"ABSTRAKJurnal berjudul ldquo;Adegan-Adegan Train to Busan Sebagai Simbol Kolektivisme Korea rdquo; ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif karena di dalamnya dijelaskan mengenai makna-makna kolektivisme yang terkandung dalam adegan-adegan film Train to Busan dilihat dari perspektif semiotik pragmatis. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah film Korea Selatan ldquo;Train to Busan rdquo; besutan sutradara Yeon Sang-ho. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan bagaimana budaya kolektivisme yang telah mengakar pada bangsa Korea direpresentasikan melalui adegan-adegan film Korea modern. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu para pembacanya memahami adegan-adegan dalam film Train to Busan sebagai simbol kolektivisme bangsa Korea.

ABSTRACTTHE SCENES OF TRAIN TO BUSAN AS THE SYMBOLS OF KOREAN COLLECTIVISM AbstractThe journal entitled The Scenes of Train to Busan as the Symbols of Korean Collectivism uses a qualitative research method because it describes the meaning of collectivism contained in scenes of the Train to Busan movie from the perspective of pragmatic semiotics. The data in this study is a South Korean movie Train to Busan made by director Yeon Sang ho. The purpose of this study is to explain how the culture of collectivism that has been rooted in the Korean nation is represented through scenes of modern Korean movie. The result of this study is expected to help the readers to understand the scenes of ldquo Train to Busan rdquo as the symbols of collectivism of Korean people.Keywords semiotic, collectivism, Train to Busan "
