ABSTRAKA single board computer based on Z-8Q CPU was used to control an ultrasonic c-scan system, in the movement of test piece and in the data acquisition.
The data collected by single board computer are sent to an IBM-PC compatible computer using a serial interface.
The data, which were sent in hexadecimal form, will store in a diskette. Where the data are further processed using a high level language (Turbo C). An approximate image of the test piece was obtained.
