"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai produk kemas ulang informasi bernama Paket Informasi yang dihasilkan oleh Perpustakaan Industri Kecil dan Menengah Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia. Pembatasan permasalahan penelitian adalah proses penyusunan, analisis bentuk fisik dan isinya. Merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Menggunakan metode analisis wacana untuk isi Paket Informasi. Hasil penelitian menyarankan Perpustakaan perlu untuk melakukan kajian pengguna dan melakukan kaderisasi dalam penyusunan Paket Informasi.

The focus of this study is information repackaging product, named _Information Package_ made by Direktorat Jenderal Industri Kecil dan Menengah Library in Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia. The scope of the research is the repackaging process, physical and content analysis. This research is a qualitative descriptive interpretive. The researcher suggests the library needs to make a research about user studies, about their information needs, Information Package user category target, and prepares the next librarian who does repackaging information."

"Skripsi ini bertujuan untuk untuk menganalisis perencanaan kebutuhan pegawai dan menganalisis kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses penyusunan perencanaan kebutuhan pegawai pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan RI. Penelitian dilakukan pada Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan RI. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan dalam merencanakan kebutuhan pegawai hanya berdasarkan kuantitas dan kualitas. Hasil analisis beban kerja tidak berpengaruh langsung kepada kebutuhan pegawai. Kemudian masih terdapat kendala-kendala yang timbul di dalam proses penyusunan perencanaan kebutuhan pegawai.

The aim of this reasearch is to analyze the planning needs of employee and to analyze the obstacles faced in the process of drafting the planning needs of employee in Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan RI. The reasearch was conduct to Sekretariat Direktorat Jenderal Perbendaharaan Kementerian Keuangan RI. This minor thesis used qualitative reasearch method. The result showed that in planning needs of employee based solely on the quantity and quality. The results of workload analysis does not affect directly to the needs of employee. Then there are still constraints arising in the process of drafting the planning needs of employee."

"ABSTRAKPengawasan adalah salah satu fungsi dari manajemen. Pengawasan penting dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi agar tujuan organisasi tersebut dapat tercapai, terutama di bidang industri makanan dan minuman. Pengawasan di bidang industri makanan dan minuman penting untuk menjaga mutu dan keamanan dari pangan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengawasan dari Kementerian Perindustrian, yaitu di Direktorat Industri Makanan, Hasil Laut Dan Perikanan Kementerian Perindustrian mengenai pelaksanaan Pedoman Cara Produksi Pangan Olahan Yang Baik (CPPOB) pada Industri Kecil dan Menengah (IKM) makanan dan minuman. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan yang dilakukan dalam penerapan CPPOB terdiri atas empat tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pengawasan, tahap pengolahan data, dan tahap tindak lanjut dan belum maksimal karena dilakukan oleh pihak ketiga, yaitu PT. Sucofindo (Persero) dan tindak lanjut yang diberikan,yaitu pembinaan dan sanksi kurang ditegakkan dalam penerapan CPPOB ini.

ABSTRACT

Monitoring is one of the management function. Monitoring has to be done by an organization so that it is goals can be reached as well, especially on food and drink section. Monitoring is very important keep and maintain the quality and safety of the food. The main purpose of this reasearch is to analyze the implementation monitoring process of the Good Manufacturing Practices Guidelines by Ministry Of Industry on the Small And Medium Industry in the food and beverage sector. Qualitative approach was used in this reasearch and data was collected from in-depth interview.

The research result shown that monitoring in the GMP processes can be divided in four stages. The first stage is preparation, then controlling or monitoring stage, data processin stage, and no further stage and monitoring is not maximal to do because it is done by the third party, which is PT. Sucofindo (Persero), and the development all the way sanctions have not been enforced well still to this GMP application."

"ABSTRAKLaporan magang ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaporan persediaan berupa BRT Ditjen X pada tahun 2016 serta tahapan reviu laporan keuangan dan prosedur reviu akuntansi persediaan berupa BRT Ditjen X yang diterapkan oleh Itjen Kemenhub RI pada tahun 2017. Dalam rangka mendapatkan informasi dan data reviu laporan keuangan, penulis melakukan aktivitas magang di Inspektorat I Itjen Kemenhub RI. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaporan BRT Ditjen X pada tahun 2016 tidak sesuai dengan penerapan akuntansi persediaan berbasis akrual. Hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa tahapan reviu laporan keuangan yang diterapkan oleh Itjen Kemenhub RI pada tahun 2017 telah sesuai dengan standar reviu laporan keuangan kementerian negara/lembaga dan prosedur reviu akuntansi persediaan berupa BRT Ditjen X sangat terbatas.

ABSTRACTThis internship report aims to analyze the Bus Rapid Transit BRT rsquo s reporting in the Directorate General of X in 2016. The other purpose of this internship report are to analyze the stages of financial statement review and the procedures of inventory accounting review applied by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation in 2017. To get information and data, the author conducted the internship activities in Inspectorate I of the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation. The analysis show that the BRT rsquo s reporting have not been complied with the accrual based inventory accounting. The analysis also show that the stages of financial statement review applied by the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Transportation in 2017 are appropriate to the standard of financial statement review in state ministries and the procedures of inventory accounting review are limited."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang penerapan arsitektur informasi pada Website Perpustakaan Kementerian Sosial RI. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan motode campuran sekuensial. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dan wawancara. Analisis penelitian didasari dari empat komponen dasar arsitektur informasi yaitu sistem organisasi, sistem navigasi, sistem pelabelan, dan sistem pencarian. Penulis melakukan metode eksperimen dengan cara menganalisis langsung tampilan dan fitur-fitur yang ada pada website. Metode wawancara juga dilakukan untuk menambah data. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa Website Perpustakaan Kementerian Sosial RI sudah memenuhi beberapa komponen dasar arsitektur informasi namun masih ada beberapa komponen arsitektur yang belum diterapkan. Perpustakaan juga mendapatkan manfaat serta tantangan baru dari penerapan automasi perpustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut penulis memberikan saran kepada pihak perpustakaan untuk lebih memperhatikan arsitektur informasi dan memperbaiki fitur-fitur yang masih belum berjalan karena hal akan memberikan kemudahan kepada pengguna untuk dapat bernavigasi atau mencari informasi yang dibutuhkan.

