"Guna menjamin suatu kredit, jaminan kebendaan memiliki posisi yang lebih kuat dan strategis bagi penyaluran kredit Bank, khususnya tanah, karena selain memberikan kedudukan sebagai kreditur preferen, secara ekonomis tanah juga mempunyai prospek yang menguntungkan karena harganya yang terus meningkat. Dalam penjaminan suatu benda, harus diperhatikan kewenangan bertindak yang dimiliki penjamin atas benda tersebut, maka dalam pembuatan perjanjian penjaminan, Notaris harus memperhatikan status perkawinan penghadap terkait dengan pemilikan benda agar terjamin keabsahan akta perjanjian penjaminan tersebut sesuai peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif analitis.
Simpulan penelitian menyatakan bahwa penjaminan atas harta bersama harus dilakukan dengan persetujuan pasangan nikah untuk sahnya perjanjian tersebut dan Notaris yang membuat akta perjanjian penjaminan harta bersama tanpa persetujuan pasangan nikah penghadap dapat dikenakan sanksi sebagai pertanggung jawabannya. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa Notaris harus bertindak cermat dan profesional agar pembuatan aktanya dapat dipertanggung jawabkan kepada semua pihak yang berkepentingan.

In order to guarantee a credit, collateral has a stronger and strategic position for Bank as the creditor, particularly in the form of land, because aside from giving the title of creditor as a preferred creditor, land economically also has profitable prospects because the price tends to increase over time. Making an object as collateral must consider the authority of guarantor, then for the making of mortgage agreement deed, a Notary must consider the appearer’s marital status associated with the ownership in order to be assured of the validity of the mortgage agreement deed according to the applicable legislation. This research uses the juridical normative method. The data obtained were analyzed using qualitative methods that produce descriptive analytical data.
A summary of the research states that the guarantee of joint marital property must be done with spouse consent to legitimate that agreement and the Notary who made mortgage agreement deed of joint marital property without appearer’s spouse consent could be penalized as a form of responsibility. Results of the study suggests that the Notary must act meticulously and professionally in order to make accountable deeds to all parties concerned.

This final paper is discussing the features available on Bloomberg Terminal such as pricing options, interpreting currency forward, calculating implied volatility of currency exchanges and SKEW indexes.
