According to the report, it is recommended for EY to formalize the Capital Transformation service offerings and roles by introducing a Capital Transformation Services Map. This map will outline the specific services outlined by each division. It will also highlight members of the team to facilitate client referrals across divisions. In addition, it is also recommended for EY to consider Capital Equipment Evaluations and Restructuring Services as a way to expand the Capital Transformation Division. The macroeconomic analysis examined factors that have the potential to impact the Chilean economy and demand for these two services. Industry analysis demonstrates that the market for Restructuring Services is highly competitive while the market for Real Estate Advisory is underdeveloped in Chile."