This research discusses about the application of information archicture on the Library Website of Kementerian Sosial RI. This research uses explanatory sequential mixed method using experiment and interview. The research is based onthe four basic components of infomation archicture organization system, labeling system, navigation system, and search system. Researcher perform an experimental method by analyzing the interface and features available on the website and also interview method is take on to the informant for additional data.

The results showed that the Library Website of Kementerian Sosial RI has met some basic components of information archicture but there are still some components that havent beenapplied. The library also gets benefits and challenges from implementing library automation. Based on the results of these studies, researchers provide advices to thelibrary to pay more attention to information architecture and repair some features that still not working because it will provide convenience to the user to be able to navigate or find the information that they are looking for."

"ABSTRAKPraktik Kerja Profesi di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Periode 23 April - 7 Mei Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan, tugas, fungsi, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di Direktorat Jenderal Kefarmasian dan Alat Kesehatan, khususnya Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Selain itu calon apoteker juga dapat memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian serta memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di Direktorat Pengawasan Alat Kesehatan dan Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga. Tugas khusus yang diberikan yaitu berjudul ldquo;Pengawasan Iklan Produk Perbekalan Kesehatan Rumah Tangga di Media Elektronik rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus adalah untuk mengevaluasi iklan mengenai produk perbekalan kesehatan rumah tangga PKRT yang beredar di masyarakat dari segi informasi, keamanan, dan kesesuaiannya terhadap peraturan yang berlaku.

The special assignment given is ldquo;Supervision of Household Health Product PKRT Advertising in Electronic Media rdquo;. The purpose of this special assignment is to evaluate advertisement on household health product PKRT circulating in the community in terms of information, safety, and compliance with applicable regulations. Walaupun Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan telah menggunakan e-procurement dalam kegiatan pengadaannya dan tahapan pelaksanaannya pun telah diipastikan sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 sampai dengan perubahan yang terakhir, ada aspek lain yang berpotensi untuk menimbulkan fraud seperti aspek sumber daya manusia, revisi target produksi tanaman pangan dari Menteri Pertanian dan aspek SPI yang dimiliki instansi.

ABSTRACTThis study aims to find out how the implementation of e-procurement at the Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan Kementerian Pertanian and find out whether the use of e-procurement can reduce the risk of fraud in the future. Although the Direktorat Jenderal Tanaman Pangan has used e-procurement in its procurement activities and its implementation stages have been ensured in accordance with Peraturan Presiden Nomor 54 Tahun 2010 up to the last amendment, there are other aspects that have the potential to generate fraud such as human resources aspect, revision of production target food crops from the Minister of Agriculture and SPI aspects owned by the institution."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bahwa variabel teknologi informasi dan kompetensi SDM mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja pemeriksa paten dan pemeriksa merek pada Direktorat Jenderal Hak Kekayaan Intelektual Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia RI. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran teori teknologi informasi dari Dharma Oetomo (2002), pengukuran teori kompetensi dari Spencer dan Spencer (1993), untuk pengukuran kinerja menggunakan teori dari Bernadin dan Russel (1993) dan menggunakan teori Payaman (2005). Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analisis dengan responden sebanyak !11 orang. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPPS versi 18.0 windows. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa: variabel teknologi informasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemeriksa paten dan merek sebesar 73,4%; variabel kompetensi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pemeriksa paten dan merek sebesar 67,5%; dan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara teknologi informasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pemeriksa paten dan merek sebesar 76,6%. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa variabel teknologi informasi dan kompetensi dapat memberikan kontribusi sebesar 76,6% terhadap kinerja sedangkan sisanya sebesar 23,3% merupakan pengaruh dari faktor-faktor lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini diketahui bahwa teknologi informasi dan kompetenst SDM baik sendiri-sendiri maupun secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruk yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pemeriksa paten dan merek.

The research is conducted to know how far the influence of information technology and human resource competence to the performance of patent and trademark examiners of Directorate General of Intellectual Property Rights.

The research is utilizing the measurement of information technology theory from Dharma Oetomo (2002), the competence theory measurement from Spencer and Spencer (1993), to the performance measurement from Bernadin and Russel (1993), and theory trom Payaman (2005). The method that had been used is the descrptive anlytical accompanied with 111 samples. The data was collected through quesioners and the analysis was processed by SPSS 18.0 windows.

From the research result, it could be concluded that: information technology variable has the influence to the performance of patent and trademar examiners for 73,4%; and competence variable has the influence to the performance of patent and trademark examiners for 67,5%. From this research it could be concluded that information technology and competence factor may influence up to 76,6% to the performance of patent and trademark examiners and the other 23,3% is merely another factors.

This research concludes that information technology and human resource competence whether as an independent or a combination factors clearly has a significant contribution to the performance of patent and trademark examiners. "
