"Eksploitasi air tanah dangkal telah menyebabkan penurunan muka air tanah. Penulisan skripsi ini bertujuan memberikan solusi transisi dalam mengurangi ekploitasi air tanah dangkal. Solusi yang ditawarkan yaitu perancangan sumur dalam terpusat disertai sistem perpipaan dengan studi kasus di kawasan perumahan. Metode perancangan sumur dalam terpusat meliputi perancangan sumur dalam menggunakan pompa submersible, serta jaringan distribusi perpipaan dengan metode Hardy-cross. Desain ini kemudian ditinjau kelayakannya dari sisi finansial, sosial, dan lingkungan. Kelayakan finansial meliputi biaya perancangan sumur dalam terpusat, kelayakan sosial berupa peningkatan harga jual properti yang berdampak pada taraf hidup pengguna, dan kelayakan lingkungan meninjau pengaruh penurunan muka air tanah pada kawasan perumahan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan harga jual properti akibat perbandingan sumur dalam terpusat terhadap sumur dangkal sebesar 1,62 kali lebih besar. Penurunan muka air tanah mengakibatkan tersedianya ruang discharge dan recharge. Nilai B/C rasio dari perancangan sumur dalam terpusat adalah 3,05. Secara umum keseluruhan perancangan sumur dalam terpusat layak diterapkan di kawasan perumahan.

The exploitation of shallow ground water has led to the decrease in groundwater. This study aims to offer transition solutions in reducing the exploitation of shallow ground water. Solutions that are proposed consist of the design of centralized deep well equipped with piping system in residential area.

The design method of deep well covers the utilization of submersible pump as well as design of piping distribution system using the Hardy-cross method. The feasibility level of the design is analyzed base on the financial, social, and environmental aspects. The financial analysis deal with the total cost of deep well construction, social feasibility calculate the increasing rate of properties pricing that will directly affect the quality of user’s life, and the environmental feasibility assess the impact of the decrease in groundwater at residential area.

The analysis results show that the increasing rate of property pricing due to the centralized comparison wells in shallow wells is 1.62 times greater, with the decrease itself causes the formation of recharge and discharge areas, and the value of B/C ratio is 3,05. At last, it can be concluded that the design of centralized deep well feasible to be implemented in residential area."

"A legal identity document is the right of every citizen because it is a prerequisite in accessing public services. This study aims to assess the implementation of Presidential Regulation Number 62 of 2019 on the National Strategy of Strengthening Civil Registration and Vital Statistics (Stranas Percepatan AKPSH), which focuses on regulatory synchronization and services at a local level. A qualitative analysis approach was used, consisting of a literature study and in-depth interview methods. The research sample includes ministries/agencies at the central level, also several local governments, i.e., Palu City, Bantul Regency, Muaro Jambi Regency, East Sumba Regency, DKI Jakarta Province, and Surabaya City. The study shows that the central government has made policies to facilitate vulnerable groups in CRVS access. Local governments have policies that make it easier for vulnerable groups to get CRVS access; innovate administrative services; carry out socialization, advocacy, and education efforts involving third parties; and increase cooperation between regional government organizations (OPD) in implementing integrated civil registration services. However, there are still vulnerable groups that are not accommodated. Implementation at the regional level still has infrastructure readiness, human resources, and required special data collection team availability. Therefore, the determination of the vulnerability category becomes essential. This study recommends that it is necessary to create an additional classification of vulnerable groups in CRVS. In addition, it is essential to strengthening outreach to vulnerable groups in CRVS, especially at the regional level."

