Penerapan ERP sangat berpengaruh terhadap integrasi dan otomatisasi informasi sehingga perlu dilakukan identifikasi faktor-faktor internal dan eksternal melalui kuesioner untuk kemudian dianalisis sehingga ERP dapat diterapkan dengan baik pada perusahaan. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui survei terhadap sejumlah responden. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan diperoleh bahwa sebesar 58% kecepatan perolehan data dipengaruhi oleh faktor eksternal kemampuan teknis konsultan, faktor eksternal sistem informasi yang ?user friendly? dan faktor internal kualitas sosialisasi.

ERP application has significant influence to information integration and automatisation. It is important to identify and analyze internal and external factors for best implementation of ERP in an enterprise.

Research is done by survey method. From analysis data, 58% of data integration is affected by external factor consultants technical ability, external factor user friendly information system and internal factor communication quality."

"ABSTRAK<>br>Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh dari penerapan Enterprise Risk Management ERM yang diwakili oleh Risk Management Index RMI terhadap kinerja perusahaan LQ45 dilihat dari sisi profitabilitas, efisiensi, likuiditas, solvency, dan sentimen pasar. Hubungan kedua variabel dianalisis menggunakan regresi data panel. Berdasarkan hasil regresi, diketahui bahwa RMI yang telah ditetapkan memiliki pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, efisiensi, likuiditas, dan solvency yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh pada kinerja perusahaan secara keseluruhan.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh dari enterprise risk management terhadap kinerja perusahaan, kualitas laporan keberlanjutan dan komite risiko sebagai moderator terhadap hubungan antara enterprise risk management dan kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa ERM adalah manajemen risiko yang secara holistik mengelola risiko perusahaan tidak terkecuali risiko keberlanjutan. Akan tetapi ERM tidak mengelola risiko keberlanjutan ini secara komprehensif, sementara kegiatan keberlanjutan yang dilaporkan dalam laporan keberlanjutan mampu menunjang ERM dalam mengelola risiko keberlanjutan secara komprehensif karena mempertimbangkan faktor sosial dan lingkungan. Selain itu keberadaan komite risiko menunjukkan bahwa board of directors fokus terhadap fungsi pengawasan terhadap implementasi ERM dalam perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 734 pengamatan dari 324 perusahaan nonfinansial di Indonesia, Singapura, Malaysia, Thailand, dan Filipina selama 2013-2018. Data dikumpulkan dan dianalisis menggunakan model regresi data panel. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa kualitas laporan keberlanjutan memperkuat pengaruh ERM terhadap ROA, sementara komite risiko tidak terbukti menjadi moderator dalam hubungan tersebut. Bukti ini menyiratkan bagi manajemen perusahaan bahwa kesadaran akan manajemen risiko dan keberlanjutan diperlukan untuk memenuhi harapan pemangku kepentingan melalui peningkatan kinerja. Selain itu, regulator juga perlu mengembangkan peraturan terkait keberlanjutan untuk perusahaan terdaftar.

This study aims to empirically examine the effect of enterprise risk management on corporate performance, sustainability reports quality and risk committees as moderators of the relationship between enterprise risk management and company performance. This study argues that ERM is a risk management that holistically manages corporate risk is no exception to sustainability risks. However, ERM does not manage this sustainability risk comprehensively, while the sustainability activities reported in the sustainability report are able to support ERM in managing sustainability risks comprehensively due to consideration of social and environmental factors. In addition, the existence of the risk committee shows that board of directors focuses on the monitoring function of ERM implementation within the company. This study used 734 observations from 324 non-financial companies in Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Philippines during 2013-2018. Data were collected and analyzed using panel data regression models. The results show that sustainability reporting quality moderates the effect of ERM on ROA, while the risk committee is not proven to be a moderator in the relationship between ERM and ROA. This evidence implies for company management that awareness of risk management and sustainability is needed to meet stakeholder expectations through improved performance. In addition, regulators also need to develop sustainability related regulations for listed companies.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) terhadap kinerja perusahaan sektor jasa konstruksi yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2019. Total sampel yang digunakan mencakup 17 perusahaan dengan jumlah observasi 111 firm-year. Aspek-aspek ERM yang digunakan terdiri atas ERM adoption, risk committee, risk department, dan BoC/BoD expertise, sedangkan kinerja perusahaan diukur dengan return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), dan Tobin’s Q. Informasi terkait aspek-aspek ERM diperoleh dari analisis konten laporan tahunan secara manual dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan metode data panel fixed-effect dan random-effect. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan risk committee memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Selain itu, penerapan keempat aspek secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, ROE, dan Tobin’s Q.

This paper investigates the effect of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) on firm’s performance among construction companies listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period of 2009-2019. The sample includes 17 companies with a total of 111 firm-year observations. The ERM aspects used on this paper are ERM adoption, risk committee, risk department, and BoC/BoD expertise, while company performance is measured by return on assets (ROA), return on equity (ROE), and Tobin's Q. The data related to ERM aspects are obtained through manual content analysis of annual report and the estimation techniques used on this paper are panel data fixed-effect and random-effect. The result shows a negative and significant effect of risk committee on ROA. In addition, the joint effect of the four aspects shows a negative and significant effect on ROA, ROE, and Tobin's Q."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor risiko sampai dengan pemilihan strategi perlakuan risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram serta pemeringkatan risiko menggunakan Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP. Penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasikan sembilan belas faktor risiko pada tahap implementasi sistem ERP di Perum BULOG. Berdasar hasil evaluasi risiko, diperoleh dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak tinggi, lima belas faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak sedang, dan dua faktor risiko dengan peringkat dampak rendah. Analisis sebab akibat menggunakan fishbone diagram berhasil menemukan lima akar masalah, yaitu perencanaan strategis yang tidak efektif, rekayasa ulang proses bisnis yang tidak memadai, keahlian dan pengetahuan yang terbatas, sistem yang kompleks, dan sosialisasi yang terbatas.

The objective of this research is identify risk factors to selection of appropriate risk treatment strategies in the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. This research uses a qualitative approach with causal analysis using fishbone diagram and risk rating using the Analytic Hierarchy Process AHP . This research has identified nineteen risk factors of the ERP system implementation in Perum BULOG. Based on a risk assessment, there are two risk factors with high impact rating, fifteen risk factors with moderate impact rating, and two risk factors with low impact rating. Causal analysis using the fishbone diagram success to find five root of the problems, namely an ineffective strategic planning, inadequate business process reengineering, limited skills and knowledge, complexity of the system, and limited socialization."

Penelitian ini berfokus pada perusahaan dengan nilai kapitalisasi pasar terbesar di setiap negara dan total sampel yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah 79 perusahaan dengan periode laporan keuangan 2016-2018, dilakukan pengujian hipotesis dengan regresi data panel pada metode random-effect. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa ERM melalui keahlian keuangan berpengaruh terhadap nilai Tobin's Q perusahaan.

This study aims to determine how the influence of enterprise risk management on the company's performance as assessed by Tobin's Q company. The companies studied in this study are companies listed on the stock exchanges of 5 countries, namely Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
