"ABSTRAK
Pengelolaan aset kereta api merupakan hal yang penting untuk dilakukan agar pelayanan publik dapat tercapai dengan optimal. Namun, pengelolaan aset yang diterapkan di Indonesia belum dapat disamaratakan dengan pengelolaan aset yang ada di luar negeri. Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan terhadap teori pengelolaan aset yang berlaku dengan manajemen aset yang diterapkan oleh DAOP 1 Jakarta demi terciptanya pelayanan publik yang optimal. Metodologi dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis arsip yang diberikan oleh pihak pengelola, wawancara, survei kuesioner, dan analisis data sekunder. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan, didapatkan beberapa kesimpulan mengenai pengelolaan aset kereta api lokal di Jakarta, antara lain pengelolaan aset yang dilakukan di Indonesia dan di negara luar sebenarnya memiliki metode yang sama, namun yang berbeda hanyalah kondisi iklim dan cuaca serta kemajuan teknologi yang berpengaruh pada negara tersebut. Selain itu, dapat diketahui pula bahwa metode pengelolaan dan pelayanan yang diterapkan DAOP 1 Jakarta telah membuat penumpang merasa puas dan nyaman dalam menggunakan fasilitas transportasi publik kereta api lokal.

ABSTRACT
Management of rail assets is important to do so that public services can be optimally achieved. However, asset management implemented in Indonesia has not been able to be generalized to the management of existing assets abroad. T he objective of this thesis is to determine differences between the prevailing theories of asset management and asset management applied by DAOP 1 Jakarta for achieving optimal public services. Analysis of documents provided by the manager, interview, survey passenger satisfaction questionnaires, and secondary data analysis are implied as the metodology. Based on the research that has been done, some conclusions can be found regarding the management of local rail assets in Jakarta, such as asset management that implied in Indonesia and in foreign countries actually have the same method, but we have some differences in climate and weather conditions and technological advances that affect to the culture of the country. In addition, it is known also that the method of asset management and services applied DAOP 1 Jakarta has made passengers feel satisfied and comfortable in using public transport facilities of local train."

"PT Data Sinergitama Jaya (PT DSJ) sebagai penyedia layanan data center bagi pihak ketiga, dihadapkan pada tantangan dalam mengelola data center-nya yaitu efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah. Untuk membantu mengatasi masalah rendahnya efisiensi sumber daya infrastruktur data center yang rendah tersebut, sesuai dengan best practice yang ada, PT DSJ berencana untuk menggunakan tool Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM). Produk DCIM yang ada di pasaran cukup banyak, sedangkan biaya investasi yang harus dikeluarkan cukup besar serta DCIM adalah sistem yang cukup kompleks, untuk itu diperlukan analisis yang komprehensif atas alternatif produk DCIM yang akan digunakan. Analisis perbandingan produk DCIM dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process dengan membandingkan alternatif produk DCIM yang ada dengan kriteria kualitas perangkat lunak berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 25010 dan kriteria bisnis. Hasil akhir pemeringkatan menunjukkan peringkat produk DCIM yang paling tepat bagi PT DSJ berturut-turut adalah StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack dan Nlyte DCIM.

PT Data Sinergitama Jaya as a data center provider that give data center service for third party; facing challenge in managing their data center; which is low efficiency of their infrastructure resources. In order to solve data center infrastructure resources inefficiency problem, following known best practice PT DSJ is planned to implement Data Center Infrastructure Management system. Currently there are several DCIM product that available in the market. Considering DCIM implementation cost is high and DCIM is a complex system, therefore a comprehensive analysis has to be performed before deciding which DCIM product that will be implemented. The process of selecting the most suitable DCIM product was done by using AHP methode that compared between alternatives with software quality criteria that follow ISO/IEC 25010 standard quality model and business criteria. The final result of prioritation process is this following order: StruxureWare, RaMP, Cormant-CS, dcTrack and Nlyte DCIM

"Pengembangan bisnis PT AJN Solusindo membuat teknologi komunikasi yang digunakan untuk melayanai kebutuhan pelangan menjadi semakin beragam. Pengelolaan jaringan merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan PT AJN Solusindo untuk menjaga performansi layanan. Penelitian ini diawali dengan masalah performansi layanan yang tidak mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan. Pengelolaan jaringan yang ada dirasa belum cukup untuk membantu menjaga performansi layanan, karena penggunaan infrastruktur teknologi informasi yang tidak optimal. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan yang dapat membantu perusahaan meningkatkan performansi layanan. Metodologi yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan adalah TOGAF ADM dan Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). Fungsi pengelolaan jaringan disusun mengikuti referensi fungsi pengelolaan FCAPS. Metode pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan adalah melalui wawancara dengan para pemangku kepentingan, dan observasi terhadap proses bisnis dan kondisi infrastruktur teknologi informsi yang sedang berjalan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan rancangan infrastruktur teknologi informasi sistem pengelolaan jaringan yang memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan untuk membantu meningkatkan performansi layanan.

Business development of PT AJN Solusindo makes communication technologies that are used to serve the needs of the customer, becoming increasingly diverse. Network management is one of the efforts made by PT AJN Solusindo to maintain service performance. This study begins with the issue of service performance that does not meet the target. Existing network management are still not enough to help maintain the service performance, due to the use of information technology infrastructure is not optimal. Therefore, the information technology infrastructure of network management system needs to be designed, so it supports company to maintain service performance. Methodology that will be used in the design of information technology infrastructure of network management system is TOGAF ADM and service oriented architecture (SOA). The network management functions are arranged to follow the reference model of FCAPS management functions. Methods of data collection are conducted through interviews with stakeholders, and observations of business processes and existing information technology infrastructure. This study provides the information technology infrastructure of network management systems design that meet the needs of the company to maintain service performance.