"Hak Tanggungan adalah suatu bentuk jaminan pelunasan utang, dengan hak mendahulu, dengan objek jaminannya berupa hak-hak atas tanah yang diatur dalam UUPA. Pada pemasangan dan pendaftaran Hak Tanggungan dalam kondisi tertentu diperlukan terlebih dahulu pembuatan Surat Kuasa Membebankan Hak Tanggungan (SKMHT) terkait dengan kondisi objek Hak Tanggungan. Terkait dengan SKMHT diatur jangka waktu agar SKMHT tersebut diikuti menjadi Akta Pemberian Hak Tanggungan (APHT). Pada praktiknya, kerap ditemukan permasalahan mengenai SKMHT yang tidak diikuti pembuatan APHT. Sehingga menimbulkan pernyataan bagaimanakah akibat hukum dari SKMHT yang tidak diikuti dengan pembuatan APHT, alasan-alasan yang mengakibatkan SKMHT tidak diikuti dengan pembuatan APHT? Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian berbentuk penelitian yuridis-normatif, sedangkan metode analisis data yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah metode kualitatif dan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan studi dokumen atau bahan pustaka. Hasil dari penulisan tesis ini memberikan saran kepada Notaris perlu memastikan terlebih dahulu, apakah syarat administrasi dari Kantor Pertanahan untuk pembuatan APHT dapat dibuat selama jangka waktu SKMHT masih berlaku yang telah diatur dalam Undang-undang, Notaris/PPAT perlu menjelaskan terlebih dahulu mengenai biaya-biaya yang akan ditanggung debitur terkait pemberian Hak Tanggungan atas hak tanah yang belum terdaftar, agar tidak terhambat dalam permasalahan biaya untuk ditingkatkan menjadi APHT.

Mortgage rights are a form of guarantee of repayment of debt, with prior rights, with the object of collateral in the form of land rights stipulated in the UUPA (in Indonesia). In the installation and registration of Underwriting Rights under certain conditions, it is necessary to first make a Power of Attorney to Charge Mortgage (SKMHT in Indonesia) related to the condition of the Underwriting Right object. In relation to SKMHT, the time period for the SKMHT is to be arranged to become a Deed of Giving mortgage right (APHT in Indonesia). In practice, problems are often found regarding SKMHT which are not followed by making APHT. Thus giving rise to a statement of how the legal consequences of SKMHT were not followed by the making of APHT, the reasons for the SKMHT were not followed by the making of the APHT? This study uses a research method in the form of juridical-normative research, while the data analysis method used by the author is a qualitative method and uses data collection tools used in this study are interviews and study of documents or library materials. The results of this thesis writing provide advice to Notaries need to ensure first, whether the administrative requirements from the Land Office for making APHT can be made during the validity period of the SKMHT which has been regulated in the Act, the Notary / PPAT needs to explain in advance the costs which will be borne by the debtor related to the granting of Underwriting Rights on land rights that have not yet been registered, so as not to be hampered in the matter of costs to be increased to APHT."

"Tesis ini membahas mengenai fenomena Aksi Bela Islam yang terjadi pada 4 November 2016 dan 2 Desember 2016. Aksi yang juga diikuti oleh warga atau eksponen dari Muhammadiyah sebagai salah satu organisasi besar Islam di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganilisa keterlibatan sumber daya dari Muhammadiyah dalam Aksi Bela Islam. Menggunakan kerangka konsep civil society dan gerakan sosial, serta teori mobilisasi sumberdaya, ditemukan bahwa Muhammadiyah sebagai salah satu civil society di Indonesia ikut berperan secara tidak langsung bagi kesuksesan Aksi Bela Islam. Ditemukan beberapa sumber daya material dari Muhammadiyah yakni massa dan fasilitas, lalu sumber daya non-materialnya berupa legitimasi, ketokohan, media komunikasi dan jaringan, serta komitmen moral dari warga Muhammadiyah yang terlibat dalam Aksi Bela Islam.

This thesis discusses Aksi Bela Islam movement from 4 November 2016 to 2 December 2016. The action also involved members of Muhammadiyah as one of largest Islamic organizations in Indonesia. This research analyses the mobilization of resources mobilization of the Muhammadiyah in Aksi Bela Islam. That Muhammadiyah as one of civil society power in Indonesia plays a significant role for Aksi Bela Islam success. Resources of the Muhammadiyah such as mass and facilities, and then non-material resources such as legitimacy, leadership, communication media, network and moral commitment of the Muhammadiyah’s member contributed largely to the Aksi Bela Islam."
