Umberto Eco is semiotician who tries to put the theory of semiotics, as theory of reading sign, through the cultural units. Broadly speaking, semiotics refers to a prosess called semiosis, in which it is an influence, an action, and that all involve in a cooperation of three subjects, such as sign, its object, and its interpretant.
