Eropa Barat yang lebih dinamis, pernah dipimpin oleh Napoleon 1 dari Prancis untuk berlaga dengan kekuatan Eropa Timur, yang dipimpin oleh Alexander I dari Rusia serta dimotori oleh beberapa tokoh militer seperti Kutuzov. Klimaks perang terjadi pada 1812. Be.dasarkan tulisan para sejarawan sosial dan tulisan Tolstoy -- Voine i Mir --, dapat juga direkonstruksikan suatu gejolak spirit patriotisme dari rakyat (narod) Rusia yang mulai bertumbuh, dan dengan keyakinan keagamaannya, rakyat Rusia juga bangkit menentang penindasan, dan memperoleh kemenangan moral. Akibat perang patriotis Rusia 1812, terdapat beberapa refleksi eksistensi sejarah secara filosofis seperti terkandung dalam Voine I Mir, yang dominan difokus pada dimensi kemanusiaan dan kerakyatan, untuk menghadapi perang dan damai yang terus berlangsung dalam sejarah umat manusia. Tapi, dengan kekuatan moral kehidupan dapat dijalankan menuju suatu harapan ideal."

"Video sebagai suatu bagian dari media massa, memiliki berbagai fungsi dalam masyarakat. Dengan adanya video yang ditampilkan oleh berbagai media massa, dapat mengubah perspektif masyarakat akan berbagai hal juga dapat menjadi sebuah agen kontrol sosial masyarakat, salah satunya perspektif dan kontrol sosial terhadap perlindungan satwa. Video dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori Agenda Setting, Kontrol Sosial dan Kriminologi Hijau, penulisan ini berusaha untuk membuktikan bahwa video dapat digunakan sebagai agen kontrol sosial terhadap perlindungan satwa. Video as a part of the mass media, has a variety of functions in society. With the video shown by various media, they can change people's perspectives and also can be as an agent of social control, either perspectives and social control over wildlife protection. The video analyzed by using the theory of Agenda Setting, Social Control and Green Criminology, this paper seeks to prove that the video could be used as an agent of social control over wildlife protection."

"Resource management, extractive industries have a significant role to state revenues. Extractive industries sector in Indonesia is a very closed industry sectors primarily on revenues derived from state income Cooperation Contract (KKS). Resource management paradigm for the extractive industries exploited only to pursue exchange of reliance State Budget (Budget) by denying the maximum prosperity for the people. Globalization can not be avoided has affected the existence of Law No. 22 of 2001 on Oil and Gas value-laden liberal-capitalistic. Consequently, there has been a paradigm shift in both the PSC and the people of the country to the tyranny of capital resulted in the country and people can not renegotiate the contract. Therefore, reform of the legal arrangements in the extractive industries absolutely must be done in order to realize the people’s welfare. Urgency juridical formation of the Draft Law on Amendments of Law No. 22 of 2001, based on the decision of the Constitutional Court Case No. 002/PUU-I/2003 and Decision No. 36/PUU-X/2012. Just and prosperous society, as a goal, requires the struggle to create the basics, which is referred to as the national interests of the Indonesian people. All efforts and actions to ensure the implementation of state remains fixed on the terminus ad quem, just and prosperous society."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemenuhan hak identitas anak melalui pelibatan masyarakat untuk mengembangkan model perlindungan anak berbasis komunitas. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian aksi sebagai strategi penelitiannya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya kesenjangan antara kebijakan pemerintah dengan realitas di masyarakat dalam pemenuhan hak identitas anak. Peran pekerja masyarakat diperlukan untuk memberdayakan masyarakat khususnya orang tua agar mampu melakukan perannya. Pemerintah, pekerja masyarakat dan tokoh masyarakat perlu bersinergi membuat strategi agar partisipasi masyarakat berjalan secara efektif dalam mengembangkan model perlindungan anak berbasis komunitas.This research is about fulfillment of the child’s rights identity through community involvement to develop a child protection model with community-based approach. This research used a qualitative approach with descriptive type and action research as the strategy. The result shows the gap between government policy and the reality in community in fulfilling the child's rights of identity. The community workers is needed to empower people, especially the parents to be able to perform their roles. Goverment, community workers and community leader have to work together in making a strategy so the community have a child protection model with community-based approach."
