indonesia needs a map of understanding of community service values which engaged the students and the kind of possible roles their plays."

"The Crisis of Citizenship in the Arab World argues that the present crisis of the Arab world has its origins in the historical, legal and political development of state-citizen relations since the beginning of modern history in the Middle East and North Africa. The anthology covers three main topics. Part I focuses on the crisis of the social pact in different Arab countries as it became manifest during the Arab Uprisings. Part II concentrates on concepts of citizenship in Islamic doctrine, Islamic movements (Muslim Brotherhood and Salafism), secular political movements and Arab thinkers. "Berbagi pengetahuan merupakan hal utama dalam suatu organisasi, baik organisasi bisnis maupun organisasi pendidikan seperti pada Perguruan Tinggi. Perguruan tinggi adalah organisasi pendidikan dimana pengetahuan knowledge diciptakan dan digunakan secara terus menerus dan berkesinambungan. Berbagi pengetahuan knowledge sharing tidak hanya dilakukan dosen kepada mahasiswa tetapi juga kepada sesama kolega. Pengetahuan yang dibagikan merupakan pengetahuan eksplisit data atau dokumen dan juga pengetahuan tasit pengetahuan yang bersifat subjektif dan berbasis pengalaman.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan interpersonal dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian terhadap perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada dosen perguruan tinggi. Jumlah responden penelitian ini adalah 289 dosen perguruan tinggi negeri maupun swasta dari beberapa kota di Indonesia yang diperoleh secara online.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku kewarganegaraan mampu memediasi hubungan antara kepercayaan interpresonal dengan perilaku berbagi pengetahuan pada dosen di perguruan tinggi di Indonesia. Penelitian memperluas penelitian sebelumnya mengenai perilaku berbagi pengetahuan yang masih sedikit dilakukan dalam organisasi pendidikan tinggi.
Knowledge sharing is a basic thing in a good business organization or educational organizations such as in higher education institution, where knowledge is created and used continuously. Knowledge sharing is not only between lecturers and students but also between lecturers and colleagues. Knowledge that is shared is is explicit knowledge data and documents and also tacit knowledge subjective and experience based knowledge. This study aims to know the effect of interpersonal trust and organizational citizenship behavior OCB on knowledge sharing of higher education lecturers. The respondents were 289 lecturers from public and private universities from several cities in Indonesia. The results indicated that OCB mediated the relationship between trust and knowledge sharing on higher education lecturers. This study broaden the previous studies about knowledge sharing, especially in higher education organization. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, komitmen organisasi, dan kepemimpinan yang melayani di Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta, serta untuk mengetahui apakah self-efficacy dan komitmen organisasi memediasi pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior di Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta. Responden penelitian adalah 113 pegawai Dinas Pendidikan DKI Jakarta pada berbagai bidang dan tingkatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis causal step yang dikembangkan oleh Baron dan Kenny (1986) untuk menentukan mediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa organizational citizenship behavior dan self-efficacy termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, sedangkan komitmen organisasi dan kepemimpinan yang melayani termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan self-efficacy memediasi penuh pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Sedangkan, komitmen organisasi memediasi parsial pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.
This study aims to determine the level of organizational citizenship behavior, self-efficacy, organizational commitment, and servant leadership in Jakarta Education Office, and determine whether self-efficacy and organizational commitment mediates the effect of servant leadership towards organizational citizenship behavior in Jakarta Education Office. The respondents were 113 employees of Jakarta Education Office in various fields and levels. This study uses causal step analysis developed by Baron and Kenny (1986) to determine the mediation. The results showed that organizational citizenship behavior and self-efficacy are in the high category, whereas organizational commitment and servant leadership are in the medium category. In addition, the results showed that self-efficacy completely mediates the effect of servant leadership towards organizational citizenship behavior, while organizational commitment partially mediates the effect of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior."
