"Media massa di zaman modern ini banyak menyajikan artikel berita mancanegara sehingga dapat diakses dengan mudah kapan dan di mana saja. Penerjemahan pun menjadi salah satu cara yang diperlukan agar informasi pada artikel berita tersampaikan dengan baik. Penelitian ini membahas jenis subsistem appraisal dalam artikel opini berbahasa Belanda "Over deze Nederlandse slavernijgeschiedenis hebben we het nooit” dan terjemahannya “Belanda Sembunyikan Sejarah Perbudakan di Indonesia”. Penelitian deskriptif kualitatif ini menggunakan teori Linguistik Sistemik Fungsional (LSF). Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk menjabarkan appraisal Attitude kedua artikel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan appraisal Attitude teks sumber dan teks sasaran berjumlah sama sebanyak 78 pasang data dengan subsistem Attitude paling dominan, yaitu Judgement sebanyak 64 data (82,05%). Sementara itu terdapat 12 data yang dikategorikan sebagai Appreciation (15,38%) dan 2 data yang dikategorikan sebagai Affect (2,57%). Penulis dan penerjemah cenderung memberikan penilaian perilaku dalam bentuk Moral Judgement negatif secara tersirat (33,33%) mengenai sejarah perbudakan Hindia Belanda yang disembunyikan oleh Belanda. Hasil juga menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pergeseran makna berupa peningkatan dan penurunan Graduation Force dari teks sumber (TSu) ke teks sasaran (TSa).

In this modern era, the mass media presents many foreign news articles that are easily accessible anytime and anywhere. Translation is one way that is needed so that information in news articles is conveyed properly. This study discusses the appraisal subsystem in the Dutch opinion article “Over deze Nederlandse slavernijgeschiedenis hebben we het nooit” and the Indonesian translation “Belanda Sembunyikan Sejarah Perbudakan di Indonesia”. This qualitative descriptive study uses the theory of Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL). This study aims to describe the appraisal of Attitude from the two articles. The results showed that the appraisal of Attitude of the source language and target language was the same as many as 78 pairs of data with the most dominant Attitude subsystem, namely Judgement as much as 64 data (82.05%). Meanwhile, there are 12 data categorized as Appreciation (15.38%) and 2 data categorized as Affect (2.57%). The author and translator tend to give behavior assessments in the form of implicitly negative Moral Judgment (33.33%) regarding the history of Dutch East Indies slavery hidden by the Dutch. The results also show that there was a shift in meaning in the form of increasing and decreasing Graduation Force from the source text (SL) to the target text (TL)."

"Penelitian ini membahas tindak tutur ilokusi direktif antartokoh dalam film De Slag om de Schelde. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan memaparkan bentuk kalimat dan fungsi dari tindak tutur ilokusi direktif yang dituturkan antartokoh dalam film itu, terutama tokoh utama yang berperan sebagai anak, kakak, teman, dan pegawai pemerintah. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori tindak tutur ilokusi direktif Searle (1969). Penelitian ini juga mengkaji bentuk tuturan ilokusi direktif yang ditemukan dalam film itu dengan menganalisis struktur kalimat direktif berdasarkan jenis kalimat bahasa Belanda dalam Algemene Nederlands Spraakkunst (https://e-ans.ivdnt.org/). Data diambil dari tuturan setiap tokoh pada film De Slag om de Schelde yang diperoleh dari Netflix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 4 bentuk kalimat dalam bahasa Belanda yang digunakan sebagai tuturan ilokusi direktif, yakni kalimat deklaratif, interogatif, imperatif, dan eksklamatif. Kemudian, terdapat 5 fungsi dari tuturan tokoh-tokoh, yaitu pertanyaan, permohonan, nasihat, larangan, dan persyaratan.

This study discusses directive illocutionary speech acts between characters in the film De Slag om de Schelde. The method used is descriptive qualitative with the aim of explaining sentence forms and functions of directive illocutionary speech acts spoken between characters in the film, especially the main character who acts as a child, sister, friend, and government employee. The theory used in this research is Searle's directive illocutionary speech act theory (1969). This study also examines the forms of directive illocutionary speech found in the film by analyzing the structure of directive sentences based on the types of Dutch sentences in Algemene Nederlands Spraakkunst (https://e-ans.ivdnt.org/). The data is taken from the speech of each character in the film De Slag om de Schelde obtained from Netflix. The results of the study show that there are 4 forms of sentences in Dutch that are used as directive illocutionary speech, namely declarative, interrogative, imperative, and exclamative sentences. Then, there are 5 functions of the speech of the characters, namely questions, requests, advice, prohibitions, and requirements."
