"This study identifies the factors that have a direct effect on a manager’s decision towards OpenSource System (OSS) enterprise system adoption in Malaysia. Using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) framework, the research is initiated by inviting the managers in Malaysian organizationswho implemented OSS. A survey was conducted via online OSS social communities andby sending emails to shortlisted public. A total of 124 managers from 124 organizations respondedto the survey and the results showed that four out of six factors were found significant in this study.In the technological context, ‘perceived relative advantage’, ‘perceived compatibility and trialability’and ‘perceived complexity’ factors were found significant in the OSS adoption. In the organizationalcontext, ‘management support, knowledge and expertise’ was identified as the adoption factor.Two factors in the environmental context that was not supported were the ‘technology skills andservices’ and ‘platform long term viability’ although previous studies suggested otherwise."

"Makalah ini membahas inovasi budaya yang dilakukan cosplayer berhijab masa kini. Pembahasan dalam makalah ini menggunakan teori inovasi budaya oleh Douglas Holt dan Douglas Cameron. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada cosplayer berhijab di Indonesia masa kini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hijab cosplay muncul di Indonesia dan menjadi suatu genre baru dalam dunia cosplay. Inovasi budaya yang dilakukan cosplayer berhijab membentuk karakter-karakter baru yang unik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari tahu bentuk-bentuk inovasi budaya yang dilakukan cosplayer berhijab di Indonesia masa kini.

This study reports about cultural innovations that hijab cosplayer made today. The study uses the theory of cultural innovation by Douglas Holt and Douglas Cameron. This research is focused on hijab cosplayer in Indonesia today by using qualitative method. Hijab cosplay appeared in Indonesia and became a new genre in the cosplay world. Cultural innovations by cosplayer form unique new characters. The purpose of this study is to find out the forms of cultural innovation made by hijab cosplayer in Indonesia today."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh financial innovation yang diproksikan dengan jumlah terminal ATM, pendapatan riil, inflasi, dan financial development terhadap uang primer di ASEAN 5, Jepang, dan Korea dari tahun 2004 sampai 2010. Dengan menggunakan metode Generalized Least Square untuk data panel, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah terminal ATM sebagai proksi dari financial innovation secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap uang primer. Variabel independen lainnya, seperti PDB riil dan inflasi juga secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap uang primer. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa negara dengan financial development yang lebih baik akan memiliki uang primer yang lebih rendah.

This thesis measures the influence of financial innovation which proxied by ATM terminals, real income, inflation, and financial development to base money in ASEAN 5, Japan, and Korea from 2004 until 2010. Using Generalized Least Square method for panel data, this thesis shows that ATM terminals positively affect base money. Other independen variabels, such as real GDP and inflation also shows positive impact to base money. Other finding shows that countries with good financial development have lower money base."
