The authors examine applications of specific meters, readout and related devices, and proving systems. Practical guidelines for the meter in use, condition of the fluid, details of the entire metering system, installation and operation, and the timing and quality of maintenance are also included."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang proses pembuatan karbon aktif dari batubara Indonesia yaitu Riau, Sumatera Barat, dan Kalimantan Timur. Karbon aktif adalah senyawa karbon yang telah ditingkatkan daya adsorpsinya dengan melakukan proses oksidasi dan aktivasi. Penelitian ini adalah kelanjutan dari penelitian sebelumnya yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas karbon aktif dengan proses oksidasi pada temperatur 300ºC dan aktivasi dengan metode aktivasi fisika pada temperatur 950ºC. Pada penelitian ini selain melihat perubahan burn off dari variasi laju aliran gas pada proses oksidasi dan aktivasi juga untuk mengetahui hasil burn off dari variasi posisi autoclave dan arah aliran inlet gas oksigen dan karbondioksida sebagai activating agen. Dan hasillnya didapat nilai burn off 93.7% dan nilai iodine number 879 mg/g pada batubara kalimantan timur pada autoclave horizontal dan arah aliran inlet bottom.

This final project studied about the process of making activated carbon from Indonesian coal, which location from Riau, West Sumatran, and East Kalimantan. Activated carbon is a carbon compound that has been increased its adsorption capability by doing oxidation and activation process. This research was a continuation from the latest research in order to increase the quality of activated carbon by doing oxidation process at temperature of 300ºC and activation process with physic activating method at temperature of 950ºC.

In this research beside seeing the change of burn off point with the variation of gas flow from oxidation and activation process, it is also to find out the burn off point with autoclave variation and inlet flow of oxygen and carbon dioxide gas. The result is 93,7% of burn off point and value 879 mg/g of iodine number with East Kalimantan coal in horizontal autoclave position and bottom inlet flow."
