"ABSTRAKA parallel optical switching system using array structure of planar microlens was developed. The optical switching device is much simpler and low costly compared with the electronic one because it is not necessary to convert optical signals to the electronics, execute the interchange and then reconvert back to optics. The concept of parallel optical switching is constructed by using array structure of planar microlens. Aligning on array form and making match between each lens input-output pairs of planar microlens array achieved parallel coupling of optical lines. Two sliding mirror pairs functions as optical signal switch, four 2x2 planar microlens array for focusing and collimating elements, two pairs of solenoids as magnetically force sources and a microcomputer to run control mechanism automatically between IFO ports used, are being constructed to develop a new optical networking switch. This switching system is equipped with controlling mechanism of switching direction by microcomputer. It uses parallel port of a PC and an interface that changes parallel output of PC data into the condition of voltage and current needed by moving Unit. (Solenoid). The switching performance was applied on transmission of digital modulated signal from signal generator and serial port of personnel computer. Using one input port and three output ports, the system perform four I/O ports of 2x2 parcel optical switching with 6,98 dB and 5,75 dB insertion losses for switched state and bypass state respectively and less than -- 57 dB cross talk obtained. "

"Dalam pengembangan sistem waktu nyata tahap analisis merupakan tahap yang cukup penting. Di tahap ini dilakukan analisis atas kebutuhan sistem dan kinerjanya. "Skripsi ini membahas disain rangkaian snubber untuk menentukan nilai elemen snubber (resistor dan kapasitor) yang akan digunakan pada sistem power switching menggunakan mosfet. Dalam merancang rangkaian-rangkaian elektronika daya, salah satu faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan adalah masalah kerugian daya yang terjadi pada sakelar elektronik yang digunakan. Kerugian daya pada sakelar elektronik itu sendiri terdiri dari dua bagian yaitu pada kondisi ON dan pada kondisi peralihan. Alternatif untuk mengurangi kerugian pensakelaran adalah dengan menambahkan rangkaian snubber pada sakelar elektronik.

The focus of this study is to design snubber circuit to determine the element value of the snubber (resistor and capasitor) that will use in power switching system using mosfet. In designing power electronic circuits, one of the important factor that need to be concerned is power loss problem that occur on electronic switching that is used. Power loss on electronic switching itself consist of two parts, these are on ON condition and on switching transition. The alternative to reduce switching loss is with adding the snubber circuit on electronic switching."

"Tugas kelancaran semantik merupakan salah satu tes neuropsikologis yang sedang dikembangkan di Indonesia. Sampai saat ini, belum ada penelitian di Indonesia yang dilakukan untuk menginvestigasi strategi kognitif yang dilakukan partisipan saat mengeluarkan performanya pada tugas kelancaran semantik, yaitu clustering dan switching. Sejumlah studi di beberapa negara menemukan bahwa terdapat perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam melakukan clustering dan switching pada tugas kelancaran semantik. Sementara itu, studi lain menemukan perbedaan clustering dan switching pada partisipan di tingkat pendidikan berbeda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap clustering dan switching tersebut. Peneliti melakukan analisis clustering dan switching dari tugas kelancaran semantik terhadap 157 partisipan sehat yang berasal dari jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan merupakan satu-satunya variabel yang mempengaruhi clustering dan switching pada tugas kelancaran semantik. Sementara itu, tidak ditemukan adanya pengaruh jenis kelamin maupun pengaruh interaksi antara jenis kelamin dan tingkat pendidikan terhadap clustering dan switching. Maka dari itu, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa pendidikan adalah salah satu faktor yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan kognitif, khususnya yang terlibat dalam clustering dan switching tersebut.

Semantic fluency task is one of the neuropsychological assessment that is being developed in Indonesia. To date, there was no previous research in Indonesia that had been conducted to investigate the clustering and switching strategies on semantic fluency task. A number of studies in some countries showed that there was a difference between men and women on clustering and switching in semantic fluency task. Meanwhile, another studies revealed that there were clustering and switching differences between participants from different level of educational background. The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether there was an effect of sex and level of education on clustering and switching. One hundred and fifty seven male and female participants who come from different educational level were analyzed on clustering and switching in semantic fluency task. The results suggested that educational level was the only factor which influenced clustering and switching scores. Besides, there was no effect on sex or interaction between sex and level of education on that scores. Therefore, it can be concluded that education is one of the factor influencing cognitive ability, especially in clustering and switching."

"Penggunaan antibiotik intravena dengan durasi berkepanjangan dapat meningkatkan lama dan biaya rawat inap. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh switching antibiotik intravena ke oral terhadap lama dan biaya rawat inap pasien di RSUD Kota Depok. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kohort prospektif. Kriteria inklusi adalah pasien rawat inap RSUD Kota Depok yang mendapatkan antibiotik intravena saat awal perawatan pada bulan Oktober 2014 sampai Mei 2015. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 39 pasien switching sebagai kelompok terpapar dan 39 pasien tidak switching sebagai kelompok tidak terpapar. Alat pengumpul data menggunakan catatan medik pasien dan data keuangan dari Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) RSUD Kota Depok. Analisis data menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan uji Chi-Square atau uji Fisher.Hasil menunjukkan antibiotik yang paling sering digunakan untuk switching adalah seftriakson intravena (83,3%) dan sefiksim oral (94,8%). Terdapat 5 pola switching, sebagian besar dari seftriakson intravena ke sefiksim oral dan dilakukan pada pasien gastroenteritis akut. Seluruh antibiotik yang digunakan sesuai dengan Formularium Nasional, dan ada satu antibiotik (metronidazol 5 mg/ml) yang tidak sesuai dengan Formularium RSUD Kota Depok tahun 2013-2014. Switching antibiotik tidak berpengaruh terhadap lama dan biaya rawat inap pasien di RSUD Kota Depok, tetapi komorbiditas berpengaruh bermakna. Switching antibiotik berpengaruh terhadap lama penggunaan antibiotik intravena dan biaya antibiotik.

The prolonged use of intravenous antibiotics might cause the increasing of length of stay and cost. The research objective was to evaluate the effect of switching antibiotics to the length of stay and cost of inpatients in RSUD Kota Depok. The design used was prospective cohort. Inclusion criteria were inpatients who had got intravenous antibiotics when treated on early October 2014 until May 2015. The sample consist of 39 patients switching as an exposed group and 39 patients who are not switching as an unexposed group. The data was collected using the patient medical records and the financial data from Hospital Information System (SIRS) RSUD Kota Depok. Mann-Whitney test and Chi-Square or Fisher's exact test has been applied to analyze the data.The results obtained that the most commonly used antibiotics for switching were intravenous ceftriaxone (83,3%) and oral cefixime (94,8%). From the 5 switching patterns, the most widely performed was from intravenous ceftriaxone into oral cefixime applied on acute gastroenteritic patients. All of antibiotics used were in accordance with Formularium Nasional. Only metronidazol 5 mg/ml was not following Formularium RSUD Kota Depok 2013-2014. Switching antibiotics was not influenced the length of stay and cost, however, comorbidities was influenced. Switching antibiotics was influenced duration of intravenous antibiotics and cost of antibiotics."
